My little boy has just come out of hospital and asked for a dominoes as a treat, tried paying online but my card wasn’t working, I rang my bank to be told it had been used was beginning under investigation for fraud, so decided to travel to the shop and order, to be told NO CASH PAYMENTS, I now have a very upset child after a horrible day .
I work in a pub/restaurant for a big company and think it obscure that domino’s aren’t excepting cash payment. I will not be coming back to any of your stores and hope your stupid decision lose you a lot of customers!

            Today me and my husband went to sec 14 Panchkula dominos...when we reach there one guy told us to order from back door entry, we went there then when we were ordering one sikh guy told us to order through online mode.my husband requested him to take the order there only but he denied then we came back home and trying to order through online but it stopped taking orders through online mode.my husband got angry and went again to sec 14 pkl domino’s and told the manager to take order as we are getting harassed again and again..manager there took the order we appreciate it and ordered 3 manias one of that was pan base mania.but when we pick up our order and came to our house we saw that onion mania was not at all pan base..all the three manias were made so dry and so bad that we cant even ate that..it was so disappointing that this we are getting from such a big brand.very unsatisfactory...my husband told me to never order from dominos now onwards...

              Once the order was placed. I called to check if my order was confirmed and whether they were delivering. I called number : [protected] provided by Dominos customer case help chat. I asked if my order was confirmed. He replied in gibberish and said yes. It took one hour and we got no response. At the moment of writing this complaint the order has not arrived. It has been 1 hour and 10 minutes. I have tried calling and store and the above number multiple times. The store number is switched off and the the mobile phone switched after 6 tries. They have ignored my order. Due to my patience I waited and still no response from these store people. I tried to order something else, but looks like due to COVID 19 all the other lines before 9 pm close. So I have no food, not even sure if my food will be delivered at this stage.

                  I ordered Domino's Pizza on 10 Jun from Domino's sadashiv peth store worth rs.565 Domino's cancelled my order and messaged me
                  Order Failed! Sorry, we were unable to place your Domino's order. Any amount, if deducted, will be credited back in 3-5 business days. Please try again or call[protected] for more help.
                  It's been 7 days I tried calling 1800 number which they are not picking up
                  Virtual assistant on Dominos app won't let me select the cancelled order
                  When it asks which order you need assistance for I also talked with Domino's Pizza delivery boy he told me to wait 7 day but still no refund nor responce

                    Sir/Ma'am,
                    The complaint is regarding bad quality of food received from your Bhilwara Rajasthan outlet. Sir ma'am pizza received by dominos was cold and not eatable at all and received after 90 minutes of order. When called the customer care through app after 45 minutes of order and asked to cancel the order due to guest departure they said sorry but we can't cancel the order since food is prepared. And then I received the food again after 45 minutes (90 minutes from order) and that too completely cold and bread was not eatable at all. If due to some reason you can't able to deliver the order timely then why don't you cancel the order after request from customer that they wanted to cancel the order much before the delivery was made.

                    You too knows how one can eat a cold bread. Such a bad delivery from such reputed company is not acceptable. Phone no of outlet to lodge the complaint is also incorrect either on your site and on Google.
                    What's the difference between a roadside food outlet and a listed company having all india outlet.

                    If you want I have all recording of the chat and talk with your customer care team about this issue. Also please consider this as a written complaint to Jubilant foods.

                      This is the email that I have sent Domino's. It showcases my concern in detail.

                      Dear Domino's,

                      I am Garima Jain, a very unsatisfied Domino's customer. I am writing this mail to complain about the Domino's store in Hyderabad. There are four complain regarding this particular store and they have been informed about the three but for the forth complain it has been very difficult, hence this mail.

                      Complain 1:

                      What happened? : The order was delivered on time and there were no missing items. But the garlic bread was uncooked. The store was informed about the same and they said that the reason this happened was because their cook was not working that day (basically on leave). They assured me that the money for the garlic bread will be refunded to my account but guess what, it never happened.

                      How it affected the consumer? : I got stomach infection and was sick for 4 days.

