DotZot Complaints & Reviews

My three consignments of dotzot courier are still undelivered.
Consignment no. Are 1.[protected].[protected].[protected].
These consignments are lying at lucknow since 23.04.2016 as per tracking from dotzot site. I contacted at lucknow branch at phone no. [protected], they said these consignments have been sent to jagdishpur branch, when i contacted at jagdishpur branch they said that they have not received these.
I also contacted dotzot helpline no.[protected] but did not get the proper answer. Kindly help me consignments are still undelivered.

My paisapay id [protected]. I ordered 3 products from ebay on 15.3.2016 with product nos.[protected]Apple iphone 6 cube silicon case),[protected]Nokia lumia 730 ultra thin silicon case) &[protected]Luxury mirror aluminium case apple iphone 6). Of which i have received 2 products[protected]Nokia lumia 730 ultra thin silicon case, airway bill no:[protected] &[protected]Luxury mirror aluminium case apple iphone 6, airway bill no:[protected] dated 28.3.16 & 29.3.16 respectively. Product no[protected]Apple iphone 6 cube silicon case, airway bill no:[protected] is still not delivered to me. In my account summary it is showing that i have recieved product[protected]Apple iphone 6 cube silicon case) instead of[protected]Luxury mirror aluminium case apple iphone 6) on 29/3/16. The courier person on 29/3/16 delivered shipment no[protected] and got signed on shipment no[protected] by mistake. This error from the delivery man has created a confusion. I mailed to both the sellers of which (Apple iphone 6 cube silicon case) one is sending me pic that it is been delivered as forwarded to him by the dotzot courier person. Kindly resolve the issue and get product[protected]Airway bill no[protected], apple iphone 6 cube silicon case) delivered.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My parcel I'd is AWB no. I[protected].
Sipped by homeshop18 on 19 Feb 16 for Rs 899/- ( including delivery charges) cash on delivery. When I went to courier office of Sonapur (Pin code- 782402), the courier office in charge asked me ₹10/- extra as a delivery charges whereas she have not any delivery man for delivery the parcel as a home delivery. My parcel she has not handing over to me just because of rs 10/-.I said that I will give only Rs 899/-. Pls look into the matter bcz she is taking exra rs 10/ parcer from everyone

Shipped via DOTZOT (AWB NO.[protected] on 10-Mar-16. The estimated delivery date is 15-Mar-16.
But my product not received

Tracking id:[protected] it is pre-paid item consignment delivery though, dtdc- hubli, karnataka office returned the item to the origin with out contacting the costumer as per they kept their custody 05/03/2016 to 17/03/2016 and their comments is that wrong address and phone no. (Verified the delivery address & phone no. It is very correct) dtdc-hubli persons are not interested to delivery the item because it was prepaid.

I had ordered a product online through purplle .com on 01.03.2016 and they had dispatched on same day by dotzot docket[protected].

But till today no delivery made...

Even raise query in their portal but no reply from their side(in their site they had mentioned reply within two hour but no calls even after four day).


If any one purchasing online please specific by mentioning not to use this bogus company...

I have not get my product (shopclues.Com) vide docket no.[protected] of dotzot courier but courier sms me that your product has been delivered.

I therefore request that take necessary action on this courier and get my product to me soon.

Hindupur. till date after completing one month you have not delivered were as showing as product shipped in your website & updated the same in shopclues.

What you do with my product ? - will you sell it the same to earn additional money ?

I have ordered an OTG cable through EBAY on 28.1.16.airway bill no.[protected];item id:[protected];paisapay id:[protected].according to track list it is delivered status.But i am not received any item till now.Dotzot is a bogus one.Dear E-commerce companies, dont prefer this type of bogus couriers

My awb[protected] not delivered and courier company dotzot is a fraud company and his courier delivery boy didn'nt even come to my delivery location and now dotzot is saying that my door was locked? what is this? there is 10 famlies living here in my building and my door was locked? my door never locked.. dotzot is a fraud company and cheating his customer.. please take nessasorry action against dotzot and next day on 22/12/2015 dot zot didn't attampted delivery.. so sad i am waiting for my item till now Shivam Kumar Sharma [protected] [protected]@live.com

My shipment for my AWB No. V24982403 of my online order has not yet received. which has been shipped on 19th of october. but not yet received. this is not the first time DotZot couriers are making like this. I am experiencing the same kind of inconvenience for third time they are irresponsible even when i call to know about my shipment.

AWB No.:[protected] Is your courier company a delivery company or a company which wants to take our parcels. Means my parcel was booked on 9 Sep. And till date it has not been delivered. It was out for delivery but your courier company said that customer refused the delivery. How can I refuse the delivery when nobody came at my home. There are my 2 more parcels coming today. They also didnt came as their was rainfall but they had updated right by saying delivery delayed due to bad weather. But your company said customer refused to accept. Means DTDC has created a worlds worst courier company. Really a very vert frustating and poor service. Hope will receive it by tommorow or otherwise...

I booked a product from infibeam on 24 june, 2015 and told that the item would be delivered by 30th june. When i tracked the order it was shown to be in kapashera, new delhi with DotZot retail logistics from 26th jun. When no delivey was made by 2nd july, i emailed the customer service of dotzot, i got a reply from them that respective action will be taken and they asked time till 6th july. Then on 7th i got a phone call from them and i was told that i would receive a call from them and also they now asked time till 8th july. Today is 16th july and i have not received a single call from then nor my order.

i ordered one sd card from infibeam on 17th june with order id 16170953 and tracking code IBDELMAH1032530FDC3 they no deliverd till 27th so i register a complaint after that on 2nd july they updated that order is delivered even they didn't contact me after that register a complaint at both infibeam and dotzot .But till now there is no hope ..

I purchased two products from Seniorshelf.com which were to be deliverered to my residence in Gurgaon The first consignment No[protected] took over 12 days to be delivered despite complaints and follow up The second consignment has still not been delivered after 15 days Consignment No[protected] No response from Dotzot despite making numerous complaints Worst Courier I have ever experienced

I am being harassed by Dotzot Couriers by not delivering goods purchased by me from services homeshop18.com on 16/05/2015. They have given me an airway bill no.[protected] dtd 19/05/2015 but that is in no way helping me get my ordered goods. Response from services homeshop18.com is also pathetic.
