I had ordered pizza on 28jul15 using mobile app of dominos..paid thru icici netbanking inr 432 but it said sorry your order is not completed so i paid again same amount thru netbanking.then it said order completed n my order no.ge erated.pizza was delivered n when i called dominos they said as i paid twice so 1 transaction refund will be done in 7 days.but no refund received yet. We placed a order via app, providing all the details, we even got an Sms confirming the request . After 45 mins we did not hear anything from their side. No call or msg On giving the customer care a call, they starting enquiring about the address, and said they will place the order then. And even the agent misbehaved on the call, Name : Mariya phone no : 26687733 address : btm 2nd stage

Invoice number DPI66642/15-16/29650 Bad quality of pizza and bad behaviour of restaurant staff of nangia park, delhi outlet. The pizza delivery guy came 15 mins late, when we asked for DOSCOUNT/COMPENSATION ( THEY PROMISE TO DELIVER IT IN 30 MINS), the delivery boy misbehaved and said I we will not give u the pizza if you dont pay us the full amount. He took the pizzas back and spoiled our program. On calling the manager abhijeet, he was adament that his delivery boy was right, After calling him 5 times he agreed to send us the order at a discount of 300 rs, and a compensatory pizza. The compensatory pizzas came, they were of such a bad quality, there were scaricity of cheese and toppings. we never had such a bad experience WE dont want to receive our pizza from these people, they are bad in service and quality [protected]

Hi last month I ordered a pizza trice from their website ...payment deducted from my account but order failed and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 7 days...I received a mail on 8th and 9thjuly that ur amt has been refunded but I havent received any amount...I need a revert on the same... Hi! the transaction was cancelled when i tried to order a pizza online using mobikwik wallet ...it was on 24/7/2015 and the transaction id is DMBK[protected] amount was rupees 918 ...i was said that the money would be refunded within 7 working days which are gone past...i would like dominoes to look into this matter asap and let me know if the failure of the transaction was acknowledged in the first place thanks and regards name -Paul Raj Kiran email and mobikwik id [protected]@gmail.com

Hi, ​I was trying to order on 18th of july 2015 via debit card. Hi, I have tried to register an online order amounting to Rs.535/- on 31th JULY'15 and amount was paid through online banking. Though money deducted from my account but have not received anything against the same and a message was displayed that "order is not confirm, please try again". Even after passing three days, the deducted amount has not been reversed in to my account. MY transaction id is Pls reverse my amount as soon as possible. contact No:- [protected]

This is with reference to the money which was charged twice in the Domino's outlet in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. The bill amount The bill amount was 680 and I first paid with card. Later the girl in the counter said that the transaction has failed and asked us to pay cash. After paying Rs.680/- by cash, I received a message on my mobile regarding the confirmation of payment though debit card. When I contacted the girl in the counter, she said the amount which was deducted from the account, will be reversed into my account. But I got confirmation from the bank saying that the amount has been charged by Domino’s. This is unacceptable and I want the money back in my account immediately!

The Pizza order (Order # 331) placed at Sarjapur road store (Store # 629) got delayed by an hour. The delivery person who claimed himself to be the Store Manager - Arun instead of regretting the delay caused by an hour started giving lame excuses and took away the pizza showing his high headed attitude, arrogance and rudeness. This is highly non professional of Domino's and non trained staffs for showing such behavior. Their central number for Concern related queries never gets answered.

Today, 2nd Aug, 15, while placing an online order on domino's webiste, bill amount got deducted Rs 537/- from my account to 'PAYUJUBILANTFOODWORK' but order was not placed and hence for the same order I had to made another payement of Rs 537/-. Please let me know how will get the refund of Rs 537. Thanks

I have ordered pizza from dominos, the delivery boy called after 36 mins and after being late when asked for free pizza, he started doing arguments regarding water logging problems, altough there is no such problen in the whole area. the service was very poor.

My name is Bertram Bernard Lobo, Alt no [protected]. I had just visited outlet in Bandra East Domino's pizza near chetna college . Serco company had given offer on less than Rs 350 /- 15% discount and also above Rs 350/- 20% on bill that was for online, but I had visited outlet I had shown them the snap shot of the image they had accept the offer on the counter and also were informed will get discount on the bill. but they haven't given the discount 20% . Store manager were rude and also informed the snap ... They directly imformed that Domino haven't got any updated about the offer . and were informed that need a coupon from company and also letter head about the offer .. And I had also shown my official ID card .they refused. And the order refence had given my alt no that is mention above.

i had ordered for Chicken Florence and got another pizza, gave feedback and also contacted someone through chat, no one called but the person on the chat only had to say "Dear Guest, please contact the restaurant and get the pizza replaced."

Today I ordered dominos twice but executed once only. Few weeks ago I ordered online veg piza but dilevry boy came with non veg one. We r strictly vegitarian. I think their service is detoriting..., we should definately look for other alternative as they r not reliable one. Vegitarian should avoid them.

I purchased pizza from haridwar branch govindpuri.

The carry bag given to me was too weak that handle of bag torn and all the items were distroyed/unuseful.

I am also paying for carry bag than the company is resposoble for this.

I've ordered dominos pizza online paid the amount online payment was successful they called me to confirm the order but they did not deliver the order only They have taken the money but not delivered the order In Pune Kalyani nagar dominos pizza They all are fraud When I called to speak to manager he did not answer the call also Please take some serious action

I had ordered Roman big with Italian crust
Which contains broccoli as topping as per dominos menu and the pizza which I got did not contain any broccoli and when I complained I was told dominos has stopped serving broccoli and hence we have added yellow pepper instead.
So it's an clear case of cheating and misguiding consumers

On 26Th july 2015, i have used dominos app to order pizza i hv selected 4 veg singles in my order than filled all details n provided debit card info for payment they deducted ₹247 and i got email that thy hv cancelled order due to technical problem and i hv not recieved my money yet ...

The pizza was booked online from dominos on 25 Jul 2015 at about 1320 hrs. the payment was made through citibank credit card. the dominos got the payment transferred to their account from citibank but never delivered the pizza. this is a fraud from reputed company like dominos. a big dent on company reilability.
