My order no 412 at 7/22/2015 (laxmi nagar). I have ordered one vg paradise n 1 farmhouse with extra cheesse but i found the farmhouse one is just similar to normal mania pizza there is good preparation no that much cheese and i have not ordered the pan base they automatically set this which is really my wastage of money in farmhouse one and there is no extra cheese and that is just simliar to normal Mania pizza i am disappointed with dominos

    HI! DOMINO'S.I am the regular customer and privileged guest of your domino's.My mobile number registered is [protected] at radhe kishan arcade ghodasar ahmedabad.I have last also complained 2-3 times about the pizza served by your domino's store.They are not properly cooked bubbles are there of the maida and cheese is alsp not proper.If domino's wants that their customer health would not be good eating the pizza and if domino's would not serve the good pizza then customer would not visited.Make your pizza perfect and then give the best pizza surety.it is too poor pizza the worst.Stall outside the road serve good pizza better then you.Domino's is being worst day by day.I thik its been 2 months I have not got any answer.Any these of result regarding my complain.Its a humble request do something

      Hi please refer to my order no. 136 ordered through the mobile app for dominos. The order was received by : Shop No G-1, Ground Floor“AVNI’S SREERANGANADHA DVR ECO-GRAND” “LAKE VIEW MALL”Sy. No. 135 & 136 Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Under GHMC, R.R. District, HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH. Contact No.[protected] Date : 19-July-2015 Issue : I ordered a medium sized pizza (cheese burst) around 8:45 pm, but the same was delivered around 9:40 pm, after making several calls to deliver the pizza. Though I also doubt that the pizza base was cheese burst. But my primary concern is that, as per your policy, if the order is not delivered within 30 minutes, the money is refunded. And since I paid online, I was told by the franchisee that my money would be refunded back to me via the same payment mode. Unfortunately, I haven't received the amount yet. Kindly look into this issue and initiate my refund. Thank you !

        Its worse service I have ever seen yesterday I ordered dominos pizza amounting Rs.527 I am based at amar jyoti layout hebbal Bangalore online my order routed to amar jyoti dominos domlur in location confusion so dominos people neither routed my order to nearest dominoz pizza outlet nor cancelled my order...its worse service they have not deliverd anything and taken my money...I will go to consumer court ...I am earning money by hard labour its not for giving charity to domminoz

          We ordered 2 pizzas from one of your outlets in jaipur ( M I ROAD) At 4:15 pm and the delivery was made at 4:49 the delivery did not agree that he came late he made an excuse by saying he was standing downstairs we still agreed but the main issue is that by mistake we gave him 1360 on a bill of 1058 he did not return us the change and just left then we called the dominos outlet from where we ordered the pizza as mentioned above That guy just refused everything and said we gave him 1060 only ill be highly obliged if you could look into the matter and its not about the its about the reputation of your U can me at [protected]@gmail.com Contact number [protected]

            its a very bad experience with dominos last i visit there... i gave my birthday party in dominos for my friends. i order chiess vst pizza... nd this pizza is very bad to see and taste... i feel very embarrass in front of my frnds. i have complaint the manager of dominos (Vishnu) but they wear no any action against this... i my a regular customer is dominos but the first tym i feel embarrass...                 On 18.07.2015 at 12 : 00 am I visited your store with my friends and I found that none of your staff was wearing an apron and gloves. The two ladies who were preparing pizzas were not wearing any gloves or any hat. This kind of food quality is not expected from such a big brand.

                Hi, I Had Visited Domino's inc on Thursday 20.27 IST Baramati Restaurant in Pune District, With mine Family to Celebrate Advance Birthday Party, When Visited what i found was Flies All Around, Sitting on the Meal i've Ordered, Fly Killers where not turn On or Wasn't Working, when asked the Employee of Domino's to call the Manager on Shift, He said he is not Available and went to Mumbai for Offical work, then asked for the Host on Job, he said we don't have host Available, then i asked him too call the Supervisor on shift, He Said Sir Officially We don't have supervisor on Shift Available However i Training Ace(Unofficially Handles the Shift) So i Let him know the Problems i am Facing with the Un Hygienic Restaurant atmosphere & Un Hygienic Food(Due to Flies Sitting on it) he then Simly flew Away Flies from his hand and Turn on Fly Killer(Which was not working) And then not even replace our Meal or refund the money(As They Mention on evey table. We'll make it right or refund your money) when i raised concern about it in the same evening with the Photographs as Evidence the same Evening, i got a Call from the Manager who was in mumbai, said Sir Kya Problem hy aap Batao, Concern closed karo fir aaram se understand karlete hy, and now i am speaking with the Regional Head but he also does not sound Cooperative.

                  Dear Team, Please refer to my bill details, Invoice No DPI66215/15-16/12142 Address:2nd floor, East Block, Amonara Park township, Hadapsar, Pune 411028: Fact, Server(Mr Prashant L), he promised to deliver the product in 10-15 min of time from Order placed time, but delivered after 20 mins and also argued that he has served in due time.

