The courier guy did not return the change When I asked him to return the change he simply said oh ok and he left the premises. As my father went outside he just locked the grill gate, I gave him money and took the parcel instead of giving me change was behaving rudely. the number what I found to track the order is l[protected]. the courier guy number is [protected] name is Vasi reddy.
plz, give some change to your courier guy so that they can return it to the customer.

    I had ordered sweatshirt from the teeshop as it is marked as delivered on 2nd of march but i did not receive the product nor got a cal from them. Please resolve my issue else would escalate this. Provide me a resolution asap. Either get my product delivered to me else initiate refund to my order. As it was a miss from your end. Please do the needfull

    I got the duplicate product.So I want to return it.I called the customer care number, but they told, "We can't help you". I searched returning option in the website as well as in the App, but I didn't get that returning option.Actually I ordered jocket, but I got 2 similar sweat shirts.So I kindly request you to take some action.Thank you

      This is the worst delivery service . The agent calls and literally shouts ..
      I had orderd a top from coutllot .. And the agent says he tried calling m from 5 days .. Which is a big lie ..
      Nd then has the guts to call me and tell me to pickup the order from him.. And also sending me wtsapp texts which is soo annoying .
      Fire this guy from the job.. His number [protected].. How dare he talks rudely with me ... I will sue you for sure .
      Also deliver my order to my doorstep asap.

        So i want my courier at any cost it's really urgent for me.

          The delivery agent of my order is worst.
          Even his number is not active.
          He always reply that the product was refused to take. But the truth is he never came.. After a complaint he brought my one order. But now is number is inactive again.. I need my product as fast as it is possible.. That's the reason E-commerce delivery is better... The wishmasters are too good..

            I've placed an order from Healthmug and the medicine was supposed to deliver on 19th of Jan 2019. There was no information on DotZot tracking number and when I spoke to Helathmug customer care even they donot know where is the packet lying.

            After interacting 5 times on 21st Jan 2019, Healthmug took the case seriously and Dotzot processed the ordered from 22 Jan 2019. Now I could see the status is showing in Bangalore but donot know when it would reach to my home.

                Hi.. I have issues with return. I already sent a return request for 4 items earlier jan 09, 2019. Still now they havent come to collect the item. But they keep sending sms saying that pick up cancelled by consignee/consignor. But they didnt even call me. They just sent the sms. Thats it. Now today they cancelled my return request. Again i sent a request to return. They accepted it. But im not sure they ll do it.

                The seller assigned for pickup the returned items is dotzot. Nearly lost rs 1400. I want my money back. Dotzot done a worst service. Help me to get my money refund.

                      It is very disappointed to say you that i, shipra agrawal have booked "daniel klein dk 11138-2, watch - for women on 31dec, 2018 vide amazon order no: od[protected].
                      But till date i haven't received my order and when i checked the delivery status i found that receipient has refused to take delivery but i have not refused the same. And this status has been updated twice in tracking details.
                      So pls look into matter and resolve the same.
                      Hope you will not force me to accelerate this concern to higher authority for immediate resolution.

                              You are such an ### I ordered for good quality product which was shown in photos but I received stupid order. This is not I ordered and purchased .and size also I ordered XXL and received cheap quality. So please return my money ...I will return your stupid product. I was shown A BEST quality product when I was ordered and now I received such a cheap quality products which we usually get from roads 3shirts for 100/- but you charged me 1000/- for these dirty low quality products. E — 2 in sets) on 22 december, 2018 from snapdeal and the pickup boy was came on 23 december, 2018, after some days i got an email mentioning that my item that i had returned was incomplete and they aren't going to refund my money. After that i was continuously seeking seek through emails and calls but they have worst customer care service and no helping me at all and yesterday they sent me another message that my order didn't go through the quality check. That's why the are returning my order back to me through dotzot but i want refund as soon as possible.

                                  Order containing ref no. I[protected] has not obtained to me till now. However it was out for delivery on dt. 28.12.2018. And now, on track status it is showing that customer has requested for another date. Whereas, it is not true. Neither delivery agent call me nor his contact is responding when i tried to connect.

                                  Pls resolve issue asap.

                                    I have ordered 3 combo shirts worth of 999 of jeans cloth shirts,
                                    But received worst cloth of 3 shirts
                                    I want to return the item as soon as possible.
                                    The Shirts quality is not good and not worth of Rs.999, this type of online cheating is not fair for your online shopping. I have purchased another so many online shopping sites but your site is not good and not getting original products as shown in the display.

                                      Sir, today one message received as my shipment (Tracking id[protected] is out for delivery at 11.30am, though the whole day elapsed, no one contacted me nor nobody reached my delivery location. At 06.11 pm, one message received as delivery agent attempted for delivery, but i requested him to deliver on another day, which is completely false and imaginary reason. Please direct the delivery agent to deliver my shipment as soon as possible not mentioning imaginary reasons. Hoping positive response..

                                        I had ordered 2 products from flipkart with order id od[protected], ordered on wed, dec 5th '18, the seller is retailnet. They sent both items using dotzot services, with tracker id[protected] and fdfp[protected]
                                        Dotzot haven't delivered my product yet.
                                        I have already got several products from flipkart on the same address.
                                        Dotzot is also messaging me that "attempted: your shipment from flipkart could not be delivered. Reason: receiver refused delivery - (Cir). Visit: dotzot.in for feedback".
                                        Nobody till date contacted me on my cell phone from dotzot.

                                        But I didn't get any call to receive my courier.
