Domino's Pizza - money deducted online but no order placed 1 Review Add a Comment User Jithin Rj on Jun 28, 2015 This company has cheated me, in the name of online banking and 50% off offer, after a lot of processing and verifications that consumed a lot of tym and energy, I in the end was lucky enough to reach the payment options page, then when I selected the option of cash on delivery, the website notified me that it was "unable to process my request and that I shud try again latr, and after similar three attemps and 2 phone calls from their server for confirming my order, the website sent a notification that it I "have consumed the maximum number of request and that I should try net banking, and I did, and later on an amount of 257rs was deducted fron my account, but the website did not show any confirmation of the order and then the website notified me that I had not placed the order.when I contacted the local dominoes shop the said that there has been no order placed in my name, . The website did not provide me with an order number nor did it confirm my order but the amount of 257rs has been deducted, I had placed the order at 3:32pm but no information regarding the order has been provided, please tend to this issue and ensure that it doesnt occur in the future. I want my money o refunded as soon as possible.

FIRST OF ALL IT WAS NOT CHEESE BURST AND THERE IS REPLACEMENT... THE BEHAVIOR OF MANAGER WAS LIKE A CULPRIT...

        Date: 28-Jun-2015 I ordered 2 Pizza and 1Chicken wing at 1629 today. I request a time delivery of 2030. I got the order at 2120 with 2 damaged Pizzas Both Pizza were smashed in the box as there was no packing properly. I told delivery boy that the Pizza are damaged and also late. He said today there was rush so late. I am ok with late but I told I can not accept damaged one. He started calling store manager. No one picked phone. I have also tried 3 to 4 times no one picked phone. I told delivery boy I can not pay for these pizza. You give me free. He told he can not do that without managers consent. Manager was not picking his phone. So I sent him back. At 2200 manager Amjad called me . He told I am sorry I am sending you same order again free of cost. Now what he did is extremely offensive and un professional. He sent damaged Pizza again at 2215. I called him back and said boss what is this. You want to me to eat these non senses. He said I have too much rush today I can not do anything, if you don't accept those pizza sent the delivery boy back. Finish. I am totally frustrated with this type of service from Dominos. If you behave and deliver like this because of rush, one day you will wait for rush and there will be no rush for ever. My number is [protected]. Please check my history of order. One noticeable point is I see the issue specific to this store. Naopara, Chinner Park, Kolkata.west Bengal 700136 I had to manage my dinner after 2230 by my own after al these non sense and the store manager even did not bother to call me again. I want this should be escalated to highest level and I want to know what action is taken for this. Till the time I am not satisfied with resolution I will never order from Dominos . Even my company bulk order will also stop where I am a manager (IBM India). Please check my number history how many bulk order I have placed till date. This is it.           Hello Dominos, Order Number : 259 Invoice Number : Date :[protected] Time : 04:59 p.m Name : Inderdeep Kaur Number : [protected] Address : Orange, Floor 8 Infinity Tower, Sector 25, DLF 2 Cyber City, Gurgoan Firstly there was no confirmation call once the order was placed online which we generally receive every time we have ordered till today, once the order was placed online for reference. Secondly, the person who came for the delivery was not carrying a phone to inform that the delievery is ready . However, it was an office premises, locating exact place for delievry is not feasible. Anyhow, she managed to locate us after 45 minutes, when asked her to call us for the confirmation of order by call which we did not receive then she came up with the answer "vaise bhi bahut kam hota h hamare paas, bahut order h, aur yahi ek order nhi hai". Moreover, she was not carrying a Mobile Phone. How do you manage to locate the address of the Customer, if no phone is available with the delivery girl. As the order was late than 30 mins, we refused to pay the bill and called the store to discuss and inform that the order was late than the promise time so we wont be paying and at the end accepted to pay but person was not carrying the change of Rs.500 as well. She said to give the money and she will come back and will get the change then we said that you get the change and come back, then we will pay; and for this she replyied that " Ham apka paisa leke bhag thodi na jayenge". Sir..!!! Do we expect such statements from your employees? even we donot run away and take your few bucks with us. And importantly when has conversation with the store Managers they are not ready to listen and help, in fact, they started to argue with no reason for more than 30 mins at first place and after all the long discussion and the argument, they advised that they will remake the pizza and will send the pizza but we still have to pay the requisite amount. I think Dominos should stop advertising 30 minutes delivery promise to Customers. Such a behavior and statements from Shift Managers continues, I lost my trust with Dominos and would advise my friends not to go for it. I would like to name the people with whom we had a long argument on call are Shift Managers MOHIT and HITESH and they used statements "I have lot work to do and our order is not the only order to follow". When expressed our frustration of talking to you so called Shift Managers on call, for 1 hour 30 mins, manager HITESH was shouting and tried to dominate and was not at all ready to listen my complaint. Do you train your Managers to dominate the Customer, instead of assisting them? Have you ever trained your Managers, how to deal and respect Customers. It takes months to bring a Customer but a minute to loose one and this was I felt today with your brand Then we were given the Contact Details of the Store manager named RAHUL KUMAR, when we had a bad experience with the Shift Managers. He was trying to listen and was showing very pleased behavior as if he was sorry, but No...!!! Since, Dominos is not providing a proper training to Managers, he started showing his attitude and was again not listening to us. At the beginning of the conversation I felt he might listen to me and resolve my issue but later the statements he used were again ridiculous. His statements were that "As he knows few of my colleagues, that is the only reason he is speaking to us and entertaining otherwise he may not have enterteined our request. " All the above employees mentioned Shift Manager MOHIT and HITESH and the Store Manager RAHUL KUMAR were very rude and their attitude was really unacceptable and your intervention is requested for the same.                 Dear Sir, I had placed an order of 2 Mexican Cheese Veg Pizza with Extra Cheese. I had done the payment through netbanking via my SBI account with coupon code MOB50 (50% discount). Total payment is debited from my account os Rs 437. But after this I have not received any order details.                   I had placed a order at 1.21pm using the mobile app and used the mobile discount code which i recieved from dominos on my mobile but i was told that my order was placed through net and i wasnt given the required any discount.I want you to look into this and return me the cash discount.                       Hi Dominos, I am based out of Bangalore and live in BTM Layout area. Of Late, the customer service for the online order delivery has become really pathetic. This is happening to me for the second time and so decided to raise a complain. Last time when I ordered, the Dominos Store in BTM 2nd stage said my address was not serviced by them even though I live in SNN Raj Lakeview Apartment in BTM 2nd Stage. They said my apartment comes under purview of BTM 1st stage, so they suggested to order next time from there. Despite the confusion and inconvenience I decided to ignore that incident. Today as suggested, I ordered from the BTM 1st stage store. I place my order around 2 and after waiting for an hour, I gave a follow up call to the store to know that my order was cancelled, as they will not service to my address. After a long and heated discussion I was made to understand that Dominos store from silk-board will service my online order. After waiting for so long, I had to reorder from the silk board store. How the hell, I as a customer will know which store in my area will cater to my order. I was strongly disappointed and my whole family members had to remain HUNGRY for all these confusion. The biggest surprise came to me when the store Manager of the 1st Stage (after he checked with the 2nd stage Manager) said the BTM 2nd stage delivers only to “L” Block of my Apartment and as I stay in “K” block they can’t deliver to my address……Such a Pathetic scenario!!! Also I noticed my order that I placed at 2 pm was for Rs. 664, but the same order that I re-placed was for Rs. 727, though My Order remained the same and the Coupon code applied was the same.                         Hi, I would like to bring to the notice of concerned authorities that the behavior of associates at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram outlet is very rude. The phone calls are first not entertained. We have to call multiple times to speak to an associate. The behavior over the phone is very very rude. No customer service. Customers cannot be taken for granted..