                    Date : 18th July 2015 Place : Bhandup West, Mumbai Order No: 255 The order was placed at 9:27 PM. At around 10:10 PM, I call up the Dominos Store asking why my pizza is not delivered yet, the staff says it will be delivered soon, the guy has left. I told them that it's already 40 minutes, and no one has turned up. I called the store at 10 minutes intervals, and all they said was "Aa jayega pizza 5 min mein" ( The pizza will come in 5 minutes ). Finally at 10:40 when frustration levels were broken, I called up and asked for the store manager. The store manager was apologetic and was like "Sir, I'm sorry I'll remake another one and send it out in 10 minutes". I told him how wrong it was to make me wait for more than an hour and that I had already paid online, so I can't even ask for the 30 minutes or free thing. He was like "Sir, I will send garlic bread complimentary with the pizza". Knowing nothing could be done further, I was ok. My roommate was about to order food for himself from outside, as he was hungry, so I told him not to order, as he was sending garlic bread along and he could have that. He was happy with that, so he didn't order food. The pizza guy comes after 10-15 minutes with the new pizza and hands over a Coke bottle to me. I ask him where is the garlic bread. He said "Sir to yehi bheja, bola ki late ho jayega" ( The store manager sent a coke instead of the garlic bread as it would be late ). So since it was already 11 PM by then, my friend could not eat anything. We all shared the pizza, and he had to cook more food. This is not a one -off experience with Dominos. Similar incidents have happened before as well. I will be taking this up with the consumer forum soon, and will make sure Dominos does not in future harass us like this.                     I also faced a similar situation today.. 1 item was missing from the ordered items and though I had shown the delivery person that whatever items he has brough was also late but he was not ready to accept it while talking to his manager. I was unnecessarily dragged into an argument of whether the delivery person reached in 30 minutes or not. I had to accept the food and pay him the full amount.

                      Disgusting service paid for the pizza online and this lady who takes the call at dominos ballyjung circular road called herself shobha was extremely rude talking like she doing me a huge favour by ansering me and told i will receive the pizza when its ready when it was already past 1hr or ordering. When i called again she tells me threre is lot of rush to not call 10times. Please do not take orders without the permission of miss shobha or staff like her for it causes nusance to them. This kind of people being employed in such a big brand as dominos is very disgraceful for the brand and its goodwill ant talks very ill of your service to us kindly stop employing such disgusting people or please advertise that we as customers should expect such poor rude and humiliating replies. I ordered my pizza at 9.10pm it is almost 11pm still have not received the pizza all i get is miss shobhas humiliating replies. Thank you it was wonderful to receive such an amazing service . After everything i finally dont get my pizza and no refund also

                        I have ordered cheese burst extra veganza and cheese burst margerita pizza. But we alwys fund normal pizza with no liquid cheese and they just reply its a mistake will send other pizza within 20min. Why do they dont execute the order well and just spoil our mood of eating.                           The order no. 314 dtd 19/07/2015 was placed on 8.45 pm but was delivered at 09.44 pm by your delivery boy.The distance between your pizza shop and our home is only 15 mnts by bike/car.Even the pizza that was delivered was cold.We want a refund of our money for such a poor service and product...

                            One of the ingredients is Cheese Jalepano Dip for which I had paid. Amazingly this was not delivered with the order. This is the second time such an error is been reported. I believe Dominos hardly bothers on training and perfection of their staff. This is the second time I am facing a concern from the second outlet, this time I don’t get product which I already paid for. I must reiterate that training and seriousness should be adequately delivered. Besides this branch management team needs to be changed, cheating customers of money should ideally be an integrity issue. Has this what Dominos have now boiled down to….????                               I ordered new launched Medium Veg Roman Supreme pizza looking at main ingredient Broccoli and what I found is broccoli missing. Manager Suryakant told later they don't have broccoli. My concern is why they didn't informed this on confirmation call? Worst experience.

                                  Online order 53, dates 19.07.2015 Delayed delivery, more than the regular delivery time, no phone call from dominos regarding the delay in delivery When a complaint is launched the harassed way of speaking by Mr Hridesh, customer service executive and making a mocking laugh is an insult to any customer, .                                     I ordered pizza on 18/7/15. Which was to be delivered at 10pm. Instead the delivery man came at 10.11pm. I asked him about the policy of the company regarding delivery on time. He started giving lame excuses like he like had gone to the wrong place and the main gate was closed bla bla bla. He had my no he could have called me. But he didn't. And there is no proof of whatever he said. I asked him to call his office. He kept on fumbling with his phone. I asked him to give me the number. the moment i called the phn rang. The person on the other side of the phn kept on arguing with me favouring the delivery man. And lastly he said that next time home delivery will not be made at my address!! . first of all it was their fault and on top of it they were threatening me that order will not be delivered at my address. The delivery man had the audacity to say that i got the discount forcefully and it was not there fault even though he was late. I will myself not order and also make sure my friends and relatives also do not. There are several other companies like pizza hut etc. We r not dependent on dominos but dominos is definitely dependent on customers for business. The outlet was kolkata ballygunj outlet. My order no was 217.

                                        Dear Sir, I have order Pizza from one of your outlet at Shop No. 3, 4 & 5, Ground Floor, 4D Square, Plot No 89, Scheme No. 21, Moje Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380006 The manager called me and refuse to give home delivery of pizza by saying that he can't deliver pizza due to out of service area but actually my home is just around 3 km. so i don't find this is valid ground for refusal of home and i also read terms and conditions for delivery of pizza which specifically provide for that area must be within mapped location and i order as per mapped location so i think there shouldn't be any problem in delivery of pizza. So i would like to take an action on manager of outlet for refusal of home deliver. if this is the problem with website as stated by manager that web site shows every location then you need make changes in your website so manager shouldn't take order at first place because we wasted our time on waiting for delivery of pizza at home and i receive call after 20 minutes that you have to come to outlet to collect your order which i find inappropriate behavior from manager and i am not satisfied with your and this is fall within the deficiency in service as per consumer protection Act, 1986 All Order detail is mention in photo proof Regards Umang Modi Contact No [protected]
