I placed an order for "Roman veg supreme Medium pizza with extra cheese" for Rs. 430 total minus discount of Rs. 100 so Total amount I paid was Rs. 390 including taxes.. I placed this order at 9:30 pm on July 25, 2015 1. I received my order at 10:12 pm today after 42 minutes so I am eligible for a 30 minutes or free (upon calling Store said it was not applicable today? why?) 2. I received a basic Roman veg supreme Medium pizza without extra cheese. please see the attached bill photo and my online order bill I never notice such things but this time when I noted time and saw the pizza I was very disappointed I felt cheated. I paid 390 rupees and store billed for Rs. 318.87 the balance of Rs. 71 was never returned to me.. Question: 1. Why store did not send an extra cheese pizza.? 2. Why store made a bill of Rs. 318.87 instead of 390? 3. My order was delivered late in 42 minutes where is 30 minutes or free guarantee for online orders?

    Transaction Id DMBK[protected] is my transaction id 664 has been debited from my account and i got the cashback of 100rs only as the order was failed .and i did it through mobikwik payment option.i mailedto mobikwik regarding it but they said it was successful from their end.

      Hi, I placed my order on Dominos for Rs. 555/- on 24/07/2015 i.e. last Friday at around 10:45 PM. When i submitted my payments, the website kept loading and the transaction was successful after about 20 mins. So the money was deducted from my bank account. But I did not get any message from Dominos saying that your order has been placed. Nor was the pizza delivered to me. I would like to have a refund of the same Rs 555/- The transaction id for the same from my bank statement is : Narration :DHDF[protected]-Billdk DOMINOS Reference no :[protected]

        Dominos guys have ruined my Weekend as i went to the Dominos located in Netaji Subhash place I have ordered Onion And capsicum pizza afted waiting for 15 minutes i got my order but when i opened i found Tomato And corn pizza When i complained on Cash counter That guy said wait for few minutes without being apologized after 20 minutes i got my order After that i asked for Ice cubes as my Cold drink got warm The shocking answer i got from the counter "Sir We dont have Ice Cubes"

            I have placed order through website on 24-Jul-2015 at 7.45 pm. The order no. was 193 and order timing was 9.00 pm. There was no person came for delivery till 9.15. Then I started calling the Dominos Restaurant at Antop Hill. The sales people (at the outlet) continuously calling that the person has left and will reach anytime. No pizza delivery boy came till 10.45 pm. The I again called, then the person who pick the call told that they forgot to prepare pizza as the order was placed online. Then I asked to talk to Store manager, but the store manager denied to speak. Then I told to cancel the order and refund the amount paid online which the person denied. At 11.45 pm the pizza delivery boy came with Pizza, I immediately sent him back without taking delivery. Dominos have not returned my money. Don't know when I will get back my money which I have paid. I have bill copy with me. I am filing this consumer complain against Dominos as I have paid the money but I didn't get my order. Further, I have faced mental harassment as the delivery boy came at 11.45 pm. I have the copy of Gate Entry Register wherein Delivery boy has signed and mentioned to whom he is going to meet.               I have ordered one pizza & clod drink for a friend of mine on Dominos (Toppings : Onions + Crisp Capsicums + Mushroom + Fresh Tomato Crust : Cheese Burst Size : Medium (serves 2)) -Date - Sun, Jul 5, 2015 at 9:57 PM. -I paid the money online & after 10 min I received a call form dominos that the order has been cancelled as the delivery place is not under their reach. - Following mail was received after that (Your refund request for following transaction is being processed and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.                 Hi, I have ordered online domino's pizza and tried to make a payment through my debit card 695 rupees (BIL/[protected]/Bill Desk/DOMINOS_DICI3 on 24th July 2015). After entering my OTP the page has been redirected to next page and saying that error at your bank but money got detected from my debit card. Immediately made another transaction through the credit card which is got successfully and received confirmation from domino's also for this.(ref number 74332745206520560573688 )Please find the attached screen shot for successful payment. Totally paid 1390.695 rupess to be credited in my account. Please help me on this.

                I have contacted Bill desk support team also, they mentioned that payment has been done sucessfully.
                If that is the case i should receive an email and message from domino's that order has been done, but i did not receive any message and email also.It is clearly mentioned that "Error at your bank"

                Please help me on this.

