I can't receive my parcels but the status is showing delivered I will contact police station my order number[protected]

The worst courier i have ever known to me. Bunch of irresponsible out there.!! This is a true incident happened to me:

I have ordered a telescope from ebay, and the shipment was delayed more than usual delivery time, i didnt care much, thought of giving enough time for the parcel company (Dotzot) to deliver on their comfort.

Yesterday (18 july 2016), around 6 pm, we gotta a call from someone, claiming to be a dotzot delivery guy, after around 1/2 hour another call asking us to identify the door for him, then comes the cultural shock :)

It was a son of * auto driver, seeing us in the second floor, he threw the parcel right to second floor's wall. The parcel contained a telescope with glass parts in it.Internal parts smashed upon the package hitting the wall, now the product is useless.

We wanted to stop the guy and let him take it back, but he even didnt wait for second after throwing the box to our wall, immediately left, tried to call him, but phone was switched off.

This is such 'non-for-real' e-commerce logistics comapny, from an already failed project called 'dtdc' :). And ebay.In is still relying on such to ruin the already damaging goodwill.

Dotzot, just go and do what you good at (You still need to figure it out), ebay.In, please re-consider on continuing the marriage. Great damages expected. All you shots will be missed.

I ordered a motor cover through paytm.com with order no.[protected],
A message came from paytm that they have shipped my product through dotzot courier with tracking id v30624462 on 09th july 2016 and the same will be delivered to you by 13th july'16,

When i checked the status on the website of dotzot on 14th july the status was delivered but product is not delivered yet.
I tried to reach to contact dotzot contact numbers[protected] &32 but nobody lift the phone..
I am feeling very bad and shocking about this type of behavior from dotzot courier service.
Kindly take the necessary and hard action towards this cheater company,

Dotzot the worst courier service i have ever seen. They wont contact you, but will update the status that the customer was not able to contact and will return the item back. The staff at dotzot are the worst who are there to take their salary and have a good time at office. Why dont you guys close down this courier service instead of troubling the customers???

I had purchased 32gb memory card from ebay. Seller had sent product through dotzot courier awb no.[protected] on 08.06.2016 but till date i have not received my product. Please help to send product.

Hi this is the message which came to me from paytm and i was expecting a courier from dotzot but the courier person never delivered the product to me in my paytm account it said that the product is delivered. where is my product i have been fighting with the paytm people since 2 weeks i had never mentioned mg flat no in the address then how did dotzot courier person gave the delivery i never got a call also u people are cheaters.

We are from alavi herbs & nutrition i have booked two parcels baring shipment no i[protected] & i[protected] after making so many complains and after speaking to dotzot hyderabad uppal branch asst officer ashutosh he commits me that it will be delivered by[protected] and at the end of the he says its already delivered but today ie on[protected] when i cross check with customers they says the parcel is still not yet delivered im having all the conversation recorder voice notes with me im very much surprise by the service of dtdc dotzot. This message is an high alert for all other ecommerce sellers kindly be careful before making an agreement with dtdc dotzot service or else you will loose your customers and as well as their faith. I know after submitting this complain dotzot ppl are not going to do any rectification of their errors.

As mentioned above similar service i got from dot zot. I tracked online and got my parcel arrived in penya courier office, i was expecting it will deliver on 17th, june 2016. I got the call as well from courier center that my parcel came and they will deliver at 7 pm.
They have not delivered the parcel and mentioned tomorrow morning 9:30 am they will send. Next day till 10 o'clock i have not received, so called back to them. They have mentioned 11:30 am he will come. I requested try to come early. Whole day he not came. Now saturday finish sunday doubtful.

Monday not sure might be new story...


If this portal is really working, i looking action from your so that unnecessary giving problems to people should not be done by them.

I ordered the samsung power bank with capacity 16800 mah but the wrong product(mi power bank with capacity 20800 mah) was delivered to me, and the mi power bank is also not working well...please replace it .give me the right product, as soon as possible...power bank is not working well, so delivered the right product on the given address as soon as possible..the reference number of power bank is [protected]

A product was sent on 11.5.16 to our customer ...because of non delivery it should return to seller. but still i am waiting for the same, i called customer care they just highlight complains ..cant do anything . many products dotzot keep with them and after some days they returned back to senders ...if call cstmr care they said we highlighted it will get delivered tomorrow . but they always returned . now i am shocked they dont want to send back and kept my product . find awb no.

I have ordered for combo of 3 party wear mens shirt on 29 april 2016 from www.onedaydiscount.com.but i received shirts which entirely different from the shown product.The product is of low quality and is not the size which i ordered also.(Their phone number is [protected])so, I want get back my money of Rs.799 as soon as possible.otherwise i want the real product which i ordered.

On 26th april, 2016, an item snap n grip wrench of 2 set was booked via id no.[protected] on ebay.In and the payment of the same was made vide paisapay id [protected], the item was booked vide dotzot courier airway bill no.[protected].
The item was not received by the undersigned. One checking on the internet, it is showing as delivered.
On calling the dotzot number [protected] given, it is not picking.
It seems, it is fraud.
Need response.

Hi I have not received my package but i just received a message from dotzot saying that my package has been delivered.. How is that possible.. I have been home all day and no one has come to deliver my package.. This is very disappointing. Pls check and deliver my package and update the incorrect status.
I also received a message from ebay saying congratulations on receiving my product. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.. I called dotzot customer care and the guy on the phone told me it has been delivered and he cant do anything. I was shocked.. After giving him a piece of my mind he then told me to make a complaint. So i did. And nothing has happened since then.. My tracking no is[protected].

This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable.
Very poor. Please check where my parcel is and who has it been delivered to!
