I worked as a delivery boy in Domino's for 5 days( 17, 18, 21, 22, 23 of march 2021).

They have not paid my salary yet.

I made 62 deliveries.
My rs.1550 salary is pending from last 4 months.
Kindly give me my salary

There was an online order placed on 26th June 2021 8:25 pm at Dominos Saket Nagar Kanpur for Rs 868/-
This was a prepaid order and a guaranteed delivery of 30 mins was clearly mentioned.

However after 30 mins I get an SMS update saying it is delayed and still being cooked up.
It was delivered around 50 mins late.

As per the company policy and promise when I asked for refund (as it was prepaid), I was denied for the refund and that too in a rude way.
Since I had guests that time, I did not argue much.

After that I have made multiple attempts to talk to Dominos Pizza over phone, emails etc. but they have no intentions of keeping their promise and giving refund.

Even my number has been put on auto voice response which initially used to be picked up by customer care representatives.

It is a financial and mental harassment by the company.

I ordered veg veganza pizza, pizza was not cooked properly and was completely kaccha n pizza topping is completely filled with onions only . there is no other topping other than onion

I ordered a margarita pizza which was not cooked properly and didn’t have red sauce inside the pizza it was dry and ther was little white cheese inside pizza was very very tasteless and waste of money

I stay in Baghajatin, South of Kolkata. The store 5 min away from my house is closed for last 3 months. I cannot order any pizza online or by call which is a bit further like 2 kms away. Please resolve the issue so that I can get pizzas delivered to my home from other outlets.

I've been trying to order online, but most of the time it show's "store is offline" which I don't like. I'm from itanagar the customer service is good but what I don't like is most of the time the store remains offline, it might be glitch or due to covid but please stay in touch with us I love dominos 😍

Trying to place oreder in dominos app, money was debited from account through Paytm..but order is not placed.

Already raised a complaint verbally and by feedback. On 2 july 2021 I pleased an order (Order no. 203, Contact no. [protected]), in that i received smelling veg burger. I called to store and tell them all but the store manager told me okay i wil send the delivery boy please handover the Product. once I returned the product i didn't get any response by his side.

It's very disappointing.
I think I have to connect with consumer court. If you are sending expire or smelling product might be i have to face health issue like vomiting or food poisoning. Who will responsible for that.

I had preordered pizza at evening 8.30 and the amount deducted and the status of order in the app is "pending confirmation".

I went to store but they are not helping, they are just saying to contact customer care but customer care never gets connected, I have been cheated by dominos.

I never got pizza and still in the app it is showing pending confirmation and the amount has been deducted from the account, I want refund.

Total amount of order is 395 INR.

I order pizza from Domino's Raju park khanpur but unfortunately they deny me to delivery just because they dont want come i waite for my pizza almost 55 minutes then I recieved a call from delivery local boy like bhai pizaa lekar kaha aau i ask why u are late I mean it's 30 min guarantee pizaa that's why I order atleast tell the pizza is late so I wait but u guys don't think so there is no store no I mean no is discontinued.i complaint to times on Domino's and one mail but resolution they said our senior department calls u but no call I recieved it's reall harash situation that no one is there where I tell all this that what happen so pls take action on it

Hi. Today on[protected] time 3:02 pm I was ordering Indi Tandoor Paneer medium size from gurgram sector 5 . Pin code is 122001. I was using dominos android app to order it. App version is v9.2.40. Grand Total was 411.95 . I choose icici netbanking to pay. Transaction was successful but order failed and it is not showing refund money and I did not get any mail regarding this. My transaction id is [protected] and my mobile no is [protected].
Now I am stuck how can I take refund as 412 rs has been deducted from account. Please help me out on this.

I had ordered for pizzas online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 462. I had paid the amount via UPI Gpay.The transaction was successful but order not placed. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 4/7/2021. Refund was promised within 3-5 days but i haven't received it yet. I order pizzas on 1st july and it was of rupees 450 ..my money has been debited through paytm up but the order was not placed ...when will i get refund ?

Hi this is Arick, , i ordered Margherita Medium Size on 29.06.21 .
The delivery time claimed in app was 3.58pm
But it reached me 4.20pm
The whole pizza was freezy, , but due to Cod i was forced to accept & at that very point i consulted store manager, and he told to pay whole amount, , , & The refund will be credited to my Dominos Wallet within 2-3 days, , ,
But it had been 4 days since i ordered & Still no proper reply by the employee, ,
They kept lying that credit has been transferred to my Wallet but it not showing ...

Being an India Citizen i hope that Authority of Dominos India Will Solve my problems..

I orderd pizzas from dominos and paid via gpay, but the order failed and hasn't been refunded yet. It has been over 6 days.

I ordered pizza on 13/6/21, got half an hour late, so delevery boy said we will get back refund, but still haven't received refund back

Hello Team, tried placing order online using Domino's application. Amount got debited from the bank account but order shows still pending. Could you please check and initiate the refund ASAP

Kaccha maida has been served
I warned them bfor billing to add cheese but priya replied rudly n said u can return d order
This is sick i m unable to eat
The flour is not baked properly
The dough is not gud
No taste at all
