My Order dated : 05.09.2010 No, S[protected] with Whaaky.com
out of 3 items 2 have already delivered in Sept, 2016 . but the another items which was dispatched through DOTZOT on[protected] vide:

CN No.[protected] Items Ref No. S[protected] is not yet delivered to my address at Agartala Tripura after 20 days of dispatch. On DOTZOT tracking I have astonished to see that the said CN is still lying in Guwahati as on[protected] for last 10 days without further development in Status.

Please arrange to delivery at Agartala without further delay.

My item is lying with dotzot courier since 14 Sep 16. The tracking details have not been updated since 28 Sep 16.

It is sheer harassment as we cannot get through to anyone over the phone.
Pathetic Service by the courier company.

I sent complaint yesterday. Go an automated reply someone will contact. No one did.

Will I ever get my item or should I assume it is lost.

The above consignment was booked on 1.10.16 in new delhi. But so far, it has not reached me. The website of dotzot has not been updated from 1.10.16 regarding tracking of products. Their email as well as telephone number is accessible. Their head office at bengaluru is also not reachable.in fact, i booked on line accessories from another useless site of whaaky.com during july 2016 and since it was faulty, i returned them for supplying a correct one. They took two months and now they informed that the consignment number as above and booked in this useless logistiscs company. It is really frustrating to get a product online and it is bringing bad reputation on online products and logistics companies.

I had booked a online purchase of power bank with whaaky.com located at hyderabad on 16th august 2016. They first delivered a faulty one which they told me to return tothem for replacement. I have returned to them which was acknowledged on 26th august 2016. My product number is s[protected]. After one month of communication with them only by email as they do not respond to their telephone line, they on 1st october stated to me that it was despatched on 1st october through dotzot. However, the above product has not delivered to me so far.in the tracking site of dotzot, the product has not started from new delhi!!! The online company whaaky.com is itself appears tobe a fraudulent one and i am mulling a case against them. I expect atleast the product to be delivered to me or a refund. Now, which company is harassing me? Whaaky.com or dotzot???

He phone which i request the there was not delivered to me. Atthe time of buying there is written that it was an android phone but it was java simple phone... I m not satisfied with this prodict delivered... So please i request to refund my money as soon as possible... Or if not than provide another smart phone of at least 1gb ram... And plz. Tell me the process to refund... Plz call me urgently on no. [protected]

Several attempts at calling their bangalore number and the other contact numbers were in vain.. No one answers

Customers must get together and impress upon companies to desist from using this useless service

I had ordered for 6nos of xlr deodoranton on 5th of september 2016 through zotezo.com.in turn they have given me the tracking number. While checking, it shows the parcel has reached at bangalore hub on 12th of september. Till date have not received the parcel from bangalore hub by dotzot courier. I have contacted many time till now there is no answer from the courier as well as from zotezo.com

The order was initially placed on the website called printland.in and the order should be delivered to me within 7 days however the order was shipped after 15 days via dotzot.in and i received an update via sms that my order is out for deliver and then when i checked the status of my courier with tracking number[protected] which showz delivered on your website however i never received that courier.
Please trace it and advise to whom the courier wae delivered.

I expected to receive a parcel with tracking no.[protected] from dotzot. It us dispatched on sept.03, 2016. But it is not delivered me till now. It contains medicines. I need this medicines urgently. When contacted courier company. There talk with me with very rudly. It is the cheating with customer. I need your help. Please help me.

Sir, my three products from shopclues.com - kids socks 6 pairs tracking no[protected], kvs t shirt for boy tracking no[protected], & rio baby pack of 12 baby leggings tracking no[protected] is delevered according thier website to me from your couriour services.. But still i am not receive my item.. The shopclues website shows wrong status.. So please check the error and provide my products as soon as possible because its too delayed..

Hi I have ordered my product from competitive sports but my order was not delivered to me n the reason given was that the address given was not a valid one, I have been ordering online from as many sites as I could remember and none had an issue, it was very annoying to be waiting for your product for so long n then get a reply such as that, I urge you guys to take this seriously n avoid losing customers for such petty reasons.

