I tried to order work of Rs.1025/- and the order failed without generating Order ID, Reference number or any ticket number to track my refund status.

Order attempt date: 14 May 2021

Ordered branch details: PFA "dominos branch address.png"

Received sms: PFA "order failure sms.png"

After 7 days and no refund, I reached our to their customer care contacts and facing hard time getting responses till now:

1. I mailed a complaint to [protected]@jublfood.com and did not get any proper response instead received only automated responses.

2. I directly messaged to Domino's twitter handle @dominos_india, and did not get any proper response instead received only general responses.

I please request to consider this complaint as priority and help me in getting my money back.

      Money has been debited from two bank accounts of mine while checking out the cart items on Domino's mobile app. It's been 7 days and no refund has been returned yet. The transactions were done through SBI net banking and ICICI debit card on 16/5/2021

        I tried to place my order on 13th may, 2021 which costed ₹627 and the amount got debited(used debit card for the transaction). But the order was not placed. Dominos mentioned in twitter that within 7 days refund will be processed. So I was waiting. But, no refund has been processed even till today(23rd may, 2021). So i kindly request you to take measure to get my refund.

        Apart from the query i raised here I also contacted dominos directly via mail yesterday and now i got my full refund.

          I had lost money from 2 bank accounts of mine..received the refund on 24/5/21 and 25/5/21 respectively, 10 days after the order had ben placed (on 15/5/21). Consumer complaints forum is doing a great job in my opinion.

            Did an order on 14th May and payment was not successful, so did again and order was placed. No duplicate order was placed. Only one order was placed on 14th May.
            Its been 8 days first order payment is still not credited.

                On 16th May 2021, I ordered a pizza amounting Rs 578 from Domino's app.

                The app was running smoothly till the payment page. Once my payment got deducted it started behaving wierdly. No order was place I never received a order number also.

                Please find the attached payment details.Please refund my money immediately.

                  Money was deducted but didn't got any information about it that where it went. I ordered it on 17th May 2021 at 8:38 pm and there has been no refund of the deducted amount so please it's a request to seek into the matter asap.

                    HI,

                    On 13th of May, 2021, I had placed an order via dominos app. There my transaction failed but the amount was deducted and even the order was not placed ! The failed order was not even showing on app . I have waited for 7 days as I have seen in cases like these they tell to wait 7 days generally .
                    I have all the required proofs to provide if required . Please look into it !

                        I have tried to place an order through online portal domnios pizza online, the order was not placed but money were deducted. ₹ 447 /- through payudominos via hdfc net banking. Transaction id is[[protected]]. I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible. The message i received from my bank was "thanks for paying rs.447.00 to payudominos via netbanking."

                            I have order dominoz pizza on 13 th May where I made payment through my credit card payment got deducted twice and no refund received.i waited for 7 days for refund. Attaching the order details and addres of the outlet.

                                On 17 th May 2021, I made an online payment of Rs 1627 for ordering pizza from Domino's. The amount was deducted from my account. But no order was placed. I sent a mail and message regarding this to customer care of Domino's Pizza. I had also attached the proof of my payment. But I didn't get any reply from the customer service. I need a refund.

                                  On 13 th May i had ordered from Domino's by named mr.sunny thakur, i had placed order by netbanking my money is deducted but my order is not placed after that i called Domino's restaurant they said my money will be refunded with in 7 days, but still not processed, i have all proofs regarding payment to Domino's, i am tired off by putting complaint again and again, i want my money not yours

                                    On 17th may 2021, around 15:13 IST, I placed an order through Dominos website. The amount got deducted from my icici bank account, but the order did not get placed and failed. I tried reaching out to customer care, but no luck.

                                      On 13th May i had ordered from Domino's resturant by Domino's app, after payment my money is deducted but my order is not placed, after that I called Domino's resturant they said your refund will be processed within 7 working days but still my refund is not processed, i don't have bill no.or order no.because order is not placed at that time but i have payment proofs, i want my refund that is rupees 648 back
