I was purchased the showes last month 18th, that time amount cut of that my bank account. But still we are not received any parcel . These people take a long time to deliver the parcels and their handling is worse they show express service but their express service is too slower than normal post. We made purchases from hs18 they used to dispatch using dotzot and out of each 100 consignments dispatched through dotzot only about 45 are delivered out of which only 20 - 25 are delivered in time rest all either delayed or returned to shipper what a pathetic after my complaint to the concerned department, homeshop18 changed their logistics partners from dotzot to first flight couriers ltd and now it delivered in just 2 days from delhi to paradeep kindly deliver the consignment [ i[protected] ] soon. . .

I was purched a product on 3rd Nov'14 & payment deducted from my bank for the same time, but after 12 days I haven't received any products from ShopClue/ DotZot AWL No.[protected] No any communication from this company or logistic company, several times I was trying to know the reason for delay through mail or phone no body can bother to reply else formal mail like Regards Virendra Kumar [protected]

I ordered a memory card from homeshop18 which was going to be delivered by DotZot courier company. when i checked the availability at the homeshop18 website of the above mentioned product at ZIP: 832303, it was available so ordered that. After a week or so(many days after the expected delivery date) i checked its status and it was arrived at Jamshedpur branch by 04 Nov 2014 & 9:48AM. the AWB no. of the product is:[protected]. I also wanted to have the service contact no. but it was not offered by the company on the Google. I also complained to the company about the delay, and i was promised a reply within 2 working hours on 5th Nov. 2014, but didn't recieved any. i'm at Ghatsila and i think i would have to go to jamshedpur to get my shipment but i wont have any time for that.

Hello, I am Devansh Vats and I have ordered a packet with Docket no[protected]. and even after so many conversation with INDIASHOPPE and DOTZOT customer care or even DOTZOT Hissar, DOTZOT Delhi, no solution is provided to me and my packet has not deliverd to me even after 45 days (bokked around 1 june 2014). and i have all the conversation saved in my mobile between me and the courier service Very Frustrating Service. Customer Care Executives not responding in good way.
