I got the message that cid: receiver not available or out of station, which is absolutely wrong. No one contacted me or visited my place. The address on the package is an office address so it's impossible that they couldn't find it or no one was there to receive it. Also, about the number of courier boy, at first he was not receiving it and after some attempts, it got forwarded to a personal number of some lady. This is ridiculous.

As they claimed that they deliver it but didn't confirm it from me by a phone call to whom or where they deliver my parcel. When I reached my office on the next working day then our office staff confirmed to me that they got my parcel on Saturday.

I got the confirmation message but didn't get the call of confirmation. As I already mentioned that it was my office address and Saturday is not our working day. So the main question is, who received my package and when? The courier boy should at least call me for confirmation before handing it to anyone or have their id or something. So that I get to relax that my order is actually received. But I got no clue who received it until I'll be in the office on Monday. Let's hope that they actually delivered it at the right place.
My consignment number[protected] have not received no anybody call me about address or what to do it parcel n got me message undelivered and return to company give me pandharpur pick up centre number

    I received a message sayng delivery is out and after sometime i gt a txt sayng delivery attempt failed due to customer not available. So i called this no. 70326 21215 and asked, this person gave me another no. ‭[protected]‬ Sayng please call him ask about the parcel. I compromised and called the new no.
    Result:: no response,
    I’m waiting for the parcel since yesterday without going anywhere.
    Should I consider dotzot services results will be like this in future as well?

      I have booked one thing from zotezo prepaid .
      Today i received msg from dotzot that my parcel could not deliver due to unavalability or out station of customer.

      I amd my mom at home full day

      Then i call to delivery executive after listening me he cut my call with no answer.
      I called again he never pick call.
      Again i call him from other mobile he pick call and said courier will deliver tomorrow morning.
      I told him about massege which i received for uudelivery then he said i will deliver tomorrow. He make me fool.
      Shameless service.
      Total false statement by him.

        The above message showing product delivered but haven’t received it yet. When called up agent named prasanto kumar sahoo he said will be delivered tomorrow and when enquired why it’s showing delivered he replied this is the way it shows. Pl see to the matter urgently as i have already paid in full, thanks.

          I am writing this about my 2 parcels from Flipkart via DotZot courier service. According to tracking status parcels are already arrived at my area two days ago but i am still not receive them.
          Tracking status showing report messages like "Undelivered due to CID - RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE" and its happened tow times each for my both awaiting parcels.
          Please note that I didnt request change in delivery date. also no delivery agent try to call me. So its means totally false reporting in tracking status.

          Hoping that you will look into the matter at the earliest

              My expected consignment from dettol and mom kit from lybrate was expected to deliver on[protected] as per their message.
              But very surprised to note that your company on searching consignment shows that it's returned due " door locked and customer out of station" my air way bill#[protected] still remains undelivered to me. The amount was paid through card now i have the proof of payment and will file a case against lybrate and dotzot too. Very # people on job in this company.

                    Dotzot agent of Kuttoor, Pathanamthitta called me and said there are 2 packages and I should collect it. I told him that there is security Mr Matthew at the given address and he has to drop it with him at the same address. He cut the phone, and that was 2 days back and today falsely claimed 2 times that delivery attempted, but client out of station. I have been calling him [protected] nearly 20 times over the last two days but he is not picking up the phone. the mobile number dotzot gave me was of another agent in the same district mobile [protected] but different office who had no idea about my parcel. I have informed industry buying, who sent the parcel (Mrs Ritu and Mr Praveen) who told me they will look in to the matter. I tried calling all the various numbers of Dotzot, local thiruvalla, Pala, kerala, Bangalore and customer care, and no one is picking up the phone...It is crazy. I have never seen such an incompetent courier service in my life!! Please be warned. I willnever recommend anyone to use Dotzot.

