I order medium farmhouse on cheese burst from food court of elante mall and my order number was 333. As they provide me pizza on time but the quality of pizza was very poor. I am regualar eater of farmhouse but the pizza th3y provided me was smelly. The pizza was cold and wven the cheese didnot melt in it. Ch3ck my complaint, or i will go futher.

    The order in reference, #349, was placed on 21.06.2015 at 9.28 PM at the Mulund branch of Domino's. The order amounted to Rs. 880 which had been prepaid by a Debit Card. The order was delayed by 75 minutes and delivered at 10.45 PM. The Store Manager had been called at 10.30 PM asking for the 30 minutes assurance policy and the applicability of the scheme on that order. The Manager replied in an affirmation, the delivery guy had a talk with him the same day and the refund was promised to be initiated the next day. It has been since then that the refund has not been initiated. We have had 3 calls made to the Store having a talk with the Manager regarding the same and each time we were promised the Refund. The last attempt that we made was today, 11.07.2015 talking to Ms. Shubhangi (that's what we were told). We asked her for the status of the same refund to which she gave no response and when we said we might approach the Consumer Forum for the same and report the incident, she gave a positive reply to do so and hence we are left with no choice but to report it here. I, being a regular customer with the Restaurant was disappointed to see such a poor resolution. The only takeaway we might get is, NEVER EVER PREPAY for your order with the Restaurant. The best and safe bet is always COD. Hoping to get this resolved soon.

      We r regular customers of dominos n I keep getting offers. But every time I do an online order it says not valid. Whn I call the outlet they say they have nothing to do with the online coupons. For example I got a msg- enjoy the wide range of pizzas at dominos; buy one pizza &get one free. Call 68886888.cpn 701BKCO7. Vld:11Jul.t&c. What does it mean?

        Hi! Just to let you know that I have ordered pizza and garlic bread at your Dwarka sec 12 New Delhi franchisee. I was told 45-50 min will take for delivery. Now its more than an hour. I called at your sector 12 centre and they asked me what to do. Trust me this is not Dominos famous for. I appreciate Dominos for keeping their word. Now I feel that your quality for which this brand is famous, is deteriorating. This is highly disappointing. Looking forward for your immediate action & response. Regards!

          i am complaining against the manager of Dominoz, Kolkata, regional branch at barasat branch. i ordered two mexicana pizzas of medium size under buy one get one free offer, and they placed the order at nearly 11;30 am and i asked them to deliver it by 6.30pm. after 7;00 pm they are telling me that i have previously called 4 times and gave irrelevant addresses. so they cancelled. my name is Aryoma Ghosh. please take proper steps against this indiscipline or else i have to sort it out legally. my phone number is [protected]

              Hi, Myself Sandeep Kumar contact number [protected] placed an order t 5pm in vasant vihar store but pizza wasn't delivered till 40 minutes, i called again to the store to know the status of order, the person said from your store that pizza will not be delivered before 1:30hour if you have to take then wait otherwise i will cancel the order after that i call again she said that she had cancelled the order.. There was already a concern happens from your side that time store manager said that it will not happens again.. very poor service .. Dominos provide the service guarantee of 30 minutes .. i think you have to close this service of 30minutes delivery..

                i have ordered a medium Farmhouse pizza and a garlic bread @ rs. 459/-, my order no-131, i made an order on 3:18, but my order was not delivered on 30 minute, then i called nearest New Delhi Jail road representative, she (Ashu) said in very illiterate language that this is not guaranteed to delivered orders on time. when i received my order its came incomplete (i received only pizza without gralic bread) and they came at 4:11 PM the delivery boy Gaurav said he forget to carry the second order(garlic bread) then agarin i called to outlet number and they apologies what they did. but again they sent garlic bread at 5: 20 PM, i refused to accept . i am a regular customer of Dominos, but this my first worst experience with this. my purpose of writing this complaint just to return my money.                   I ordered 2 veg doubles at 1.46pm, I was told by the outlet that the pizza will be delivered within 40-50 minutes.But the order arrived around 3.15 pm. When we contacted the pizza outlet, the pizza store representative Amit working at Green Park spoke to us rudely and said, "Whatever you want to do, you can do." and informed us that the order will be delayed and will be delivered in 1.30 hours. When the pizza arrived the pizzas were not warm enough.Also the order should have 8 pizzas and 4 cheese dips but the order contained 7 pizzas and 3 cheese dips. My order number was 83 on 11/7/15

