I have ordered pizza which was scheduled to be delivered today on 8:30pm . At 8 pm i received a msg from dominos that my order was canceled but they didn't refunded my money.
Since i was hungry i ordered 2nd time they again deducted Rs 555.00 and scheduled delivery at 10 pm and again the canceled the order without any reason.
Now my money has been deducted and i have not received anything. Very poor experience from dominos

This is 5th time that the pizza is coming late almost an hour late. The location is just 5-7 mins away from outlet. This is absolutely not done.

I ordered a pizza cake online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs 382) i payed via phone pay (Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [protected]@gmail.com I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

I had placed order and was sent Paytm link to pay the amount as soon as I received link I had paid the amount and transaction was successful but they said it was not updated in there server and they resent me a link and asked me to pay again upon which they said first time payment would be refunded but I haven't got any refund and now they aren't responding, kindly help me get my refund back, branch-trimulgherry, secunderabd date June 06

The first time I complained about the refund I got a reply from the company saying that they will refund the amount in seven days but now its almost been a month and I haven't got my refund back. How many times do I have to keep complaining. Please I urge you to refund my money back. Don't make me complain another time

Today I ordered 4 medium pizzas, 2 garlic breads and 4 deserts which costed ₹1996/- from Dominos Kadugodi.
Payment has gone twice from me 1 through net banking and the other one through Paytm. I paid second time as I didn't get confirmation on the first transaction.
We are trying to reach dominos but no numbers are functional.

Please help us to get the refund.

I need to know if my order will be delivered or not? otherwise I've to make other arrangements for food

I ordered dominos bbq chicken medium pizza day before yesterday. First my order was delivered to me 15 minutes late. When I asked the delivery boy what about my compensation on the order he told me that the store got late with my order and we have already sent you the concern # 834454 and an executive will call you within 24 hours and we paid him the full amount but sadly we didn’t get any call from your end. The next thing we encountered was that on opening both the pizzas they were not our order which was bbq chicken in fact it had kebabs on it. Very sad to know that such a big franchise like dominos treats there costumers like this as I’ve tried to contact them many many times but they never call me.
