I have made an order in an industrialbuying.com. And the product was courier through dotzot. It was dispatch on 24th oct, 2017 and still not yet deliver. When i do the tracking in dotzot official website it reach guwahati 0n 25th oct, 2017. But after that no more updates.
I have even file a complain in their website there is no respond. So, please help me in delivering the product at an earliest.

I have ordered the product in firstcry.. It is couriered through dotzot. It been almost 8 days.. I haven't received the product. Whole tacking the status it's written as undelivered due to cid (Office closed or locking door). My order number is 2147046qr29064591.. Shipment is awe num is[protected].

We didn't receive the order and in tracking status it shown as out to deliver.
At 11pm night they updated status as off door closed. But we already mentioned to give deliver in off timings 9-6 pm.
Even next working day also they didn't submit the order.

Please try to deliver the order asap.

I have been given a fake product. I want my 3300 bucks back and you can take the fake product. Otherwisr i will lodge a complaint with the police and consumer forum. The site selling it is shopingdeal. Reaolve it as soon as possible. It doesn't resemble the original bose product shown in the picture in any way. The courier number is i[protected]. Sir i ordered a phone on shopclues and it was coming through dotzot. But when it arrived at salipur (Odisha) branch they kept it pending for three days and mentioned in status that they tried to reach me where as they didn't. And today a call came to me and he said that you have to come to such place to receive product. But the place is much distance from me and i think it is not safe to me. So i said him to deliver it at my given address. But he said he couldn't and will return the product. Plz sir help me to get that product. This is my order no sir

Delivered from dotsot... The product delivered to me is another (Used watch) wat i booked in online... So it as frauded to me... So now i want to cancellation this product...@i am lodging complaint on particular companies and services that they have playing @fooling to customers feelings and time.

Its been 6 days of shipping. And the tracking says its out for delivery in guwahati 2 days ago. While i stay in dibrugarh, how can a product can be out for delivery in a other district. I am very much disappointed with the way of your delivery system. Hope at least i get my product. It was a prepaid one. I will wait for my reply.

I received rayban sunglasses on 11sept2017, when i opened the parcel i found the the sunglasses are damaged and the product which i ordered is not the genuine one... I tried calling to toll free number to register the complain but no one responding the call... I request the team either to rectify my complaint if not then i have to approach consumer court for further action... I wonder how can this people cheats there customer so openly... I have bought datawind keyboard through datawind which courier is dotzot courier... Instead the day of delivery on 9/09/2017.. No one contacted me for delivery.. After some hour i got a message that i refused my delivery.. How come it happen without contacting a person they refuse by itself of delivery.. I have ordered products from biotique advance ayurveda, it has been many dys still i didnt recived my products through the shipping patner dotzot, moreover while tracking my product it is showing that the product have delivered, even they didnt contacted me. How could any delivary services can delivary without contacting the custmor. So please sort out the problem. Hope my problem will slove soon.

I bought a motor from ebay on 26th of august and it is shipped thru dotzot. It took a long time to reach their destination office and their staff is supposed to deliver it to my home.in the meantime, i was also tracking the awb. But then the following day i checked the status update it shows "undelivered due to cid - receiver not available or out of station" but no one has contacted me so far. The next day status was also the same without contacting me. On the third day which is today the 7th september i got an sms mentioning that the parcel will be delivered today but no one turned up and once again the status update is the same as early. Now my question is how do they know whether i am available or not without contacting me? I called ebay cc and dotzot cc they both assured me that i will receive my parcel today but at the end of the day, the result is the same. And yes i have asked dotzot cc for the contact number of the delivery guy and they provided me a number but when i called this number the guy said that he left dotzot long time ago. And then i again called dotzot cc for the local office or alternative contact number but they don't have any except that one number. What kind of service provider is it who is operating without proper management? Very disappointed with this kind of lies

I booked an order from flipkart.com, they placed my order on 26th aug and handed over to the courier partner dotzot, and the expected delivery date was 2nd september, my tracking id is[protected], but now today is 5th september, still they didn't deliver my product, why this type of carelessness from the courier partner, now it is showing out for delivery, but shocked to know that no delivery was attempted, very bad service from dotzot,
