I ordered a pizza cake online via the dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs454) i paid via Amazon pay, money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [protected]@yahoo.com. I hope you won't force us to go to the consumer's court for regressed.

    I ordered dominos pizza using amazon pay transaction. my amount got deducted from my account but the dominos store didn't received my order.
    I contacted Amazon and they told transaction is successful and money is with dominos. please help and refund my money ( Rs.323 )

        Hi, I have placed request for couple of pizza, choco lava & Red velvet cake. Total amt - Rs 883.00 and Domino's app couldn't accept the payment for take away and it was failed.

        To my suprise Money has been deducted from my account ( see attached). I went to Domino's store. (suncity branch - Hyderabad) but one your employees advised it would take 24 hrs to get money refunded and they said it failed coz they opted out the take away option due to out of stock.

        Below is the message I have from bank and I can get you statement of required. ( Also, see attachment)

        HDFC Bank: Rs 883.00 debited from a/c **8998 on 08-08-21 to VPA [protected]@icici(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report

        I have waited for more than 24 hrs but no luck. I can provide bank statement if required.

        I would need help to get my money refunded and save my time please.

                Yesterday, I went to Dominos pizza with my friends. I asked for drinking water at the counter but the response is no satisfactory. The girl at the counter replied, "Due to Pandemic we are not providing water and Ketchup"

                The thing is they sell Pizza's (Which is a eatable) and also Pepsi but why they are not providing Clean drinking water. It doesn't make sense.

                I got offended about this. Please take a serious action so that they can provide the water at all dominos centers

                      I ordered pizza on 5th August I ordered pizza and order failed at payment. Money was deducted from bank but nothing happened on the order on App. So I called in customer care and I was informed money will be back in 24 hours which I didn't get as of yet. I have attached both my transactions from my bank statement.

                      Please get me my refund back for your application that failed on my order.

                          I ordered 3 pizzas for Rs 297 on 7th Aug 2021. I used googlePay upi to pay the bill of Rs 297. My payment was successful but Instead of redirecting to the order successful page, i got an error message: "Something went wrong". And i redirected to googlePay again. The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even placed.I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest. you can contact me on [protected].

                            I have Order Domnio's Pizza On Domino's App, i have made the payment via Amazon Pay Using My Kotak Debit Card after successful of my payment money got deducted and then order was not placed It shows error,

                                    I am sitting in my motel room in Elko Nevada and I am extremely hungry! My pizza order has not arrived! its now been an hour! The driver called me a half hour ago and said it would be a few minutes! Now I've called the front desk and they told me someone asked if they ordered pizza...It was delivered to the WRONG ROOM!!! My name is Ron Powers it's 10:18 Thursday night. I'm in ELKO NEVADA! I can't get the order redelivered because they ARE NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONE!!! This is ridiculous! They finally answered! They are now remaking my order! How very generous!