                    Hi, I placed an order from Dominos Pizza (Huda City Centre, Gurgaon) on 29th June 2015 for Veg Doubles with a bill amount of Rs.340.00. The account through which the order was placed was under Kumar Gaurav (Contact No: [protected]). The payment for this order was made through my HDFC net banking account. My account was charged but somehow the order was not placed. I then again made a payment through my HDFC bank debit card and it went through. So i have been charged twice for the same order. On 2nd July, i received a message from Dominoes Pizza stating that the amount would be refunded back within 4-5 business days. But till date no money has been received. I even called up the store manager at Huda Dominoes Pizza. The response recieved is not satisfactory and as per him the money has been refunded to my account and issue stands closed at their end. Its really annoying getting this response and also the manager did not bother to call me back after taking my number three times. Request you to take an immediate action and get the issue resolved at the earliest. Thanks, Mohini Khanna

                            i have ordered a medium pizza @ rs. 402/-, my order no-286, delivery boy reached at my home after 30 minute. but he could not accept .after that he call his senior mr. Negi and on call he told to me your order is more than 300, so you have to pay left amount 102 rupee. but delivery boy did not deliver pizza..

Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] and bill desk id is #DPT[protected] for the order i had place on domino's pizza's website For Rs 402 but as i was not able to see my order there i called domino's people they said that here we have not recevied any order so we will tell your bank/ paytm operator to refund your amount. so sir i cant wait more for this refund of RS 402 . plz send me the refund as soon as possible. and kindly do the needful.

                                Yesterday on july 7, in placed an order for veg single pizza into my nearest dominos of sector 17, kurukshetra at 7:39 pm. And paid the payment for my order of rs 245 through my paytm account bearing mobile number [protected] having the paytm txn id :[protected].
                                Rs 245 has been deducted through billdesk having billdesk order #dpt[protected] but order has not been placed in dominos. .
                                Within few minutes i contacted the dominos in sector 17 n told them about the happening, they told me that my money will be refunded if the order is not placed. . Till now the money has not been refunded. .
                                Moreover, i gave a complaint about this issue on this page at 6 in the morning and ur client called me and said that my money will be refunded in 4 hours. . But all in vain. .
                                I request u to look into my matter otherwise i have to take strict action against the concerned.

                                    My order no. was 78 on 7th July 2015 placed @ 10:16 pm...The delivery boy did not get his phone along with himself..and did not come within 30 mins as promised..and den he did not made the pizza free..and was arguing for no good reasons..coz he was the one who got late and came without cell phone...irresponsible..! The pizza was not delivered within half and hour as promised by your service..And moreover the delivery boy was arguing on irrelevant topics. I am a regular customer of Domino's and uptill today I was really happy and satisfird with the service provided..But not after today's incident..I am really hurt by the behaviour of the delivery boy..Instead of apologizing, he kept on arguing. My order being delivered late after 30 minutes should have been free..Plz look into this and try to do something worthy regarding the matter.

                                      I have ordered a pizza for 3 of my family members. The order was delivered in 45 minutes no SORRY card was given to me. The topping on the pizza appears to be rotten and pizza tasted very bad. I called at the store and now they will provide a fresh pizza, which means my family members need to wait for another 30 minutes. Now this pizza has already been delayed by 5 minutes and still no delivery. This has happened 6th time in my 7 months of tenure. This store has less than 30% of the quality and in time delivery rate. Please allow me to get my orders from other nearby store as I cannot rely on this store due to such bad service and product preparation.

                                        Today I visited to malad sv rd outlet... its been 5 yrs, im having dominoz pizza were I love to have dominoz product. Today we ordered for 6 pizza mania... bt I didn't felt it lyk having pizzza... in fact of putting so much of tomato ketchup it was very dry. Was feeling lyk having a bread wid ketchup .i had the worst pizza ever with all my friends and i all suggest each and everyone to not to visit that outlet. The pathetic and the worst pizza... totally unsatisfied ... just waste of money and tym.
