I placed an order for rs 744 throught amazon pay using the dominoes app but when i returned to the dominoes app after paying it is showing me transaction failed. Please somebody help me with this issue.

    I have ordered two pizzas on Sunday 11/07/2021 using your android app. I picked cash on delivery. However after receiving the bill in my message link (follow the attachment for the bill) I made the payment using my UPI (payment screenshot attached).
    When the delivery person came I showed him the payment screenshot however he was saying that since it's a cash on delivery I have to pay cash for the food, however he can connect me to his manager on phone so that I can make him understand. After several attempts I was unable to make him understand that I paid for my meal through Upi, even the delperson took an image of the payment screenshot and send it to his manager. But that manager was so unprofessional he said to me that he couldn't find any payment from my side and I have to pay by cash for this. As I wasn't ready for paying twice for the same food item he said I can reject the order. Soon after the delivery boy left my place within 10mins I received another message from Dominos mentioned as your order has been canceled.
    I called your customer care department immediately and raised my concern. The customer care lady told me that I will receive a callback within 24 hours as she is sending this issue with a high escalation mark.

    Well, nothing happened actually. Being a dominos pizza lover I ended up my Sunday with this bitter feeling. I had guest in my house and it was a huge embarrassment i bagged because of the service and attitude provided by one of your outlet. With all this harrassment now I lose Rs.673.40 which I paid.
    Please do the needful.
    I now expect a prompt and productive response from your side.
    I wish I could have attach the thread emails. your customer service email team initially promised me for a refund pithing 7 days. now after waiting that long when I reached them back they are sending me and "expired link" of feedback. This is disgusting. You guys should take this very seriously about the harassment I am facing.

      I ordered a pizza online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs1402) i payed via google pay (Upi) under upi reference no[protected] money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't even get placed!! I request you to refund the said amount to my bank account at the earliest (You can contact me for further details at [ ([protected]@gmail.com). I hope you won't force us to go the consumer's court for regressal.

        I had ordered for 2 Taco Mexicana Veg, 2 classic Stuffed Garlic Bread & 2 Veg Parcel through Domino's Pizza App. The total bill amounted to rs. 596 after offers. I had paid the amount via UPI . The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 25/07/2021. The transaction number is[protected]. Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.

        Finally my amount has been refunded by Domino's after 5 days . What if I avail any order and pay after 5 days. Will it be then ok for them.

          Hello Team,

          I have ordered Moroccan Spice Pasta Pizza-veg from Domino's and received different Pasta on pizza as mentioned in the image and also the pasta which is received is raw and so we are unable to eat it.

          When we complaint it to Domino's customer care then he told that refund is not possible and also some one mentioned that I received good Pizza. I don't know who is playing with the ratings but i m complaining from the beginning when I received Pizza.

          The domino's looks like a fraud company who didn't care what to deliver to buyers. This is very very unprofessional behavior. So i request you please look into this and take appropriate action and also i need refund for my order.

            To the concerned person Dominos's Pizzza company

            I have placed a order on 24th at 7:30 pm around for 3 peppy paneer pizza via Dominos app in paytm. I had paid 1612 Rs for same through paytm app.Payment was succcesful but order was initially showing pending and later showed no any order in history or track.I ahve already submitted a complaints for same on 25 th in consumer compaints site.
            kindly take necessary action as per your protocol for retrieval of money and refund to my account.

                Yesterday i raised an order number is 208...it took almost 1hr10 minutes to get an order...while ordering it was mentioned to get an order in 30 minutes. .. also order was incomplete, one garlic bread was missing...i can say pathetic service from dominos

                  The order was placed with my own address, they cancelled the order themselves, and I still haven't recieved a message regarding same
                  I'd like to know the order status, if it's cancelled and the refund status!
                  Also since it's a prepaid order and I'm not getting any pizza, I want my money back!!!

                            For the last couple of days I'm trying to order pizzas through dominos mobile app/ web portal but every time it shows the stores are offline while they are taking orders through zomato or by call.

                            I also bought vouchers of Dominos through Paytm but whenever I try to redeem them on Dominos App/web, sometimes the pop-up came that the Payment option is not available while sometime the app disable the option of paying through Gift/vouchers. Also there is no consumer forum of dominos where I can submit my query or complaint. These type of things are not accepted from a giant like dominos.

At first time, the amount mentioned was deducted from my account.but did not see the order at the Domino's order Portal.So i did the same procedure again and the second time my order was placed.When I approached the Pizza delivery boy, he said that you will receive the amount after 7 days.but till date i did not received the amount.
                              So I request you to kindly return my deducted amount .

                                I have order pizzas on 23rd Feb but some items are missing and I have laid through online so that the store does not pay back my refund money regarding this mistake and never take seriously my issues and also not call back me in anyway. Again I order new pizza on 20th July and it will be mentioned in your app 30 mins pizza delivery guarantee or otherwise refund 300 but again store does not take my complaint seriously and they disconnect my phone so I just want my money valued through this order and I want my money back in anyway

                                    From my mobile number [protected] I had booked an order of amount 446/- Rs through there domino pizza app and the order came almost 1 and half hours late so i refused to take the delivery when I the boy came but he insisted me to pay for the delivery but i told him that the pizza is not in as aspected condition it was very cold but still insisted me to pay for the order and assured me to give the same amount of refund through the app so that the pizza did not get wasted i did it i payed for it but i waited for 24 hrs from then and at that time to till the time no amount refund has been generated till now. after that i have raised the concern also by calling in there complaint cell but no reply and action came back.

                                    yes, now after complaining on this consumer platform the domino company have refunded the amount after referring what was actually happened and emailed me for inconvenience.

                                      I m a regular customer of dominos and today i n really very upset to handle the situatoon as the pizza came was complety unbaked and all the maida maida bread came in mouth guest came home literally they were like kyaaa tha ye pizza aisaa ? And sab upset hogaye i called the manager i told and shared the concern and he was juz arguing sir humara yaha temp fix hotaaa hai.aisa nahi hohsaktaa hai if m rwaising a concerm then it is true reallyy i juz dont want this again i need it to be solved any how

I have written over 8-10 mails to dominos requesting for my account deletion, but for most of them I have not received any response.