                      I had booked a mi phone from flipkart and supposed to deliver on friday but no-one contacted me even parcel was with dotzot. I called on [protected] and asked to deliver then got reply that only one courier so could not deliver. It will be delivered on monday but i did not get and no one is picking my call on [protected] after calling many times. Very poor service. I even told that please reach to me asap but denied. Such services can not exist in the market.

                        My shipment i'd no[protected] booked on 27 the july from bangalore through dotzot courier.
                        Till date it has not delivered though two times they have informed me that it will be delivered.
                        They have updated the status as "out for delivery" on 10 the august but not delivered yet.
                        I think the updation of status is a fake one and the courier company is indulging in unethical practice

                        1.Shipment is under economy mode
                        2.It is heavy in size and their charges also incommensurate with the size and weight
                        3.Delivery pincode is mentioned during booking and the location is outskirt of bhubaneswar city

                        A few days back same shipment from Bangalore was delivered to Mancheswar(which is also out of bhubaneswar city) by FEDEX courier.They have not at all delayed it mentioning bad reasons and ironically that order was booked afterwards than that of me and delivered 9days ago.
                        Good business practice and good customer service matters.
                        R/sir's it is requested to that please provide me my order,
                        The parcel no:[protected] is arrive on 11/8/2018 but still not received...I had called money times and courier boy picked call so many times but they are still not visited on my location...n not delivered.. kindly check take action against your agent..thank you

                          My order tracking i'd no is[protected] with dotzot, booked on 27th july from bangalore.
                          Till 9th august it has not reached to my address at the outskirt of bhubaneswar.
                          On enquiry over e mail to them, they are falsely assuring for the last seven days that it will reach within 48 hours.

                                The package i didn't delivered but, i got a message item has been delivered.. Why? I want the deatails.. Customer didn't get the product till the time... But i got message item has been delivered. I will be mention the message below..

                                  It's a fake courier company. I ordered some products on firstcry.com. First courier boy from dotzot called me and said they do not provide service in my area. when I said but during placing order firstcry accepted my pincode for home delivery. He said he can not deliver at home and asked me to collect packets from their office. When I denied and asked him to talk to firstcry then after some time they updated status as delivered without delivering my parcel.

                                  Dotzot service is very worst. deliver process is very slow.
                                  Ihave to order a new casual checked shirts but i can received a old used and dirty shirts .i can more disappoint with the service.its cost was 800/-.it was very very bad services .i dont like the shirts kindly return and make my payment immediately.and how can i use the used shirts .ur are cheating for me

                                    After a message received from dotzot vanchiyoor trivandrum, i was waiting at my residence to receive the item. Contacted a mobile no.[protected] four to five times but the delivery person disconnected every time and he had never tried to contact me too. Again a msg came at 1641 hrs, could not be delivered reason: cid-receiver not available or out of station. Again another msg came at 1652hrs saying that 'we attempted delivery on 23/7/2018. Will retry on next business day. I was fully at home and no one came except a postman to give a regd letter.

                                    At least the delivery person could have attended my calls or he would have checked up called me and enquired. M/s amazon etc comes by giving advance msg like dotzot had given. My mobile no. [protected].

                                      However, if you want the delivered shipment to be returned to your shipper, we would require instructions from your shipper.

                                        My DOTZOT awd no[protected] your deliverymen is not come my address and update fake receiver out of station. bed thing is this i call to your delivery person he pick call and abuse me i ask when you come then he say i m outside and cut my call and i again call then he abuse me i recoreded call and i will share about your service on your tweeter page and facebook page . i very very disappointed from your deliverymen and also from your company. my contact no [protected] I m available at my actual address and he don’t call why?? This is your service
                                        if my parcel go back then I go to consumer court because I have all call record and he don’t call me proof. And more to satisfy court

                                        My shirt is not my order item.and this is not fit my body. It is small.
                                        I ordered combo of 3shirts. But it is not good. Its quality is poor. So i hate this product. I refund my cash.
