I've ordered a double cheese margherita on 20/07/2021 from Unity One Mall, Janakpuri, Delhi through Zomato of 400 INR. I've received pizza within 16 minutes, i dont know how it is possible to bake & deliver in 16 mins (obviously it was not fresh, coz my home is 15 mins away from that mall). The pizza i got have no cheese in it, there wasvery less amount of cheese in it (if i am ordering & paying for double cheese it means i need a good amount of cheese in it, even the cheese was not visible only the base was visible). At the same moment i have contzcted the zomato, they said dominos will get back i received a call after 2 hours that if you have the pizza then only we can do something for you otherwise there is no choice. The behaviour of the caller (Mr. ASHOK KUMAR) was very Weird & Rude towards me, He called from Dominos, Unity One Mall, Janakpuri, New Delhi. He was very rude guy he said that next time we will take care that the amount of cheese should be okay, what he meant that next time i've paid this time too, what about this time if im not getting thing which i've paid for. He said can't do anything now totally unprofessional & very bad behaviour, i asked him to give me an email is to file complaint, he was like check it on our website and i said how are you behaving im going complaint, he replied - OKAY, DO IT..
I dont think this way to talk with your customer. You are taking amount of one thing & giving another bad quality thing to your customers & if they are trying to complaint, then your staff is behaving rude. Im not gonna buy from Dominos ever again. KINDLY GO THROUGH & REFUND MY AMOUNT.

    I placed an order with dominoes on 17th july 2021, my order was promised to reache to me withing 30 mins according to their own policy but I received it after one hour(1hour). The delivery boy was was rude and didn't respond to my concerns. According to their policy i was supposed to get ₹300 refund from the conpany but I haven't received it yet and the branch manager keeps closing my complaint file.

      Hi,

      I had placed an order of 1 pizza, 1 coke, 1 brownie cake was a total amount of Rs. 660/- on dated 1st August 2021. Money was deducted from my bank account but the order wasn't placed it still showing in its cart. Later on, money wasn't received from Dominos's end.

      Requesting a refund of Rs. 660/- to my account as soon as possible.

          This store is not cleaned too much dust found on table and floor. Mosquitos is found in table and kitchen also. staff is not doing their job properly talking in attitude.

            I have ordered dominos pizza by its app. While paying money got deducted but it was taking a long time to go back to the order confirmation page. After some time it went to order page to pay again but money has been deducted.

                The manager behavior is unproffessional quality is not good

                    Sir, it's so ridiculous to share with you the cost of my hunger which cannot be paid by money or appreciation you know??
                    I'm a long way old fan of Domino's as I've always ordered to Domino's whenever I needed food in starving times but usually I get everything on time so well and fine but sir I was ordering food
                    There I got my heart broken.
                    I'm extremely ### up with this and I won't suggest anybody to order you anything ever in my life.

                        Product was received one hour late. The manager said that 300 rs will be credited in Domino's wallet but it has been almost a month but no credit has been made. Manager has stopped picking up calls. Very unprofessional behaviour.

                              I've been trying to place an order since 4 days but the store is always offline i try on other platforms, there too the store is closed. How am I supposed to place an order. You expect to go offline out of the blue without informing and then expect your customers to return in a blink.

                                  I have ordered two pizzas on Sunday 11/07/2021 using your android app. I picked cash on delivery. However after receiving the bill in my message link (follow the attachment for the bill) I made the payment using my UPI (payment screenshot attached).
                                  When the delivery person came I showed him the payment screenshot however he was saying that since it's a cash on delivery I have to pay cash for the food, however he can connect me to his manager on phone so that I can make him understand. After several attempts I was unable to make him understand that I paid for my meal through Upi, even the delperson took an image of the payment screenshot and send it to his manager. But that manager was so unprofessional he said to me that he couldn't find any payment from my side and I have to pay by cash for this. As I wasn't ready for paying twice for the same food item he said I can reject the order. Soon after the delivery boy left my place within 10mins I received another message from Dominos mentioned as your order has been canceled.
                                  I called your customer care department immediately and raised my concern. The customer care lady told me that I will receive a callback within 24 hours as she is sending this issue with a high escalation mark.

                                  Well, nothing happened actually. Being a dominos pizza lover I ended up my Sunday with this bitter feeling. I had guest in my house and it was a huge embarrassment i bagged because of the service and attitude provided by one of your outlet. With all this harrassment now I lose Rs.673.40 which I paid.
                                  Please do the needful.
                                  I now expect a prompt and productive response from your side.
                                  I wish I could have attach the thread emails. your customer service email team initially promised me for a refund pithing 7 days. now after waiting that long when I reached them back they are sending me and "expired link" of feedback. This is disgusting. You guys should take this very seriously about the harassment I am facing.

                                    I ordered a pizza online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs1402) i payed via google pay (Upi) under upi reference no[protected] money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [ ([protected]@gmail.com). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

                                      I had ordered for 2 Taco Mexicana Veg, 2 classic Stuffed Garlic Bread & 2 Veg Parcel through Domino's Pizza App. The total bill amounted to rs. 596 after offers. I had paid the amount via UPI . The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 25/07/2021. The transaction number is[protected]. Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.

                                        Hello Team,

                                        I have ordered Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza-veg from Domino's and received different Pasta on pizza as mentioned in the image and also the pasta which is received is raw and so we are unable to eat it.

                                        When we complaint it to Domino's customer care then he told that refund is not possible and also some one mentioned that I received good Pizza. I don't know who is playing with the ratings but i m complaining from the beginning when I received Pizza.

                                        The domino's looks like a fraud company who didn't care what to deliver to buyers. This is very very unprofessional behavior. So i request you please look into this and take appropriate action and also i need refund for my order.
