I am Tushar Singh Tomar from Kanpur. I ordered pizza from the Dominoz pizza at south X mall, Kidwai Nagar on 14, June. The order was given at 8:45pm and a surety was also given that the pizza will reach my home, which is about 8 km away, that the pizza will reach there about 45 min. After an hour, around 9:45 pm there was no sign of any pizza. so i called again at the centre around 4 times but everytime there was no response. then the 5th time a person picked up and told me that the order was not even placed. so i placed the order once again and he again gave the surety that it will take around 45 min to get delivered. I again waited for an hour but still there was no response. So I called once again so now some another person picked up the call and when i asked about the order he said that it has already been placed and the delivery will be at my home in 15 min. i waited another 30 min, but the result was same. at last no pizza reached at my home. I called on[protected] from +91-[protected] Because of this i was not able to have the dinner and because i waited till 11 pm so i had no other alternative for my food.

today i ordered veg singles combo pack priced at rs.205 but i was charged rs.265 as the base price just because of the assumption of the person who took my order that i was ordering the pan base veg singles even though i never mentioned the same. Also, i was not told grand total of my order at the time i ordered. Afterwards when we called back at the dominos pizza, shakti nagar (from where we had ordered) the person tried to cover up his mistake by giving false arguments rather than saying sorry. He did misbehave and SPECIFICALLY asked us to file a complaint and in a very ARROGANT manner! my bill number was 254, time was 9:45 p.m, 6/14/15 the name of my server was BIBHUTI i don't know the name of the person who took my order i have attached a photograph of my bill for your reference I HOPE TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR THIS SOON AND THAT FIRM ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!

I ordered pizza from Dominos Srilingampally, Hyderabad at 9:30 PM and the order is not delivered till 11:15 and I am not expecting that they are going to deliver the food now. If Dominos informed me about there incapability in delivering the food then I ordered from some other place and in night at 11:15 now I am not going to get food anywhere.

My fiance made an order worth Rs.400 from domino's (kondhwa, Pune) on 14th june 2015 @9.12 pm but did not receive the delivery in 30 min. time..He received it around 15min later.So on having a talk with the delivery boy he was told to return the order so that he will be given Rs 300 off for this inconvenience.The moment he called back to the kondhwa domino's to say this an employee there named Nikhil spoke to him in a very rude tone n tried to show him down due to which my fiance had to cancel the order. Nikhil was absolutely rude and this was really a bad behaviour on ur part.

I placed an order online using my E Voucher of rs 500.I did not get the order number but got a confirmation to contact the airoli navimumbai dominos outlet. Since i did not get my order after 30 minutes i contacted Airoli outlet who advised me to contact the customer care. After contacting the cust care i was conected to the aioli manager's number (Mangesh). After speaking to them for 25 minutes i was told that nothing can be done at this moment. So i called again and registered a complaint (complaint number 674292) . I am extremely disappointed by this pathetic service from Dominos. How can they redeem my e voucher and not place an order. I tried to redeem the voucher second time but the voucher was showing as invalid. It means dominos had taken money from me and not given me the product. This is a REAL CHEATING AND I FEEL THAT I AM BEEN ROBBED.

Hi Team, I have ordered pizza on Friday night around 9 PM and I got it around 11. The pizza boy delivered it in 2hrs without any regret. Whenever i called dominos shop they told the something every time that delivery boy will reach in 5 mins. And they are not sharing his contact number so that we could contact him for his exact location. I made this ordered for my uncle and aunty who were celebrating their 28th marriage anniversary. It was so embarrassing for me that they waited so much. Is this the service they provide ? I know it was an offer day and it take some time to handle so many orders but this was far from the satisfactory level. The whole pizza was of no use, it actually dried. I couldn't ask for free delivery as it was not applicable on that day. But it was waste of money and time as well. Hello, My name is Chandranshu Bhardwaj. I was ordering online pizza from domino's website on Friday 12 June, 2015. I applied MOB06 coupon code. That was a coupon for "buy one and get one free." That got applied successfully. and bill of Rs. 470 got generated. But when I went to pay the bill, I saw an offer that was - "pay using mobikwik and get 15% cash back", so i opted that option and paid through my mobikwik account. My balance get deducted but Domino"s didn't provide me any order no. and I didn't receive any message and e-mail from their side. and didn't get pizza also. I contact to Domino's contact no. 68886888, one of their executive talk to me and ask me to transfer my call to someone else and transferred my call. then I waited for half an hour but no body give response. and tried thrice but same thing happened. Then I contact to mobikwik. Mobikwik people said that payment has been received by merchant(Domino's), and if they get any amount refund it will be automatically transferred to my mobikwik account. And they told me to contact to merchant(Domino's) for this problem. And from mobikwik, I have received cashback of 15% of the payment i did via their application So, that's what happened to me. accroding to dominos police pizza delivery in 30min but in Bangalore Brigade Road dominos pizza shop is not delivered in 30min in 20 feet's distance and the pizza delivery boy argument with us i[censored] want a pizza then you have to pay . Hi, I want to log one complaint regarding the quality of Dominos services. I had placed two medium pizzas on 12 June 2015. I waited & waited but it was never delivered... When I tried to call the Dominos restaurant, No one picked my call. Dominos is now known for such worst / pathetic services. I tried to order a pizza last night 12th june 2015 around 10 for a golden delight medium fresh pan pizza with extra jelepeno which made a total of Rs.595 which was deducted from my account. While placing the whole order there was no error but after I had put my OPT for payment and it got deducted and order had an end moment error but there is still no refund of the money deducted from my account please reply or contact on urgent basis as I want to know how will I get my money for an non order. I ordered 2 large pizza with scheme of 1+1.at branch Phase 3 in building no.8c. The total sum of order was 1187rs. I gave 1500rs to your delivery boy Mr. Ram Bharan, He return 210rs in-spite of 313rs. I called Mr. Ram Bharan, to return 100 rs He replied that he is coming in half an hour. But he did not come.At 2100hrs 12/06/2015 i again called to Mr. Ram Bharan, he did not pick my phone. Then today i called to branch Manager Mr. Vikas at 1400hrs & he replied he is returning amount with in half an hour. But he did not. Then At 1500hrs again i called to Mr. Asim attaend the call and he again replied i am sending with in half an hour & he denied to register complain, Replied" complain can not register in store". Now time 1645 and the matter is still same. please look at this matter.

