    On 8/6/2015 had placed order on 4.40PM in basavangudi bangalore branch (domino's). In name of divya with contact no [protected] and bill no 104. But domino executive spoke that order would be delivered within a hour and also had mentioned the location twice(lalbagh road near passport office pride hulkul). Me with my family had waiting for order. And got a cancellation call around 5.56pm. CANCELLATION REASON : First executive agreed to deliver same place after an hour he came to know deliver is not possible.

      I was ordering Online Pizza. Money has been deducted from Mobikwik Wallet but no confirmation from Dominos. Now i am not getting any information by calling them. and also not getting any record in dominos account but in mobikwik account, i have proof for spending money in dominos. Mobile no.         Hi.. I ordered pizza mania sweet corn at elante chandigarh dominos outlet, as I received my order I opened the box and saw that one side of the pizza was not baked properly, I thought may be coz it's really hot that's why it is looking like it's not baked.. so I started eating from the other side.. still the pizza was soft and unbaked.. so I decided to show that one piece at the dominos counter.. but to my surprise the girl there was not accepting the fault.. I didn't wanted another pizza in refund but at least she should have accepted that it wasn't baked.. in return she started saying you should have brought whole pizza back I would have seen and given it to you bla bla..

          I have received a coupon of getting one pizza free with other & on that letter it was written if pizza not delivered in 30 minutes it will be free but pls check my order under number [protected] i have received pizza after 30 minutes till i have paid is this what dominos promise & deliver . If this is the case then i am sorry to say i will switch to other pizza like Smoking Joes or Pizza hut & i will escalate the same to media too.

            The issues are many: 1- Not delivered with in 30 minutes and not given the order free, and the excuse from the delivery boy & staff was that we are new in this area so the address couldn't be located in time. 2- I ordered one item veg pasta but delivered garlic bread instead of. 3- And the other choco lava cake with no spoon, whether to eat this by hand or what just tell? 4- No tissue papers were given.

              I placed an online order with Chandannagar Hooghly Dominos on 4th June for Rs 594 through my HDFC credit card. The money was deducted but the order was not placed. When I called up the store they said the money shall be refunded in 7 days. When I called them today they are saying that they cant help me in any way. And are asking me in which account I have done the payment as if I can choose payment accounts as I wish. They are also telling me tl check with bank whether I placed order with Dominos or somewhere else. Who speaks like this stupid illiterate people.                 Hi i am nirmal. I ordered pizza online after i ordered through online and i called the Tambaram west branch checked for the order i placed, i sd the address which i given in online they sd they can't able the pizza, but i sd that they already got pizza to the same address before, he sd today is sunday so we cannot deliver the pizza. So i asked to cancel the order, and he hung up phone as soon as i sd cancel the order but i pd the amount through online. How is it possible to get the money back and worst customer service. Why are they talking order to the place they can't deliver.

                  I, Pragati Khanna made a bulk order of 44 veg singles pizza for my Birthday party in office. It was order no 87 at Dominos Pizza, Ansal Plaza -1, Bhikaji Kama Place, New Delhi 110066. I placed the order at 3.40 p.m. And it was scheduled to be delivered at 4.45 p.m. However it got delivered at 5.30 p.m. And the cheese of all the pizza's was stale. It was giving a bad taste. Since the pizza's were not good I had to throw them All. My office closes at 5.30 and hence i coukd not complaint the very same day. Next morning at 11 a.m. I Compained at the store but I could not get any satisfactory response. The order summed up for Rs.2, 663.00 . I also lodged a complaint at dominos helpline num [protected] but could not get a response.

                    I ordered pizza on 06 jun 15 order no.12 and mobile no.[protected].. The delivery time was scheduled by me at 1330 hrs. Pizza was not delivered. When i called shop delivering they told we have not despatchedat 1400 and will deliver subsequently. I am still waiting...either you adhere your 30 minutes or free policy and refund my money or be ready to meet me in consumer court on monday.

