I live in below address and ordered a non-veg pizza (cheese and BBQ chicken -Medium size pizza) on 20/06/2015 at 21:28 PM. The number I called was[protected] which is the dominos centre in Horamavu road. Order was taken and bill amount mentioned was Rs. 372 including tax. But the order not delivered till 11:00 PM and no response when called back. 10/2, Sri Balaji Nlilaya, 2nd B Block, Sir M.V.Nagar, Ramamurthy nagar, Bangalore-560016

Delivery boy from sector 34 chandigarh Domino's chased me, a woman, for a kilometer, blocked my car with his bike and abused Me. Shameful how the staff of an international chain behaves with women. Ashok, restaurant manager did nothing when I went to complain.

Right now i m travelling by Shane Punjab Exp train. Yesterday on IRCTC Website I ordered for Pizza to be delivered en route at Ambala railway station. I made payment on IRCTC while booking. My order No. is 6366. I got two confirmation SMS 1 about booking and 2 about delivery two hours before aprox. I waited... but no delivery has been made so far. I called IRCTC bulk booking number for help But they too could not help out and advised me to wait. Now my train has left the plateform... Go hell with Domino's.

i ordered pizza online and it was a prepaid order, that is the biggest mistake i maid this time believing on Domino's guys. The pizza was delivered after 50 min. and in the meantime i called twice on the store landline wherein they confirmed that the pizza was late and they will refund the amount in my bank account, second mistake i maid believing them again. When the pizza was finally delivered after 50 min. the store guys denied any miscomfort they caused me, and abruptly refused to give me the refund and gave lame excuses that the building lift was'nt working properly, the delivery girl did not even had a cell phone, if she was finding any difficulty she should have called me and let me know about the same, however the lift was working perfectly fine. this shows how the Building 8 store of Dominos is involved in the mockery of Domino's policy. I order every week. But this time i was Extremely dissatisfied and will never ever turn to domino's again. Thanks for [censored]ing things up

I had ordered a combo pack of 240 rs through app using [protected] number on 12 June 2015. As soon as 240 rs deducted from account, I got message saying your order is canceled because of technical reasons and will be refunded in one week. I wondered that didnt send any order id also with that message. After a week I didnt get any refund. I raised a request in same application of Dominos explaining my problem. My complaint number is 681801. I want all refund as soon as possible.

We have ordered pizza at dominos today and our order was delivered late so we ask for free pizza as per company rules then he started arguing with us and has cancelled our order without consulting to us we called him back and we ask him that why he has cancelled our order then he argues badly asking that u have cancelled the order by your self . He has insulted us in our locality then we pays to him for order and ask him to give us order but he threw our money and went back and then we call at dominos land line number and them to deliver our order and tell them about whole scene which is created at our colony, they also argues with us badly and refuse to deliver order back

Hell of bad experience with dominos especially the Bellandur and Sarjapur Branch. 17th June 2015, Order No, - 277 branch - Sarjapur Road, No. 18/2a, Anmbalipura Village, Varthur Hobli, Bellandur Gate, Opp. Ideb Spring Fields, Sarjapur Main Road, , bangalore - 560034 Ph.no.[protected], [protected] Pizza delivered after one hour, no seasoning present, cold drink warm and pizza cold. I had payed in advvancce so could not do anything than compromise. Today again 19th june, order noo. 204 same branch its crossed 2 hours that i have ordered pizza and the branch people are telling 5mins, 5min and more 5 mins.. dont know what the heck is happening, and now not even picking up my cal, Is this what is excted behaviour with a regular cutomer ? I am so dissappointed and pissed off with dominos today. Disgusting !!

Due to very bad smell, simply we discarded it. I tried to call the customer care, unfortunately they are not ready to talk with us and after receiving the call they are not answering. I wish to tell clearly that if they quality of the cheese or the items are not good means, why you are supplying to the customers ? I am really disappointed by the customer care. If i have a chance, I will go again to the shop and will talk with them.

