I ordered pizza on 12th June and it was a failed transaction. Money of 565 has been deducted from my account but still no refund till date. The mail has been sent to me by Dominos that: Hi Puneet Khullar, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. In case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is cd[protected] dated[protected] amounted 564. My approval code r from Citi Bank is 252925. Kindly look into this ASAP.

Highly disappointing with the service of domino order no #94 dated 25/06/2015 at koramangala 4rth block outlet at 19.54.02. I called the outlet 5 times for my order delivery but they refused to deliver the order when i asked for 30 min delivery guarantee. 1st call, 20.30 hours "me- when i will receive my order? its already more than expected time". he replies- he must be around there. will be reaching in a while. ok 2nd call, 20.36- they put my call on hold for 2 minutes. third call, 20.52- he must be reaching since its traffic. as i understand it takes more an hour to deliver at 1 km distance. didn't get any call from the delivery person. 4th call, 21.12- he told me that he will call the person and find his place. 5th call, 21.17- your number was not reachable. what an excuse! and he told me he will be there soon and i asked for free delivery and he refused completely. shame! i felt ashamed among my relatives due to this incident. loss happen to me- Felt ashamed. remain hungry last night. disappointing who will be the responsible for this incident? please answer with resolved issue. my no [protected] [protected] dominos 4th block number;[protected]

i bought taccos from dominos on 24 june 2015 and inthat i found HAIR in between the filling i am really disappointed to see that when i called them they simply said to replace the order without apologizing or sense of seriousness that it could be so dangerous to my health it can cause me breathing problem just refunding the amount is not the solution if they dint realize the repercussion of it.

For your kind information Domino's service is very poor in Patna

I am writing this complaint after getting extremely fed up from Domino's online service, many a times I have placed my order but never get the delivery. Today even due to your so called problem of network I have to stay in hunger whole night. So it would b great if you people start working over your online service or rather shut it down. Its no where making the task easier, in fact as a regular consumer I can say that your services always pisses me off. Sometimes you have network issues or sometimes you don't place the order. so you better look forward to this mess of firm and refund my money in my account as said by the consumer service person. This is the issue regarding non delivery of Pizza and charging money for that.This happened in Dominos Pizza outlet in BTM 2nd stage, Bangalore. On 12th June, I ordered a pizza online and made the payment of Rs 558 online. The pizza was never delivered to me and I had to stay hungry that night as I had no other source of food as it was already 12 midnight. I tried calling in the outlet on the status of my order, but noone picked that night. Now when I am asking for refund of my money, they said that the order was online and we can not refund your money. They are asking me to order a pizza now instead of refunding my money, which is a highly impractical resolution. This is a clear case of customer harassment by not delivering the promised even after charging money and then not refunding the money even after 11 day of the event. The same thing would have happened with multiple customers as Dominos have buy one get one free offer and they are unable to handle the surging demand of the pizza. On their part, refusing to refund the money is gross negligence of ethics and moral. Twice a week I used to have pizza from Dominos and that too from the same store. Last two times the customer service and the Pizza was really not good. Last Order Number : 221 Last Order Time : 06/12/2015 07:51:12 PM Issues with Last two orders - The Pizza was not hot - The Thin crust was like biscut when they delivered - The Pizza was delivered after fourty five min and said this is usual time taken by Dominos delivery Complaint with last order - Both me and my wife got food poisoning after eating the Pizza - The Person who delivered the Pizza delivered the pizza after 1 hours fifteen min and said we cant do anything, just take the Pizza. - When we called up the Store after 45 min, they said the pizza is already delivered and its on its way - The Pizza was not at all hot this time as well. Issue: This issue is with only this store (Dominos Restaurant Address Okkim Thorapakkam (omr), Old.148, Survey No.345, 1st Floor, Best Towers, old Mahabalipuram Rd, Opp Cognizant Technology Solutions, , chennai - 600096 Ph.no.[protected] / 1144/ 24581021 / 22 / 23 / 24, [protected]) I dont find this issue with all the stores of Dominos On top of all these, I registered a complaint in Dominos the very next day and didnt get any reply till date which is the worst part.

Complaint against - Dominos outlet -Dugri, Ludhiana, Punjab This is just for your information that Dominos outlet is delivering very poor services and having careless attitude towards customers. I placed Pizza at 10:20PM on 21.06.2015 at Dominos (Contact no.[protected]. But Pizza was not delivered even upto 11:45PM. When I myself called them to take update, they told that Pizza will be delivered after 20 minutes. When Dominos assures delivery in 40 Minutes max., Will this outlet will take 1:30 hours for delivery for my place which is hardly 5.5 Kilometers aways from this outlet??? When I said that I will complaint then Dominos executive bluntly said - OK... Is this way of treating customers and food delivery by such globally reknowned brand?? Also to add here that this was not first time, this outlet has gave such poor food delivery and misbehave. Every time they delivers food in NOT FRESH condition and even wrong menu is supplied. Then they tried to convince to accept wrong menu acceptance. Whenever delivery is delayed, they have standard excuse - Sorry, Delivery boy met an accident on the way... Someone may cross check same by placing a dummy order. I am having a transferrable job and have experienced good service and dealing by Dominos outlets in Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Solan but this time I encountered a bitter experience. Anyway being a customer I can only submit a feedback and may look for another Pizza brand. While i received the order at 10.34pm which is completely against the delivery policy of dominos pizza of 30 mins nahi toh free. On toking to the its employee on phone i was even shattered with his behaviour when he straight away said that this is the normal time which is taken by us to deliver pizza and when i asked him to give me the same in writing he straight away refused and said we deliver in this much time only then i asked him to refund my money as it was against its delivery policy then he said do whatever you feel like we wont refund it and he simply cut the phone.
To bring it in focus the dominos pizza online site clearly says that the pizza wil be delivered to you in 30 mins other wise it wil be free. The pizza was delivered almost after an hour and half and that too with the rude and arrogant behaviour. Kindly look into the matter as i am planning of going into the legal process as it is the case of fraudulent of assuring and not standing on it.