                        Hi, I ordered Pizza's at Dominos at DLF IT park porur, chennai on 20/5/2015 I paid via my debit card RS.430 but the machine was not providing any bills it a faulty machine but my card was charged and I received the message of charge from my bank but the staffs and a manager said that they have not been debited and asked to swipe the card again so I swiped it again for RS.430 still no bill they said your card was the problem So I used my another card and swiped it for another RS. 430 still the same issue finally they confirmed that the machine was faulty that too after 3 attempts of swiping my card for total charge is RS. 1290 but they still said I have to pay for the pizza as they have not being debited I said I dont have cash with my hand now and will pay tomorrow they accepted it and got my number and Bill the next day morning at 12 THEY CALLED ME AT 12 ASKING ME PAY So i went and paid by cash they said the amount debited will be refunded to your account within 7 working days. ITS NOW OVER 10 WORKING DAYS I STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND FROM THEM AND I KEEP ON GOING TO THAT PLACE AND ASKING ABOUT THE REFUND THEY SAID THEY WILL ASK WITH THE MANAGERS AND CALL ME BUT STILL NOW I HAVE NOT A RECEIVE A SINGLE CALL FROM THEM. EVEN I MET 2 TO 3 MANGERS THERE WHO PROMISED TO CALL ME AND UPDATE ABOUT THIS ISSUE BUT STILL NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL OR UPDATE. HOW COULD THEY MANAGED TO CALL ME THE NEXT DAY FOR NOT PAYING THE BILL BUT AFTER THEY RECEIVE THE CASH FROM ME THEY TREATING ME AS A AND NOT CALLED SINGLE TIME. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE OF RESPONDING TO A CUSTOMER WHO TOTALLY LOST FAITH IN DOMINOS. I WILL NOT USE DOMINOS HEREAFTER ALSO WILL TELL TO MY FRIENDS NOT TO USE IT. HERE COMES THE BEST PART I OWN A WEBSITE BLOG WILL PUT THIS IN MY WEBSITE ALSO I HAVE A PAGE IN FACEBOOK WITH 4625 FOLLOWERS WILL PUT THIS IN MY FB PAGE AN WILL SPREAD TO ALL OVER THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT THEIR SERVICE.                           Today I ordered 1 pizza + garlic bread + dip stick = 536 Rs with 20% off. I was trying on dominos website from last 30 mins but it was not taking address hinjewadi ph 3 DLF address. So I called On Dominos number the lady told please refresh page it will take your order I refreshed 3-4 times but it didnt took, so I told mam I will refresh after some time. After more 15-20 mins trial it was able to proceed further from main page. After that I ordered above things from my credit card. After some time message came that amount has been deducted - its ok. Within fraction of seconds another message due to technical reasons the order cannot be placed and amount will be credit again to my account within 7 days - Here tell me as I was hungry with no cash in my hand so took help of my credit card but it took me to much trouble. So I called to DLF ph 3 pizza shop, the person Mr Anup Choukute received my call, I told him who is responsible to all above issue. Due to hunger me n my dad were suffering and this person was frequently asking to pay cash and we will deliver your order even though i said him many times that I dont have cash. Still the person was not listening and frequently speaking with a loud voice which shutted on my temper and I just blasted what the hell is happening. 1. we are paying you the money 2. The technical issue was on dominos site so the order was not taken 3. My amount has been deducted 4. No cash with me - so used my credit card - The person was not atall listening to my issue and just was screaming like a school teacher. Because of all this issue I and my dad got suffered which was a very bad experience with dominos. If this kind of service is there with dominos I will truly not suggest to any of my friends and family to go with the dominos. This care should be taken on strict basis Also let me know about my money when and how it will be refunded back to me. Please note that am not going to order dominos here onwards.                             2 days back I went to doninos fr dinner. I paid 1000 Rs and got my balance back.I had my dinner and came back after spending 1 hr at dominos. Then at 10.30 I recieved a call frm dominos complaining that 1000rs note is not real. Now they are calling me again again to replace that note but hw can I believe that it is mine. They must have checked it and then taken it moreover many other people must have given 1000 rs note throughout the day neither they have any series of 1000 rs note on bill hw can I change it nw. I am one of the regular customers of dominos and I am very disappointed by this kind of negligence and behaviour. Kindly ask them to stop calling me or I may go for some legal action.                                 We have ordered pizza online on 3-6-15. Quality of Pizza was poor. There is nothing in the name of topping. Moreover, bread of the pizza was really bad It was not eatable. Moreover, delivery boy had not have enough sizzling. When we ask for the better quality of pizza and more sizzling told that place is 8 kms away from our outlet so we are delivering here is enough.. He said you should be thankful to us for delivering pizza at your place. And on quality he told us that this is d best quality pizza Domino is offering. and he started shouting on us when we refused to take the delivery of the pizza.

                                  I have been ordering pizaa's from Dominoz Pizza, near Kargil Petrol Pump, Agra. I always recieve my order either early or within the time.But today I recieved my order late and the girl who took my order named Priyanka server 6, she gave wrong address to the delievery boy because of which inconvenience was caused to me and to the delievery boy too. I request you to take some sudden action against her as such kind of behaviour will not be tolerated.

                                    Dear Concern I would like to bring to your notice that your above mentioned DOMINOS sub is having worst service department.. Today I have placed order and faced really embarrassing situation in front of my guest only because of poor service provided by Dominos. The issues are as below.. 1) I called and placed order and guy picked the phone took almost 20 minutes to not down my order and denied to deliver pizzas within 30 minutes and told me that it will take atleast 40 to 45 minutes.. When have you changed the timings ? Let me confirm... 2) After 15 minutes, one lady called me and said that they are not having option of delivering this order so change your order.. My guest are waiting for lunch and your people are discussing the orders .. Disgusting! Anyways, I agreed to send the boy to their place for pick up.. 3) After almost 40 minutes, order handed over to my boy.. BUT WITHOUT ketchups, oreganos and chilli flakes and the most important thing paper napkins.. Is this the way to serve food to your guest? I really felt very disappointed with your such kind of services ., . and decided to never rly on Dominos next time.. .. But still many people in the world trust you and your services..so plz don't disappoint them and treat them as your clients.. Customer dealing should be the main task of your people but ...                                       The order I have placed, i.e order number 270 I got the delivery after 50 mins from the time of delivery.But as per your policy I should receive the order in 30 mins or else the the Pizza will be of free. The manager of the store told that it would be after 35 mins and I agreed to the condition as there was a rush that day, but after 50 mins of delivery I called the manager and he was not ready to give it free or gave any discount on that. This was a very upset behavior from your part.
