I had ordered for a pizza online from the dominos pizza app. The total bill amounted to rs. 195. I had paid the amount via my Phone pay . The transaction was successful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 13/06/2021.

Dominos is selling *PEPSI* for 60 rs 500ml and the same item is available in local market for 40 rs 650ml

I have placed an order on 9th June 2021 at 11:30. Expected delivery was at 12:00 PM but i have received the call from the delivery person at 12:03 that the order will be delivered shortly. He then called around 12:30 that he will delivery a little late after 1 PM since he is at some scooty repair shop. I have asked him to deliver is for free as per the company policy since one hour was already completed.
I have called the store manager and informed him about the situation but he was very casual and told me that this is very normal and i have to pay for the order. I told him to cancel the order the reason being my food was traveling for more than 1:30 hours even at some mechenic shop.
Why a customer will pay for a 1:30 hours late stale, unhygienic food. Is this the service offered by DOMINOS.
With my surprise post my feedback against the order i have received multiple spam calls from the Dominos store team and with a unprofessional manner she told me(Scooty ki problem hai koi kya krega). Is this the escalation team of DOMINOS.
They can arrange other rider or politely inform about the situation and request for fresh order but No, they will ask you accept the stale food.

I have ordered pizza which was scheduled to be delivered today on 8:30pm . At 8 pm i received a msg from dominos that my order was canceled but they didn't refunded my money.
Since i was hungry i ordered 2nd time they again deducted Rs 555.00 and scheduled delivery at 10 pm and again the canceled the order without any reason.
Now my money has been deducted and i have not received anything. Very poor experience from dominos

This is 5th time that the pizza is coming late almost an hour late. The location is just 5-7 mins away from outlet. This is absolutely not done.

I ordered a pizza cake online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs 382) i payed via phone pay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [protected]@gmail.com I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

I had placed order and was sent Paytm link to pay the amount as soon as I received link I had paid the amount and transaction was successful but they said it was not updated in there server and they resent me a link and asked me to pay again upon which they said first time payment would be refunded but I haven't got any refund and now they aren't responding, kindly help me get my refund back, branch-trimulgherry, secunderabd date June 06

Amount has been debited from my airtel wallet but order was failed. Transfer is successful from the bank end. Kindly refund my money.

I have placed an order on 6th of june through upi o[censored]pi(287) the amount was deducted from my bank but order was not placed and they are saying that we have not received any money.

The first time I complained about the refund I got a reply from the company saying that they will refund the amount in seven days but now its almost been a month and I haven't got my refund back. How many times do I have to keep complaining. Please I urge you to refund my money back. Don't make me complain another time

I yried placing a order on 3rd June for ₹1091. The amount got devitted from the bank but the order failed. Its 7th already and I have still not recieved refund. Very much disappointing Dominos.

I am trying to order pizza from Domino's for around 15 days but it always says store currently offline. I have ordered pizza from them on the same address several times in past but not sure what is the problem about. Please resolve at the earliest.

Recived a rotten pizza hard base like wood smelly butter rotten tomatoes and asking for refund mailing continue to dominoz but noone is co operating me

Today I ordered 4 medium pizzas, 2 garlic breads and 4 deserts which costed ₹1996/- from Dominos Kadugodi.
Payment has gone twice from me 1 through net banking and the other one through Paytm. I paid second time as I didn't get confirmation on the first transaction.
We are trying to reach dominos but no numbers are functional.

Please help us to get the refund.

I ordered pizza on 19.05.2021 from dominos due to delay in delevery ordered is cancelled but amount deducted from credit card of Rs. 993.00 not refund after 15 days.

I placed an order 4th June 2021 at 10:30 for advance order at 1pm same day. the order shows failed in app, but I got a bill over message. the customer care number is not working and the store number mentioned in bill is also not picking the call. I need to know if my order will be delivered or not? otherwise I've to make other arrangements for food

I ordered a pizza worth Rs. 929 and completed the online payment. But I was unable to contact Domino's for the order status and the order never reached me. I want my refund and also an inconvenience charge if possible for this harassment.