                  This is rubbish that after all payment has been done order has not been placed and this is just first experience with Payu money and it is last for myself that will not pay through Payu money.                     Hi, this is garimaagrawal. I placed our pizza order at 7:18 pm on 26th july 2015. Due to small drizzling their team member told that there could be delay of 10 to 15 minutes. It means order should have been delivered within 45 minutes. But its about to complete 2 hours and till now order is not been delivered yet. Before this also such kind of issues are faced many times. This kind of highly irresponsible service is not at all acceptable from dominos.
                    This issue must be resolved and some compensation should be provided.

                    Worst part is still no action is taken by the team. pathetic service

                      There are two shops at Patna- nobody is ready to deliver at Anandpuri, West Boring Canal Road (one of the prominent location in Patna). Both are saying the location would be served from the other shop. One shop at last ready to take the order but with no time bindings. Very limited choice has been offered also.

                        I had received a call by Domino's which is located at Chemox House, grnd flr, 7 Barrack road, Bombay Hospital Lane, New marine Lines, Mumbai 400020 informing me about their Friday offer i.e on 24th July 2015 of one on one pizza free.I placed my order at 9:15 pm on Friday 24th July 2015. My order wasn't delivered until 10 pm.I called Dominos(spoke to some Ms Snehal) to enquire abt the same for which I was told that my order has already been dispatched and will arrive in another 10 mins. The order was still not delivered until 10:30 pm. When I called back again my call was received my some Mr Hammad who said that my order was left behind and has become cold so he'll make me a fresh one and deliver immediately. Still until 11 pm I dint receive my order. And the final call I made at 11 pm I was informed that the ovens are now shut and they will not deliver me my order inspite of me placing the order at 9:15 pm. And I was somehow being forced to cancel my order whenever I called. When I requested to speak to the floor manager(Mr Shree) the call was transferred to another co-worker who was busy giggling and trying to pacify their fault rather fraud.Another thing being that my call was disconnected in the middle of the conversation twice. Next day when I personally went to Dominos for an explanation I was given extremely kiddish reasons for not fulfilling their duties. I kindly request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

                          Hi this is rohit srivstava . I successfully place a order (no.278) 26 july 2015 in dominos pizza through online mobile site..but affter sometime they call me from some kaushambi area store and said due to some technical issue my ordir placed in wrong location. they can not delivery in my area..this localities not in under them...I asked for transfer my order in my locality's center.. So they said you have to place fresh order . that order can not transfer...they will give money back in next 10 working days... I would like to complaint about this wrong procedures which they have for costumer services...first thing dominos shoud provided order or money back instantly..also thems customer Care excutive are not good enough...they disconnected my calls 4 time...I would like to ask them when there is no my falt then why I am suffering..?

                            we was very hunger that time we enter dominos, Time 8.14pm we put the order, my son who is 10 years old, he like very much dominos pizza, specially we were go dominos for him.do u know he was so hunger that time also he was very happy that he will eat his favorite pizza.But still after 1 hour our order not delivered us.
                            my son 3 time ask in counter from server miss shyamli K that what happened his order.
                            But no one caring his feeling.
                            we are very dis pointed. now when he has been fully angry than we cancel order but no one caring my little child feeling and hunger.

                            now my son hate dominos and also we too.we will never go dominoz.

                              We stay in lbs nagar, very close to old airport road. These guys at old airport road never once maintained their 30 mins service challenge. Never discounted too. When i raised a complaint the guy said we cannot serve ur building anymore bcz ur dont belong to our coverage area. I said change the condition on ur website for 30 mins. U can deliver then in 45 mins but he said this is my company n my decision to not serve ur building. Worst service. Worst promises.

                                On 24.7.15, I had ordered for 2 medium Pizzas, 1 garlic bread and 2 chocolava cake @ 9.10 pm reading seeing their buy 1 get 1 free offer. First, their online portal was not accepting the offer, hence I called Dominos, D Mall, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, the nearest outlet to our place. The person who answered my call said, their server is down and he does not have more information. I gave the order over phone, then he said as this order is on offer, he cannot guarantee a delivery time of 30 minutes, immediately I changed the order to 2 regular pizzas in which there was no offer, but would be delivered in 30 minutes time. I kept waiting till 10.20 and when it was not delivered till then, I tried calling their customer care no. 68886888, but as bad as their professionalism, even their phone line was down. When I called their outlet, the girl who picked the phone, after taking my details, authoritatively said, "aapka order toh abhi nikal jayega", when I reminded her of the 30 minutes delivery, she said, because of the rush, that was not possible, then on my insistence she handed over the phone to the outlet manager, who again was singing the same song. Ultimately, I had to cancel the order and cook to eat for dinner. At 10.40 their delivery boy came running with the pizzas. What is so ridiculous is that when they said that if we take the offer pizzas cannot be delivered @30 minutes, I called them again to change the order to regular pizzas in which offer did not apply, there was just a gap of 2 minutes and the person who picked the phone said it cannot be changed as the order for my pizzas are already loaded in the oven, when I countered him that how could he do it in 2 minutes he said, he would change my order to regular pizzas, but rudely answered that I cannot make any further changes. When they load the pizzas within two minutes of the receipt of the order, how come they fail to deliver it in 30 minutes to a place which is hardly 500 meters away from the outlet. More so even, they even do not have the courtesy while speaking to the customer. This is my third consecutive experience of failure of server and delay in delivery which has forced me to lodge this complaint.

