We had ordered Domino's pizza at 10 pm .. We got the message ur pizza is ready and will be delivered shortly.. After waiting for 40 mins a call from Domino's executive came and said we can't deliver ur pizza.. And when we complaint why u will not delivered then he started vulgar and abusive language.. Dominos used to be great pizzas in good times! But from this day it would mean cold hard pizzas which were more than an hour late without any prior information to the customer. Also when asked for the guaranteed free pizza since it was not informed that time guarantee is not applicable at the time of the order, the manager behaves as if I am begging him for food.
