    I have ordered the domino's Pizza on[protected] the amount of 805 Rs. I used Dominos website to book this order. PayU Biz payment gateway shows the success message. But I didn't receive the confirmation from domino's. Please refund the money bace to my credit card.

    The reference number is 6294.

      I ordered a pizza online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount i payed via INTENET BANKING & money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [protected]@gmail.com). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

          While ordering online on the date of 17th May 2021, 18:25 time.While the money got deducted from my account and the order didn’t get placed neither the order history was updated want a refund on that. Tried multiple customer service but seems like nothing is working.

            I just placed an order through dominos app but when I checked the your order section it was showing the previous orders I made not the recent order even though I didn't received any order I'd number also there is no active dominos Customer care number so please dominos I want my refund

                        Today i have orderd pizzas from DOMINOS PIZZA ABDULLAPUR TEHSIL KALKA PINJORE
                        Pincode 134102. I have ordered pizza through dominos app @8.14pm but it was not delivered till 8.50pm then i call dominos they said ur pizzw will be delivered within few minutes then again i called them they said ur order was cancelled. Then we have to went to dominos inspite of we paid the delivery amount also then they argue with us and gave us cold pizzas which was totally uselesss.

                          I have tried to place an order through online portal domnios pizza online, the order was not placed but money were deducted. ₹ 268/- through payudominos via hdfc net banking. Transaction id is[protected]. I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible. The message i received from my bank was "thanks for paying rs.686.00 to payudominos via netbanking."

                              This seems to be so common with Dominos lately. We ordered online and INR 898 was deducted from the bank but no order as placed and their customer support section is app is so confusing that you cannot address your complaint clearly to anyone.

                                I placed an order amounting to 595 on 16 May 2021 through Dominos app. I selected payment option as net banking, after paying the amount i got a SMS confirming that the amount was deducted from my account but the order didn't went through. I ordered around 7:05pm.

                                    I tried to order a dominos pizza from their website on May 13, Made the first successful payment from my AMEX and 686 rupees got deducted but the website showed a Something went wrong error and nothing happened after that. I tried ordering again thinking the money will be refunded. Tried my second payment via ICICI Amazon pay credit card for the same amount i.e 686 rupees and the same error showed up but the order didn't get placed.

                                    I tried to order again via UPI and this time I made an account and logged in the website which I dind't do earlier. The order got placed. It's been 3 days and the 2 failed orders for which the payment got deducted is not refunded yet. The website should know that the order got failed and payment was done and this should have been communicated by their customer support team. I highly doubt if they even have one as I couldn't find any number to reach out to them except an email. Kindly help in resolving this issue

                                      I am using my debit card for booking my order my first payment details was OTHPG[protected]WWWW DOMINOS CO IN GURGAON amount Rs 691.00 and second payment details was OTHPG[protected] DOMINOS [protected] amount Rs. 691.00 for 1 single order.

                                      In this connection kindly reverse the extra transaction of Rs.681.00 debited from my Account and recredited the said amount to my SB Account maintained with SBI.

                                      Please resolve the complaint at the earliest.
