i have placed order no. 285 for home delivery at 5.45pm. they were kind enough to deliver the order at 6.35pm. on asking the reason for delay and companies policies of 30 min. they said its no avaliable in amritsar. Mr. kesar singh negi store manager said take it or leave it. is this the way this organisation is training them to speak to customers. i am feeling disgusted with the way he talked and argued. i am also from hospitality industry n running two hotels. and from now i am banning any dominos orders from my properties. and will be tweeting it whereever possible.       We had placed an telephonic order at sector 8 chandigarh and confirmed the address and order after waiting for 1.5 hrs when we again called to confirm the order they said that the order was not placed and after checking on the system the answer was it was sent for delivery on the address mentioned in sysytem for the mobile.no. they had called me for confirming th address after reaching sector 27 and I had again confirmed the address of delivery as sector 9 chandigarh. then I again called aftr 10 mins then they said sorry no order was placed on this no. Aap ordee likhva do hum 20 mins me send krdete hai. Pathetic service on order taking and delivery.

        Dominos used to be great pizzas in good times! But from this day it would mean cold hard pizzas which were more than an hour late without any prior information to the customer. Also when asked for the guaranteed free pizza since it was not informed that time guarantee is not applicable at the time of the order, the manager behaves as if I am begging him for food. And instead gave a 300 off! Well had the cold pizza because I had no choice today but henceforth no dominos for sure!! Thanks for treating a regular customer in such a manner!! You guys sure have grown! On fake promises that is!!           I want to make into your notice that ordering online for today's offer I received only one pizza. If there were no scheme of getting 1 pizza free, i would have ordered two pizzas. It takes years to build a brand and loyal customers. Its paining to see that the marketing staff is very far from the marketing and ettiquetes. they were arguing us to 1. we can go to customer complaint center. 2. we have to ask the free version so thae fault is ours difficult to trust the marketing schemes comming online and on mobile.               I made a payment of rs 384.00 via mobikwik to Dominos and the money was deducted from my account. Dominos personal said that there was no transaction when i gave them my details. I need to know who is questionable for this and who will be giving my money back. please let me know the procedure of this and also let me know how can i terminate my account with dominos.                   Hi This is Shivani Dev this side...we have ordered a pizza for kids at home around nine pm on 19/05/2015...we ordered online and the delivery station was dominos alankaar plaza. Vidhyadhar nagar...the money got deducted but ordered was not placed...we called couple of times to that dominos but phone was off...then I tried vaishali nagar dominos, fortunately or unfortunately they picked up... A guy named yogesh picked up the call...I asked him for help and to track my order but on the pretext that he can't see other branch order he gave me a mobile no..I called on that no but it was a wrong no...I called again and again he picked up...I told him that no one has picked..he said I can't help..I asked him to transfer the call to manager but he said he can't and above all he was so rude and said I won't transfer call..when I said that U have to transfer this current call, he disconnected it and said do whatever u wanna do...again I called d somehow spoke to the floor manager and told him to identify the guy...he called and told his name as yogesh ( if I correctly remember or if I am being told correctly) and the floor manager gave me the no of the manager of Alankaar plazawhich is ...[protected] U can ask the entire story for him..I 've all call recording..later on he called d admitted mistake but it spoiled my niece birthday completely It took almost one hour in this..he harassed for one hour I request u to look into this so that image of dominos should not get ruined This is my second email...I will keep writing till I hear from u

                    Hi last week I ordered a pizza ...payment deducted from my account but order failed and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amountt will be refunded in 7 days...I received a mail on 4 th june 2015 that ur amount has been refunded but I haven't received any amount...I need a revert on the same...                         Hello, I had placed an order via online portal for dominos, It worked fine till money transfer but after that it did not come up with order number and i called the store manager said order is not received by them and money will be transfered to my account in 7 days.                             On 31st May 2015, I have tried ordering pizza online through dominos website. When I ordered the amount (Rs. 420/-) was debited from the account but I did not receive any confirmation SMS from Dominos. I have waited for about 10 days and still the money is not returned. I am requesting you to return the money at the earliest.

                              This is the worst experience I ever had with Dominos in last 7 yrs. I tried to place an order on 15th my around 9:30 pm and although my money was deducted but order was not placed (itself a fault of dominos because it was due to heavy rush on that day which dominos server couldn't handle properly). I immediately contacted Dominos and I was assured that my money will be reverted back to my account within 7 days. Still I filed a feedback ticket. After 7 days I filed another complaint (ticket 644152 ) received a call and I was again told that my money will be refunded in 7 days. Again waited for 7 days and then filed another case (ticket 652043) this time I was told by dominos representative that they could not find any failed transaction associated with my account. I was shocked to hear this, if this was the case they could have asked me about the transaction id in my first two complaints itself. Still patiently I told dominos representative the transaction id related to failed transaction and she positively verified it and told me that due to some technical reason refund process has not been inititated. She will contact their account section and manually do it. She told me to wait maximum 7 days. I did wait again but to no avail. No refund, no communication from Dominos. Frustated I again filed another case (id 661216) on 7th June. After one day I received a call and I told dominos representative all about the issue. Again verified the transaction id. He too agreed with me but asked me to give him some time so that he can contact his account team and will update me in one day. Again it has been 3 days but no refund and no update from Dominos. I hope this time I will get a proper response from Dominos team and an apology with the refund. PS: Also, if they care about any, they have lost me and my circle friends as their customers permanently.

                              Even after more than a month my issue is still unresolved. False promises from Dominos end but no actual refund.
                              I had ordered a combo pack of 240 rs through app using [protected] number on 12 June 2015. As soon as 240 rs deducted from account, I got message saying your order is canceled because of technical reasons and will be refunded in one week. I wondered that didnt send any order id also with that message. After a week I didnt get any refund. I raised a request in same application of Dominos explaining my problem. My complaint number is 681801. I want all refund as soon as possible.

                                i ordered the pizza online from dominos on 30th may 2015, paid 537 rupees, but my order did not deliver and i called on the customer care number, they told me my money would be refunded to me in 7 working days and i waited. but still my money has not been refunded. the worst class service given for these kind of issues from the customer care department. even after talking to them, they wont give me any satisfactory answer.

                                  I had ordered a pizza on 29/05/2015. I made the payment online but got an error that order couldn't be processed to kitchen. I immediately called up the store to verify whether they received the order or not and they informed that they didn't received it. Its been 11 days and yet I haven't received any refund. Is dominos awaiting an escalation, then only will they initiate refund process? I guess they are habituated of these kind of escalations and they do it intentionally to earn interest on these payments. I am sure, this is a huge amount if they are practising it regularly. However an amount of Rs 679 has been debited from my HDFC bank account. After few days I got an email from Dominos Customer Support that the refund has been initiated, however it is now almost 1 week and the amount is still not credited to my account.
