      Hi, We are getting late delivery from past 3 times. But this time they crossed limit. Your service is worst. I have never gone thru such torture. I ordered my pizza at 8:40. At around 9:40 i called them.. Mr. Vijay (claims to be manager) said it is on the way and delivered in 5 mins. After that again we called.. nobody picked the call.. We tried from different phone.. spoke to Mr. Swamy he said it is on the way and will be delivered in 5 mins.. After that i again called.. Mr, Surjesh said.. ur order get missed and it will take another 30 mins.. It is now 10:30.. still waiting... Order no 208 Horrible service..

        sir, I ordered the following:
        1. 1 medium-sized peppy paneer pizza
        2. veg. doubles combo
        along with this i availed the coupon NET09 to get free garlic breadsticks and a dip.
        the order was to be delivered to vinay aggarwal ([protected]) at 8:30 pm today at house no.-57 (agarwal house) block 2 roop nagar new delhi- 110007.
        the payment of Rs.785/- had been deducted from Oriental Bank of Commerce, Mahindra Park Chowk online at about 7.00 p.m. today.
        but neither the pizzas have been delivered nor the payment has been reimbursed.

        pl look into the matter urgently and reimburse me the amount charged.

          This is to inform you that I was promised a Large Domino's pizza by Mr. Mukesh (Old Rajinder Nagar branch ph:[protected]) over phone as my order was delayed for over 90 minutes and secondly it came all cold. I was asked to pay now & was promised a large pizza next time. Now when i came back from vacation & placed an order I was coldly denied of any promise done. I am a regular & loyal customer of Domino's but am not sure how to trust lying employees again over food & their promises made. It seems as if its a regular thing for them to promise with no accountability also i feel that they are working for Sales of you competition as they are pushing us over Pizza Hut & local joints by doing such acts. It not the question of a pizza but the training provided by Domino's to it employees to over promise & under deliver. Hope u look into this matter of promising Domino's products over phone.             i Ordered on: Jun 1, 2015, 12:15 pm, and that transaction was a failure. you ppl mailed me that it will be refunded by June 5th. it has been 30+days now still i have not got my money back.                 Today I wanted to order a pizza.. Called the 4th block koramangala location @ 10:15pm... Their phones Jus keeps ringing... Called the concerns department [protected] they keep me on hold until 11 n they disconnected my call.. I jus wanted pizza for my family n they are hungry now.. Better answer my questions.. M going to sue u guys for sure.. What a disgrace...

                  I placed an oder with code NET09 for week end special on 03/07/2015 at 9.17. what domino's delivery man came without Garlic Bread and Dip. When I asked him about weekend special against code NET09, he call to his duty manager Mr. Sikander Pal, at Gillco Dominos. He refused to deliver the Garlic Bread n dip and say to send Delivery back. So we pepole are siting here at 10 o'clock without any food My order no is 116 and I paid from my debit card of rs 564.00. When I call to Customer care they not pic the phone..                     Unprofessional behaviour by dominos pizza bangalore - india:
                    On 28th june 2015, my 15 year old twin girls decided to have a
                    Pizza party along with a couple of friends. As i was being bombarded with text messages the whole day with special offers of 50% off on orders between 11am - 5pm, at 1230pm, i used the mobile app to place an order. The order was acknowledged with a text receipt with order no. 27 mentioned. The app also showed a final discounted bill amount of rs. 664 and that the pizza was being prepared. However even after 1 hour, as there was no response, i checked the status on the app and the app showed"driver selvaraj on the way to deliver your pizza" and this continued for a total 2 hours. I then checked with 2 nearby outlets and the rt nagar
                    One immediately told me that rs. 300 / - could be deducted on my final bill as the pizza was delayed. But even after 15 min, when i called back, they claimed that my area did not belong to them?The same happened with coles road outlet. I called[protected], and they could only help by transferring my call to cunningham road outlet. Here, the shift manager who did not want to disclose his name rudely dismissed my case by mentioning that this area was beyond their service boundry. He also had the nerve to ask me to come 600 metres from my home to collect the pizza on the road. I explained to him that my apartment was being serviced by them even recently and there was some mistake. But he wouldnt listen.
                    Immediately thereafter, somehow, somebody"cancelled" my order??I immediately posted my concern on the app and around 6pm, mr. Dilip, store manager, cunningham road called me reg this issue. But, instead of sorting out the issue, he was all the time repeating the words of his colleague on service area issue.
                    I wish to give you a few contacts of my immediate neighbours who even a couple of weeks back have received the order from the same outlet::
                    Mr. Kutappa[protected], , mr. Satish vellara - - [protected], mrs. Arveen - - [protected], , and others whose nos. I do not have. Also i have a snapshot of a delivery being attempted on 30th june at 6:29pm 100 meters (Sheshadri road) from my residence!Vehicle no;ka51 - ee7030. I am an avid blogger, but will wait for your response before putting mysad experience on all social networking platforms.

                      We see the advertisement in the Dominos Home page for Aha Value pack to be Rs. 349 excluding taxes whereas we were charged Rs. 379 Excluding taxes. We had called the outlet to place the order and they were unable to provide us the reason. As per the salesperson the price was changed last month.