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Vivek Dinodia and I'm a resident of New Road, Alipore, Kolkata - 700027. My contact number is +[protected]. I'm a past member of the Indian Squash Team and currently a student of Economics at Princeton University, USA. I had placed a home delivery order on the 24th July, 2015 at 9:05 pm with the Dominos outlet in Judges Court, Alipore. I had ordered a thin crust Five Peppers, a thin crust Mexican Green Wave AND A 600ML Coke. The offer of "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" was applicable for this delivery. My order amount was INR 553. PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER: 1. The person who took my order said that it shall be delivered in 1 hour (that is, by 10:05 pm); which is 30 minutes later than your company policy but he requested me for extra time and I obliged. However, I received the pizza only at 10:25 pm, i.e 20 minutes late. 2. The pizza was delivered to me in a cheap plastic packet. The delivery boy did not have a hot case so the pizzas were being carried in the regular cardboard boxes placed inside a cheap plastic packet. As a result, the pizzas were absolutely cold. 3. When I opened the boxes, there was no oreganos, chilli flakes, tissue paper or the menu leaflet. So, I stopped the delivery boy and asked him for some. He asked me to call up the dominos restaurant. They did not pick up my call. 4. When I opened the second pizza box, instead of the Five peppers, there was a different pizza inside with babycorn topping. When I called up the dominos restaurant, they again did not pick up. I am a regular customer of Dominos and this is absolutely not expected from a company of such high repute as yours. It was a Friday night and I was looking forward to having a good Dominos meal, however because of this poor and incorrect service, my meal got ruined. Please look into this matter seriously and come up with a reasonable solution. Thank you and looking forward to a prompt reply. Best Regards, Vivek

                                    I had booked 2 large pizzas through online on 24 july 2015, order number 338. There was a buy one get one offer. I ordered through online by 8.30 pm and waited till 12 midnight and they didn't deliver the pizza. The whole family had to stay without dinner!!! The next day when i called up the store, the lady said "Madam ur order has been cancelled"!! The online site updated that my order has been cooked and will be delivered soon, and then by 10pm they updated saying Mr Bhayanath has set out to deliver the pizza!! But never did the pizza reach us. Height of irresponsible people in Dominos. What kind of customer service do you offer by cancelling the order without even letting the customer know!! If they cant take such offers why do they advertise it?? Atleast there is decency to let the customer know that the order cannot be delivered.                                         24th July 2015 - Order no. 166, I had placed an order at 8:20 PM and there being an offer buy 1 and you get 1 free so that 30 mins time limit is not there so I considered that and ordered so worse come it might reach by 9:00 PM. I was tracking it in my app and it showed order received Pizza prepared Pizza baked but after more than 40 mins the status was the same but whereas it had to be Pizza packed or left for dispatch so I called them at 9:00 PM and a lady picked and answered yes your order has left for dispatch. I waited for another 20 mins and called them again she told sir today there is a rush and I being a regular customer hope I understand and kept the phone. Now it was 9:40 PM and then I called another person picked the phone and told sir, your order has left only by 9:20 PM. I really got wild and pissed off. 1. There was contradict statements 2. I had to wait for another half hour for the pizzas to come. I told to cancel the order though I had ordered it online and the money was paid. The manager or whomsoever is saying there are 10 delivery persons don't know who took my order for delivery? What system do they have when they don't know who has taken which order? He also commented saying this is how it works. I also asked him we are hardly 4 kms. radius and still your person is taking more than 1.5 hours and no sign of pizza for which I just got a reply yes sir you are under delivery radius. I had to go out again buy some dosas and come after which I received a call from a guy stating Sir I will be reaching your place in 2 mins. I was in my height of frustration and told him just return the pizzas to your manager and kept the phone.