Hi, This is Mohit from Laxmi Nagar. Yesterday i was at your New Domino's Branch at Laxmi Nagar. And I ordered 349/- Meal between 8:00 PM - 8:45 PM. The Date is 18/06/2015. And i give 500 Rupee Note to the staff member. The Bill Amount is 413/- Only. The Staff Member tell me to have sit. And then the other Staff Member Bring mt Pizza to the Table. And The Counter Person Make A Circle on the Rest Return amount ans say you finish your pizza and then take the rest amount. After that i forgot to take my money back. And Now i have Lost My Bill. The Order No. Is - 333. Today i go to the branch and i talked to your staff and first they demand for the bill when i say it has been lost. they say me to give the order No. when i gave it to then they want my mobile No. but yesterday when i ordered the pizza the counter person didn't ask for the No. Now your staff is saying that without Mobile No. your money Can't Be Return. I know 87/- is not a big amount but where is this Amount? So its My Humble Request to you that please Check whats happening at your New Branch. Because if New Staff is doing these type of things then in Future who will trust on this staff. If staff can bring My Pizza to the Table then why didn't i got the rest Amount on the table. i placed an order at rohini sector 3 dominos and they denied me to deliver at my address against this i put a complaint here only and mr shailender from the same restaurant call me and give me silly exuses regarding non delivery of order. in this regard i want some serious action should be taken against this person

The slip on the pizza box also had '1 Reg HT Veg Hawaiin' written on it, so, we didn't pay much attention on the appearance of the pizza. After half of the pizza was eaten, then we realised that pizza is actually non-veg. After realizing this, we call up the Pizza outlet which delivers the pizza and they send someone to verify it. The person who came saw the pizza and verified it as NON-VEG. The pure vegetarian person had eaten a non-veg food due to negligence by the domino's side. We are very disappointed and did not expect this from a brand as big as Dominos. We want Justice.

Depsite being after several follow ups I am really pissed up for my own money. Its been almost 18 days that I am following up with dominos for my own deducted money. Niether I recieved pizza(despite amount of Rs 600 being deducted from my account) which I ordered for my guests nor I got my money back even after several follow ups. I was not expecting this kind of behaviour from Dominos. Though I am a regular customer of Dominos (in Punjab and Pune) Really I am not happy with the service.

Hi, On 15/06/2015, I placed an online order for Pizza and did the payment online. As per my conversation with the store lady over the store phone number [protected] order was confirmed at 01:14 PM and order was not received by 01:45 PM. As per company's 30 minutes money back policy, Because I did my payment online, I needed my money to be refunded. To discuss about it I called the store phone number again, I talked with Amit Kumar Mishra, As per him, his employee ID was 120708, He assured me that I'll get my money back within 7 days. I'm sure its a fake promise. I do not want to attach screenshot here as its the public forum and it has my personal details. If required, I can personally e-mail the proof screenshots.

I ordered Pizza using official website of Dominos and Dominos Restaurant Address was Sarjapur Road, No 18/2A, Ambalipura Village, Varthur Hobli, Bellandur Gate, Bangalore- 560034, which is located just opposite to my appartment. First of all my order was delayed by 1. I made an online payment so i asked for refund of my money from the delivery boy and he kept me waiting for another 1 hr for his internal discussion with his branch manager on the procedure for refund in case on online payment but all was in vain. Then i was taken to the Dominos restaurant and the manager commited me that full refund will be done within a week time. if any body is there to address customer grievances then please let me know if i am getting refund of my order or not.

I ordered a pizza order# 19 at 12.29.25pm on 15/06/2015. I received the pizza after 30min which is promised by Domino's otherwise they give the pizza as free. I had payed online and when I asked the delivery boy return my money he gave a rude reply 'do whatever you can, I will not give you the money'. Kindly look into the case and do justice on this. Why does someone claim such a thing when they are not able to deliver that.

To whomsoever is reading this complain, I happen to bulk order Dominos pizza from Paldi, Ahmedabad branch of 16 pizzas there was no cheese is 7-8 pizzas. As a proof i'm attaching the pictures of the pizza that was served to me without cheese. On top of it the pizza was stale and tasted different. I am a regular customer of Dominos but from not on I will aware people of the malpractices going in the chains of dominos.