i had the worst experience with domino's pizza yesterday. I ordered 2 pizzas from this Senapati Bapat road, pune 1st of all they delivered the order after 90 minutes that too when we called them for times after placing our order..if they do not have the capacity to deliver the promise they should exit the customer service business - If there was an option to rate them negative - I would have selected that. and then instead of saying sorry they were very rude to us.. and then again finally when we got our food it was not good at all i ordered cheese burst but nothing looked like that moreover it was very hard.

Hai, My self I am Kumar Raja ( Ph No : [protected]) booked pizza from Online on 12th June 15 10:00PM, amount got debited from my account, when i called to my nearest dominos he said that sorry sir no Order placed with your Name ( attaching proofs)

We had ordered Domino's pizza at 10 pm .. We got the message ur pizza is ready and will be delivered shortly.. After waiting for 40 mins a call from Domino's executive came and said we can't deliver ur pizza.. And when we complaint why u will not delivered then he started vulgar and abusive language.. I am a regular customer of Domino's, it's shameful that has such kind of executives. Executive name is parveen.

Hi yesterday i put the order behalf of buy one get one free. time of order 8:19 PM But delivery man comes to my home 10:20 PM than open delivery box and handover to only 1 medium size pizza. No any other pizza regarding buy one get one free.

Today I had the worst experience with Dominos thanks to the BOGO offer - I placed 3 different orders to avail 1+1 offer (order numbers - 646, 652, 656 -- with DLF Galaxy Noida Sec-62 Branch.) - each delivered after 70 to 80 minutes.. I ordered cheese burst pizza's, and, to my surprise none of the pizza's looked like Cheese burst plus all of them tasted like Tandoori Nan's. Highly disappointed with Domino's being not able to fulfil their offers, if they do not have the capacity to deliver the promise they should exit the customer service business - If there was an option to rate them negative - I would have selected that. Then i tried calling them but nobody picked up my phone, once it was picked up and was kept aside . Then after calling so many times it was picked up and the girl at the other side kept my phone on hold saying that she will be giving me details, but she never picked it up and finally after 20 min on hold i have cut it. After 10 min pizza boy came and delivered us a cold, pathetic pizza and garlic bread, which was yuck to have. This is how you staff behaves with prepaid customer, if you dn't have bandwidth then why do you say that it will be delivered by half n hr? and if there is any delay then isn't it its your responsibility to tell it to your customer. Will never going to order Dominoz pizza for this outlet.

I have ordered a pizza from dominos at 19:12 PM from Miyapur branch on 12/6/2015 . On that day there is no 30 min guarantee of the pizza . Taking this as a reason they are providing the service after 3 hours . They delivered the pizza at 10:20 PM saying that there is no 30 min guarantee . Because of this I waited for 2 hours with empty stomach and finally I had something outside . But my real concern is because of this my precious time of three hours were gone, which I can't get back and my health was somewhat ruined that day . They doesn't feel the courtesy to intimate the customer that when can be delivered . To provide such a service they pose service tax on individual . I don't know on what basis they call this as a service .

I've ordered a cheese crust pizza in combo offer of 1+1 at 8:35 Today in Mohali to Shikha ... But at 9:45 they are saying your order has not been registered with us. I've a voice recording of every conversation. There Senior Ms Geeta is saying there is no Shikha working with us. Do you think person is a fool. R.M MR Bhardwaj is not picking call. Really a Shameful thing. Pathetic experience.