MY ORDER NO IS 211 DATED 21/6/2015 TIME IS 8.19 PM .MY ORDER IS TAKEN AT 8.19 PM YESTERDAY AND DELIVERED TO ME AT 9.15 PM.DOMINOS IS WRITING ON FLYER 30 MINUTES OR FREE.WHEN I ASKED THE DELIVERY BOY HE SAID IT IS WITH IN 2 KMS.WHICHI IS NOT MENTIONES ANT WHERE.YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMERS.PIZZA WAS DELIVERED TO ME FROM JYOTI MALL JALANDHAR.WHEN MODELTOWN IS MORE NEAR TO MY HOUSE.YOU PEOPLE ARE DELIVERING PIZZA FROM JYOTI MALL BECAUSE IT IS MORE THAN 2 KMS FROM NEW JAWAHAR NAGAR.

I ordered 2 Veg Medium size pizza for my syster's children but your executives have screwed up my order number 424 nicely... Children were waiting for Pizza since 9:00pm but you made them disappointed as you delivered it almost after 2 and half hours... I recently ordered the pizza REG PAN VEG COMBO but they delivered us wrong pizzas so i ordered it again believing that I would get a quality.About 90% of this meal is bread with very little ingredient. Very disappointed.The deliver time wasn't that good. why I will probably think twice before ordering here again. Reg PAN pizzas was terrible.

I had some guests and ordered Dominos Pizza through online today, 21-June at 0811 PM. They called me back to say that their oven had some issues and order would be delayed. But later when I checked online, it said my order had been cancelled. They said they cancelled it because they cannot deliver. I told them that even a month back I had ordered Pizza from the same dominos store and had it delivered. I even spoke to to the store manager who said his name was Karthik. He said he will not be able to deliver it. When I asked why then they accept the order online, the manager said, he does not know about that. But whatever it is he will not deliver my order. I had to apologise to my guests who were waiting for dinner. I need to get some explanation on this from Dominos for the unnecessary pain taken for ordering from them.

Hi. I placed an order online, post which I was directed to payment gateway. I paid through NetBanking from my account. Payment was accepted, money was deducted and I got redirected to Dominos website. However when I check on the online ordering, my order hasn't been placed even though amount has been deducted. i ordered a pizza, i got the same on time but when i asked for spice and napkins the delivery said they dont provide spice(chilli and something). So my question for you guys, do you guys want me to have a pizza without a spice? And when I call the outlet the person picked a phone he was not responding properle. Service point of view i will give negative mark

I live in below address and ordered a non-veg pizza (cheese and BBQ chicken -Medium size pizza) on 20/06/2015 at 21:28 PM. The number I called was[protected] which is the dominos centre in Horamavu road. Order was taken and bill amount mentioned was Rs. 372 including tax. Delivery boy from sector 34 chandigarh Domino's chased me, a woman, for a kilometer, blocked my car with his bike and abused Me. Shameful how the staff of an international chain behaves with women. Ashok, restaurant manager did nothing when I went to complain.

Right now i m travelling by Shane Punjab Exp train. Yesterday on IRCTC Website I ordered for Pizza to be delivered en route at Ambala railway station. I made payment on IRCTC while booking. My order No. is 6366. I got two confirmation SMS 1 about booking and 2 about delivery two hours before aprox. I waited... but no delivery has been made so far. I called IRCTC bulk booking number for help But they too could not help out and advised me to wait. Now my train has left the plateform... Go hell with Domino's.

i ordered pizza online and it was a prepaid order, that is the biggest mistake i maid this time believing on Domino's guys. The pizza was delivered after 50 min. and in the meantime i called twice on the store landline wherein they confirmed that the pizza was late and they will refund the amount in my bank account, second mistake i maid believing them again. When the pizza was finally delivered after 50 min. the store guys denied any miscomfort they caused me, and abruptly refused to give me the refund and gave lame excuses that the building lift was'nt working properly, the delivery girl did not even had a cell phone, if she was finding any difficulty she should have called me and let me know about the same, however the lift was working perfectly fine. this shows how the Building 8 store of Dominos is involved in the mockery of Domino's policy. I order every week. But this time i was Extremely dissatisfied and will never ever turn to domino's again. Thanks for [censored]ing things up