                      What happened? : The order had no missing items but the delivery was late. When my husband, Ankit Jain, raised a complain, we got a complain id but it was never resolved. There was no follow up mail or call from Domino's.

                      How it affected the consumer? : The trust of timely delivery and on customer service went down a little.

                      Complain 3:

                      Probably, the biggest mistake that Domino's could have made, esp. in India.

                      What happened? : The order was delivered on time and there were no missing items. As you can see, I ordered Paneer Tikka Stuffed Garlic Bread but instead I got Chicken Pepperoni Stuffed Garlic Bread (PFA 3 images named "Chicken_Pieces"). Being a Jain who follows Jainism, this mistake from Domino's corrupted my religious beliefs. When the store was informed about it, they gave me a refund on the garlic bread in my Domino's wallet.

                      How it affected the consumer? : It is against my religion to consume any kind of meat, being a Jain. Domino's incompetent staff and store tainted my religious principle.

                      Complain 4:

                      What happened? : The order was delivered on time but the items that were delivered were wrong and missing. The Veg Parcel was not delivered and there was no refund for the same. The order that I placed was for Cheesy Dip but I was given Cheesy Jalapeno Dip instead ( PFA image named "Wrong_Dip"). The garlic bread was uncooked and with little to no garlic seasoning (PFA image named "Uncooked_Garlic_Bread"). I called the store multiple times on 13th June 2021 but there was no response from the store. I tried calling 3 numbers: [protected] (number on the bill which doesn't even has 10 numbers), [protected] (Manager's Number) and [protected] (Google Maps). I tried calling the number on Google Maps but there was no response. No one answered the call so I tried Manager's number, which was switched off. After trying calling for a while, at 21:10, the number on Google Maps was turned off and the Manager's number was switched on. The manager did not answer any of the call and instead kept disconnecting the call and sent message saying "Sorry, I can't talk right now" (PFA image named "Manager_SMS"). After trying for few more times, I registered my complain from the Domino's Mobile App. Till now there is no resolution and the store is still not picking the call nor taking any responsibility for the same.                       The contact information for the store on Domino's website is [protected]. This number is unavailable and when called the operator says "Please check the number you have dialed". Also, the customer care number on Domino's India website is[protected]PFA image named "Wrong_Cust_Care_Number". When called the executive said that they are some contracted and they do not work for Domino's India.

                      How it affected the consumer? : I no more wish to provide Domino's the benefit of doubt. Loss of trust and brand loyalty.

                      There have been way too many mistakes from the same Domino's store. I request you to look into the matter and I want a resolution for the same as soon as possible for me personally. I no longer wish to provide any benefit of doubt to the store and I no longer wish to think that it is an honest mistake. I let go the chicken mishap but now I need you to give me a resolution of the same. Also, I need you to look into the store, it's profile and the employees. I want some strict actions to be taken against the store from your end. Please analyze the number of direct store and customer care complains for the store. Either change the whole staff or close down the store as it is spreading bad brand name and corrupting people's religious beliefs. If any strict action is not taken from your end, unfortunately, I will have to contact the officials of the area/state.

                        Hi,

                        Just that I’m addicted to Domino’s, my interest towards your pizza’s has be very badly compromised by the Managers of Pondicherry from the store that’s located at Mission Street. If you can look into my registered number, you can find a lot of orders under Dominos from Pondicherry or Madurai account and of course from Zomato or Swiggy periodically.

                        Here is what happened,

                        My first recent order ( Since Issue started with) was on 25th April and my order number was 82.

                        The Pizza was definitely losing the quality and completely no Cheese. It was dry. I reported Immediately to he available Manager who’s name was Mansoor. He promised to give me discount and extra cheese on my next order ( Actually its kind of easy method nowadays to handle a problem). Like there was no empathy on my concern or a real fix to what I pay.

                        Then after days I made my second Order on 31th May and my order number was 29.