I got sms today at 2.30 pm that your order is going to deliver from then till now i am waiting but i got sms again that delivery cancelled because of reciever refused to accept it. I don't understand what kind of service is that. Your franchise at katol 441302 is just sucks. And spoiling the name of company he don't have any delivery boy. It is happening with me 2nd time.

My product Airway bill no[protected]. The product was not delivery even the last day of shipping date. I was totaly unsatisfy with this courier serive. the delivery last date is[protected]. but it is not shipped and very poor custumer support

I booked a mobile battery through ebay company on 10th August. I got Track No. as AWB[protected] from DotZot company on 13.08.2016.But, even after lapse of 5 days and requesting time and again to local representative Mr. Vinod (Mobile No. [protected]), the parcel has not been delivered.

Mtlb had h jb apki itni hi complaints ati h to dhang k delivery boys hire kiya kro apne customers se kya ek ldki se bat krne ki tamiz bi ni h how cheap is that. Your delivery boy called me and said ki apka courier aa gya h. I asked him ap kaha pe h? He told me a place then i said.. Ki ok to ap yaha pe aa jaiye yaha h mera ghr he said "mujhe or bi bhut deliveries krni h mai ni aa skta” thn i askd him if could come to any nearby place so that it should not become so far for him and me also but he said" nai" and cut the phone.
I would like to tell you.. The place he was calling me at was approx. 5 km away from my house and i have nobody else who could go and take the delivery if i would have been able to reach there i would have taken it and if we customers can be cooperative with your boys why can't they. This is what your mens are showing the disgusting behaviour to the customers everytime. If i found any fake product or even didn't get it on time trust me i'll soo you guys... My shipment from ebay consignment[protected] reached at trivandrum on 11.8.16. I calling them from 11.8.16. They saying tat some excuse & they don't have time & man to deliver this to me.. I called them 12.8.16 they respond they reach me by 7. Pm. But not reached. Today 16.8.16 i called them again respond to bad & after long talk they said kk it will reach the item by 7. Pm.& i waited for tat but they didn't came &phone were switched off... Such a bad experience to me first time., useless fellow having our branch no responsibility & manners to behave. Very poor service... Really very bad plz shut ur outlet agent from them other wise credibility i[censored]r company hav., it will lose... Such a waste.. Service... We paid the price for the product that u should think... Bleeding

Dotzot — courier from paytm not delivered

Hi i am bishnupada maity (Moni), my paytm order id is #[protected] & dotzot tracking id is v31831231 with item micromax x084 (Red & black) was undelivered by courier partner. My mobile no is: [protected]. And email id is: www.[protected]@gmail.com. please contact me soon & help me as soon as possible.

The consignment of clothing was booked from dtdc, durgapur-713205, sepco outlet. The consignment was booked with no-d28193913 on 4th july 2017. After that no news was there from the outlet about the status and the shipment was destined for bangalore. The end recipient had no intimation either. When enquired it was stated to us that due to scheduled checking the delay is there and it will go by road which was not intimated to us earlier. After 10 days it was intimated that it was at kolkata and had not left kolkata due to checking. Now the second docket was given to us no-d29194384.. Date invisible. Surprisingly the second docket was issued and no details (Ie, tarriff risk charges, service tax amount was not written in the second docket. Finally when the consignment arrived at bangalore, when opened it was found that 6 nos of sarees worth inr 8000 was missing. Two packets were not there inside the packed box. It had reached about 20 days after booking.

When asked about at the outlet at durgapur it was intimated that all was ok and all the weights were ok during the journey of the consignment!!

That means the items simply vanished!!

There was a casual approach and we were adviced to fill up form and submit there after it will be looked into

Does dtdc operate like this!!.. It is surprising and really a wastage to invest on dtdc and should be informed people about this loss of financial that we have faced.

We would recommend not to use dtdc as a precaution against loss of material from consignments sent across

Great show of super failure of commitment of service and most irresponsible courier service over all.
