Tracking no.[protected]. My product has reached chandrapur since 2 days but they are not sending it to rajura, they are sending other products but not my product to rajura. Rajura is 30km from chandrapur. I asked that fellow why are you not sending the product, he replies that we are finding a lucky time (Shubh-muhurat) once that time is found we will deliver it to you.

Myself Stanzin I ordered a combo pack of power bank 20000 mah, 128gb memory card by your instagram ad. Today (12.02.2018) i get my order, and when i open my packet i saw that the 128Gb memory card was not in that packet. The power bank is not working properly and doesn't give better backup. I had ordered a product from a provocative website for a close friend of mine. When there were some problems over the product i had ordered I was put through an embarassing set of questions as the customer care person started having a laugh with his colleagues over the nature of the product i had ordered. Just wanted to say that if you want some discretion with a courier company then dont expect it from dotzot. worst customer care service i have ever experienced. I dont know exactly who i spoke to but his number is [protected]. Both he and his collegaue started laughing and this had put me in a very uncomfortable position as the other colleague thought i was not on the phone. Worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. Dont not ever opt for this service if you want a parcel to be sent discreetly

Regarding the said tracking number i have to inform you that i have ordered an acme fan from paytm.com when it was taking longer than usual to have been delivered to mei complaint to paytm.com and in reply of that paytm gave me the tracking number mentioned above while tracking the courier i found the item stable at the same location and once again when i complaint for that the status of the product changed from un delivered to delivered without being delivered to me as of now i have not received the product and nobody is answering me whether it has been paytm or dotzot where my product is. Dotzot is a cheater company. We used dotzot services and it was our biggest mistake. Non eof our parcels was delivered on time. All our rto are misplaced. Company is not even giving us claim and our cod remittance is also stopped by the company. Worst courier company i have ever come across. No professionalism in the company. Company has eaten my 1lac rupees. I will never refer it to anybody and will tell all my fellow startups to stop using their services.

Everyday they shown parcel out for delivery last 4 days.
When spoke to customers support team they said today your client will get d parcel. Every day sent lot of mail regarding this matter. No body help.

I ordered a phone on flippant and they chose this pathetic company to deliver my item. The committed date was 25th of February and so far until 28th of February there is no update on the current status. The item was shipped from Chennai and is held up in hyd for last five days. Don't know what's causing the delay. They don't answer their customer service number. [protected] experiencing a worse courier company in 21st century competitive business environment. The worst thing is, they don't have their customer service number anywhere on their website. Had to hunt the number and found it on some third party website.