                        I tried calling Mansoor, who was busy to pick ma call. After a continuous struggle, I got him on WhatsApp while he said, he can do nothing about the promise as he quit Domino’s. And may be I can reach out the existing Manager for help ( Don’t you think this is sick). I tried reaching Punniadharasan who seems to be a manager ( Only by designation and now by roles) and he never picked up my calls. I kept calling him continuously back to back and he just kept rejecting my calls while he was busy on another call. With no help from him, I placed my second order getting nothing and I filled a complaint using the Dominos app expressing my agitation mentioning his name. He then called me and tried to be smart on call that he did not notice my calls so I asked him to verify the calls and the time and the number of attempts I made to reach him by asking him to check his call list. Accepting the mistake he gave me a new promise that my next order will be compliment for all the pain I faced. The call ended with “HOPE”

                        Now regarding my Third Order, I called Punniadharasan today (14/06/2021) and requesting him to use my phone number to get my address to send me the complimentary Pizza’s just like my regular order’s. He said he is on leave, The moment I got Frustrated he said he will reach someone at store to get me the compliment, and the call ended. I shared him my interested Pizza’s over what’s app.

                        Later, I got a message from his stating I’m being charged for the pizza’s which was reflecting a value more than the value of What I place on the app. I called him and said it was a complimentary and why do I pay, he just denied and said he can get me discount and not free. I said, thank you if he is not ready going to stick to his words.

                        Later I got a call from another Manager from the same store Named Mr. Nagappan who just told straight to me, that whatever may be the promise it is only a discount and never a free Pizza’s ( with his terrible English and rude attitude and insulting manager tone). I got nothing much to talk to him after I’m being soo badly insulted for 800Rs which was never an issue while I order Pizzas from Domino’s since years more than lakhs I paid all my life.

                        This is heart breaking and I will never reach out Dominos with the shame and insult. I thought there could be a lot of people like me who might have felt the same like me because of this cheap hospitably from your Managers.

                            Payment Done But Order not showing in the order history

                            Today between 5pm to 6pm I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online dominos app.I selected my order and used my Amazon pay upi to pay the amount but after I got a message that the transaction was successful of 397 then I check the order history but their not showing my order.

                            I tried to refresh it several times but I couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully".

                            I've ordered pizzas worth Rs 703 online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs703) i payed via google pay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!!                                     I have placed an order on 9th June 2021 at 11:30. Expected delivery was at 12:00 PM but i have received the call from the delivery person at 12:03 that the order will be delivered shortly. He then called around 12:30 that he will delivery a little late after 1 PM since he is at some scooty repair shop. I have asked him to deliver is for free as per the company policy since one hour was already completed.
                                    I have called the store manager and informed him about the situation but he was very casual and told me that this is very normal and i have to pay for the order. I told him to cancel the order the reason being my food was traveling for more than 1:30 hours even at some mechenic shop.
                                    Why a customer will pay for a 1:30 hours late stale, unhygienic food. Is this the service offered by DOMINOS.
                                    With my surprise post my feedback against the order i have received multiple spam calls from the Dominos store team and with a unprofessional manner she told me(Scooty ki problem hai koi kya krega). Is this the escalation team of DOMINOS.
                                    They can arrange other rider or politely inform about the situation and request for fresh order but No, they will ask you accept the stale food.

                                    This is really unprofessional from Dominos. I have received a call today from your team (Rahul) with the attached landline number. He was not able to speak English or even Hindi and without any apology he was trying to blame me only to not taking order. Which is a fake remarks by them as the delivery person never reached at my place.
                                    Then very arrogantly he told me that i cancelled the order, but that was around 1 PM and cancelled by store person. Attaching screenshot of the distance from store to my home. How could they accept me to wait 1:30 hour for 5 minutes distance.
                                    This is really pathetic as i don't have time to take calls all the time with no resolution.
                                    I will suggest you to educate and train your employees to provide solution to the customers and show some empathy.
                                    Arrange call from the store manger or someone who can even talk properly.
                                    This time i must say Dominos hired unprofessional people who don't care about brand or revenue because they are getting salary. How could they are so fine with order cancellation and unhappy customer.
                                    HIRE right people.
