Dotzot agent of Kuttoor, Pathanamthitta called me and said there are 2 packages and I should collect it. I told him that there is security Mr Matthew at the given address and he has to drop it with him at the same address. He cut the phone, and that was 2 days back and today falsely claimed 2 times that delivery attempted, but client out of station. I have been calling him [protected] nearly 20 times over the last two days but he is not picking up the phone. the mobile number dotzot gave me was of another agent in the same district mobile [protected] but different office who had no idea about my parcel. I have informed industry buying, who sent the parcel (Mrs Ritu and Mr Praveen) who told me they will look in to the matter. I tried calling all the various numbers of Dotzot, local thiruvalla, Pala, kerala, Bangalore and customer care, and no one is picking up the phone...It is crazy. I have never seen such an incompetent courier service in my life!! Please be warned. I willnever recommend anyone to use Dotzot.