First on 25th June, while ordering payment of Rs 502 was done to PAYUJUBILANTFOODWORK, but ultimately order didn't get placed. I ordered again online, and at the second time it was successful, with me paying Rs 502 again at around 7:23 pm (order no.232). Hence Rs 1004 got deducted from my account instead of Rs 502. Then, again today (27th June), I tried to place order online at around 5:14 pm. Although Rs. 245 got paid to PAYUJUBILANTFOODWORK, the order didn't get placed. Hence I lost Rs 245 today. Which means a total of Rs (502 + 245) = Rs 727 this week. Please refund the amount in my account. Else it will be very problematic to order again.

                            The toppings (cheese and the rest) of a large pizza (chef's chicken) was stuck to the roof of the pizza box because there was no pizza-stand. The delivery boy took the pizza back after promising to bring a new one in 15 minutes. I waited for 1 hour 40 minutes for this pizza without compensation.

                              i'm highly unsatisfied with the dominos. i ordered pizza n its not good in taste. this is 5th time that i have to call them and request thm to replace my pizza. i dn think a brand liks dominoa should bear this.. hope to solve this. this is 5th time that i have to replace my order. i regret being to dominos.. highly unsatisfied.. and i think now i won't go to dominoa ever. because of the poor service. i orderd chees burst and there is almost no cheez into it. and pizza is not freshly baked.

                                  this is not first time it happened, this is 4th time happening. when ever i order for parcel, they will not return me the difference amount immediately and last time i did not take rs 50 from them also. after getting parcel in our hand we will forget about difference amount. staff are taking it as advantage and today they have given carry bag, which was used. never feel like going back to kuvempunagar branch Mysore.                                     order pizza online and paid money in advance order no 130 dated 26 June 2015. I selected pimpri location while doing online order because I am staying pimpri, but immediate I got call from domino outlet saying in your area we don't cover and order canceled . How I can identified / select location because there were so many options for pimpri, pimri gaon, pimri (Ajmera) ... etc..

                                      Today I have ordered Pizza and other eatables from Vidhya Nagar Outlet, Bhopal Branch at 7:12 pm and got the delivery at 7:45 pm ( 33 min) by Mr. Narendra and he refused to deliver it free. Which as per my opinion is out of order and against norms of Domino's. Invoice No.-DPI 66576 DATED:- 26/06/2015

                                        On using the app for ordering pizza online, the order was not processed and the money was deducted from the account. I received an email from Dominos saying: "Hi Poorva Godbole, Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. In case you have applied an unique coupon, it will be automatically reactivated after 1 hour. Your transaction number is cash[protected] dated[protected] amounted 790. However in case your order was successfully placed in subsequent attempt, then please ignore this notification mail." Please look into this matter ASAP.
