Firstly there was no confirmation call once the order was placed online which we generally receive every time we have ordered till today, once the order was placed online for reference.
Secondly, the person who came for the delivery was not carrying a phone to inform that the delievery is ready . However, it was an office premises, locating exact place for delievry is not
feasible. Anyhow, she managed to locate us after 45 minutes, when asked her to call us for the confirmation of order by call which we did not receive then she came up with the answer "vaise
bhi bahut kam hota h hamare paas, bahut order h, aur yahi ek order nhi hai". Moreover, she was not carrying a Mobile Phone. How do you manage to locate the address of the Customer, if no
phone is available with the delivery girl.
As the order was late than 30 mins, we refused to pay the bill and called the store to discuss and inform that the order was late than the promise time so we wont be paying and at the end
accepted to pay but person was not carrying the change of Rs.500 as well. She said to give the money and she will come back and will get the change then we said that you get the change and
come back, then we will pay; and for this she replyied that " Ham apka paisa leke bhag thodi na jayenge".
Sir..!!! Do we expect such statements from your employees? even we donot run away and take your few bucks with us.
And importantly when has conversation with the store Managers they are not ready to listen and help, in fact, they started to argue with no reason for more than 30 mins at first place and after
all the long discussion and the argument, they advised that they will remake the pizza and will send the pizza but we still have to pay the requisite amount.
I think Dominos should stop advertising 30 minutes delivery promise to Customers. Such a behavior and statements from Shift Managers continues, I lost my trust with Dominos and would
advise my friends not to go for it.
I would like to name the people with whom we had a long argument on call are Shift Managers MOHIT and HITESH and they used statements "I have lot work to do and our order is not the only
order to follow". When expressed our frustration of talking to you so called Shift Managers on call, for 1 hour 30 mins, manager HITESH was shouting and tried to dominate and was not at all
ready to listen my complaint.
Do you train your Managers to dominate the Customer, instead of assisting them?
Have you ever trained your Managers, how to deal and respect Customers.
It takes months to bring a Customer but a minute to loose one and this was I felt today with your brand
Then we were given the Contact Details of the Store manager named RAHUL KUMAR, when we had a bad experience with the Shift Managers. He was trying to listen and was showing very
pleased behavior as if he was sorry, but No...!!! Since, Dominos is not providing a proper training to Managers, he started showing his attitude and was again not listening to us.
At the beginning of the conversation I felt he might listen to me and resolve my issue but later the statements he used were again ridiculous. His statements were that "As he knows few of my
colleagues, that is the only reason he is speaking to us and entertaining otherwise he may not have enterteined our request. "
All the above employees mentioned Shift Manager MOHIT and HITESH and the Store Manager RAHUL KUMAR were very rude and their attitude was really unacceptable and your intervention
is requested for the same.
