All 4 order shows delivered status on dotzot site. But i haven't received any parcels yet. I tried to reach the customer care numbers and kochi dotzot, they seem to be busy sleeping. Never attended my calls.

I have complained to firstcry. They need 72 hours to track and revert back.. Omg.. This is ridiculous.. No proper response from anyone.

Shipment not recieved yet. I have ordered sandals from flipkart on 18 aug 2017 and expected delievery date was 22-23 aug but yet it has not been delievered. I have not recieved a single call from provider. When i tracked the courrier on dotzot it shows that product was not delieverd becoz reciever was not found or out of station but i am present at my location.. Please resolve

Hi, i placed an order with organice and the bill amount was of rs. 3988 inclusive of delivery charges. Since i was out of town i did not know the delivery will be shipped today and only my mother was home so she was first paying as per the bill amount which was 3988 but in name of delivery charges from company dotzot looted my naive mother of additional charges. Delivery boys looting on company names and destroying the brand reputation and cheating consumers.

I have ordered combo of samsung powerbank and fitbit watch for rs 890 and of delivery charge total 1049 but when courier officer called for delivery, he tells total amount is 1249. And 200 rs extra when i brought home and kept for charge it is full of charge. Then i connected my mobile for charge it will become empty 2 days went then i opened that power bank it was filled by full of gum inside. Watch is of 80 rs they cheated me.

from 14 th august the company is providing misleading information through mail and verbally and in the tracking detail also till date it is not delivered though I got their delivery scheduled sms yesterday. It is a pack of necessary ayurvedic medicines and I am very upset over it.

But powerbank is no working at all and tere are two free items with order but these are also duplicate powerbank is duplicate copy please send your member to recollect all these immediatly otherwise i will register complaint in the consumer court. You should feel shame on u that what a fraud u are doing with customers and looting theirs hard earnings

I have ordered a cell phone on flipkart... They shipped the phone via dotzot courrier service tracking details:i[protected]... I got a message stating that your shipment is out for delivery on 29-july but till now i have not received my shipment...in tracking site it is showing that delivery attempted but failed but no one contacted me... Please help to get the parcel as sion as possible

I order combo of dual power bank with branded sd card with earphones.. Quality of the product is so bad. And product is not same which was i ordered.. Return the product and refund money. I ordered a philips woofer through an online shopping site. The order shipped via dotzot and problem started.

1) After some day they told item delivered. But i was waiting for delivery. I mailed them. phoned them. atlast product came. There is no actual customercare service. only deliver boy will contact you. and he will not respect you. becasue there is no proper service center to complaint their service. mailing to them is also waste. they will close the complaint without resolution and further investigation

2)The product came as express delivery means needs extra care to handle it. But when it came all case and shock proof materials cracked and inside electronics affected.

So, i request everyone not recieve your product from dotzot. if it handle via dotzot just cancel the delivery. But are you going to recieve from them. That will be at your own risk. But, you will not be lucky i promise that

they have sent the parcel through your courier on 7thh june 2017 but till now it is not received by me.When i track it, I found that it is at bhubaneswar on 9tth june but it is not updaed till now.So please query he mater and take steps to send the parcel to the adrresse.Your no is[protected].

Dotzot — fake goods delivery

Myself sanjay gupta. I ordered a combo pack of power bank 25000 mah, yearphone, 64 gb memory card by your facebook ad. Today (26.65.2017) i get my order, and when i open my packet i saw that the 64gb memory card is really 8gb momory card. The power bank is not working properly andearphone is local make. So all things are falured and fake. As a gentleman i inform you please return or exchange my order. My order id is cib405641 and tracking id is awbi[protected].

I had ordered a set of flying birds from hbn network and made the payment online on 11 th june 2017. The courier was delivered by your courier on 19th june 2017 at 8.30pm. Awb number[protected]. The courier packet was delivered in very damaged condition, the packet was compressed from all sides, it was soiled and torn from one side also. The contents of the courier were damaged and some of the contents of the packet might also be missing, i could not confirm that as there was no list of contents. The courier boy had handed over the package to my minor son outside the gate of my residence. The contact number of delivery person is [protected]. When i called up the courier person on above number that the package is damaged, he told me to check if all the contents are ok or not and hung up. On talking to the hbn network they are asking to send the damaged product to their address to get a replacement, which will cost me extra or they will refund me just base amount, which is very less than the actual amount i had paid for the entire product. Kindly advise how am i going to be reimbursed for my loss.

Order delivery time is above 4 to 5 day company policy. But we have not received till time. Please delivered the shipment little urgent base. This is order for friends birthday gift. Awb no.[protected]. I have ordered a product from overcart and they have handed the product to dotzot courier services on 2nd june 2017 where there is no update till now from the courier service. And after speaking to customer care, they said that they did not receive any shipment from the overcart.
And i could not get any status of my shipment. Please solve this issue

I have booked 2 mobile phones on homeshop 18 on 8th of may nd they had delivered my product to dotzot courier service, till date my product hasn't reached 2 me nd i'm very much disappointed with the dotzot courier service, when i have contacted with official's they will ignoring me, my awb shipping no. Is[protected], i think i hv waited 2 much nd need to go 2 consumer courts against delay in my order.

I would like to inform, I have purchase patajali product via online on 6th may 2017, delivery time taking complete12 days this very ridiculous and very poor courier service by DTDC, Today I got receive delivered msg regarding my courier, but still my courier not delivered on my address. What's going on, this is very shamless and also the goregaon branch office not pickup the call.