                        It was our office order and we ordered it 4 hours back.. Still we received the order late when our staffs were gone.. The Kolkata Millennium City Restaurant for Domino's has rude bunch of people.. I will never order from them or from any Domino's till hey apologize and compensate for my loss.

                          Hello,
                          I ordered a pizza from domino's indore, kibe compound, today itself with a bill of rs. 504, using the phone ordering service, over which i asked multiple times that wheter sodexo coupons can be used or not.
                          The guy on the other side told me that yes you can very well pay with sodexo coupons. I again asked him that are you sure i can pay with sodexo coupon, he told yes you can, sir.
                          I ordered the pizza and it was delivered, but after say about 2 hrs later when i already had my pizza over with i got a call from domino's that we can't accept these coupons, from here starts the story, first of all are you kidding me, your delivery guy willingly accepted the coupon and went away.
                          Now after 2 hrs, at 11. 10 pm while i was sleeping, when i have eaten the pizza you are saying your coupons can't be accepted. Moreover that he threatened me by saying in very bold language"apko paise toh dene hi padenge, mae koi pehli bar thodi na passes accept kr raha hu". If you are that sure you should have taught the same to your delivery boy, not to me. I won't have accepted the order on the first hand with the coupons.

                          What that guy thinks of himself, he is a bouncer or something, i have ordered multiple times through dominos and that too at many instances and n number of stores.
                          I have even eaten twice at domino's using the same sodexo coupons.

                          Please look into this matter and kindly instruct the store guys to behave properly with the customers.
                          I am totally certain and making it a point that i won't be paying any cash too anyone in no condition possible, and i hope no one comes to my place bullying anyone for money.

                          I am not a fool writing a mail to you in middle of night, but this has lost all the credibility in dominos i earlier had. You lost a long loving customer of yours, with this foolish instance.

                            I had ordered a pizza online and paid for it by netbanking and while the amount had been deducted from my account the dominos server gave no confirmation of my order or failed order message so I was charged twice for one order. I would like a refund for the extra amount paid by me. I am attaching here the statement which shows I have paid twice for my order....

                            invoice no- DPI65762/15-16/31666 i ordered a double cheese margherita with cheese burst and a coca-cola, paid online an amount of 292. i applied a coupon APP50 and i ordered it by mobile app. the delivery boy came and he was not having the complete order, i.e. he didn't bring coca-cola. so i asked him to take the pizza and go back and get the coca-cola with pizza. but as the 30 minutes had been over, he called the kitchen and talked to manager and then he said that he would give me money of coca-cola. i denied and i said that he was late and he should give me the pizza free as it had been 40 minutes, as for 10 minutes i was standing with him. so he dialed his manager and his manager talked and i talked with him and after having a discussion with the manager, he said that he would punch the order as late and i will get my refund within a week. so i took the pizza, without the coca-cola, i repeat i didnt get the coca-cola for which i had paid. then i called the customer care as i didn't get any confirmation regarding the refund, request no- 687616. now it has been a week and i haven't got my refund. i dont know wat to say to you people. just do what u promise, refund my money.

                              Hi... My self keyur suthar. I had placed order for pizza on dominos website on date 27 th jun. I had done payment online through mobikwik wallet. Money deducted from wallet successfully but I did not get confirmation mail or msg from dominos for order. I had contact our local dominos outlet but they replied me that we haven't received your order. I had contact mobikwik they replied that from our side transaction is successful & also they credit my cash back amount to my wallet. Now dominos says that they have not received order & mobikwik says that transaction is successful. Then whom I have to trust. Please help me to resolve this... Thank you Keyur suthar

                                domino's store located at urban estste phase 2 patiala very poor service i placed my order on 21 june 2015 first of all order is late and secondly when order reached theri dilivery boy forgot to bring pepsi bottle with him. after that i ordered on 28 june 2015 after 30 min of my order i asked them that my order not reached they said your order is not placed due to some tecnical problem and said sorry. every time they do mistakes and say sorry. so its my request to take some action on it other wise you are poor in to give service.

                                  I had placed an order, in two attempts through mobikwik wallet, out of which one attempt was unsuccessful and order is not placed, but my Mobikwik wallet was debited twice, now it's been 17 days but the amount is not refunded back in wallet. I logged a support ticket with mobikwik but they told me that the status of payment is successful for both transactions at dominos. Please look into the matter and process the refund for Rs 445/ asap to wallet. The details of transactions at mobikwik are following Sr Dated Transaction Id Status Amount 1.[protected]:42 hrs DMBK[protected] Failed 445/- 2.[protected]:57 hrs DMBK[protected] Succeeded 445/-

                                    On 27th june 2015 at 18:08, i placed an order for rs.516.. And all the payment process are over .

                                    But at end i got order failed..And shown the screen to pay again.

                                    I paid again rs.516 and confirmed the order.

                                    I did not get the refund of my first order for rs.516 /- so for.

                                    The transaction id got is : payu[protected] / bank txn : 46361 / 27/06/2015/18:08

                                    Kindly refund rs.516/- to my account
