Dotzot ticket number #170736 (Ticket is closed without solving the issue)
It is a bad day for me. Experienced a very bad service from flipchart’s logistic agent dotzot. I received out for delivery message from dotzot after contacting flipkart customer care. But when i tried to call the delivery agent by using the number provided in the out for delivery message. But the number was switched off all the time. I again contacted flipchart’s care then i received a call from the office of dotzot. (Phone number [protected]). He was very angry (May be due to the complaint... Thanks flipkart for taking quick actions). His behaviour was rude and he said to me that he will not deliver the product today.. I contacted both flipkart and dotzot care but my issue is not solved. At 7.40 pm i received a message from dotzot showed that my address is wrong and couldn't attempt the delivery. I ordered hundreds of products to this address from flipkart through other couriers like ekart, delhivery,... All delivered without any issues. I discussed this issue regarding dotzot with my friends. I received bad feedback about the service of dotzot in this city. He said to me that he collected his order (Poco f1) from their office as they rejected delivery today.
Please take the necessary steps to solve this issue soon

First of all the helpline number is a joke.My product has not been delivered yet still a message has been sent that product is delivered.Moreover rude behaviour of agent.

    In tracking it showed that currier is out for delivery. I was waiting since morning. No delivery boy came for delivery neither i received any call from them. Then evening status started showing that currier not delivered due to reciever not available. Till now i haven't received my parcel yet. Worst currier service i have ever experienced. Now who will pay the loss that i have faced.

    I did that but didn't got any response
    I have sent complaints thrice but didn't got any response. Everytime i send a complaint i receive only one mail that representative will call me. But never received any call.

        My waybill no.[protected]. My parcel is not delivered and their is a fake update from agent that i have requested to deliver on some other day, which is totally false. I tried to contact delivery agent pankaj chavan mob. [protected]. But this number is switched off whole day.               It's a fake courier company. I ordered some products on flipkart first courier boy from dotzot called me and said they do not provide service in my area. When i said but during placing order flipkart accepted my pincode for home delivery. He said he can not deliver at home and asked me to collect packets from their office. When i denied and asked him to talk to flipkart then after some time they updated status as delivered without delivering my parcel. Tracking details fdsp[protected] by dotzot

                I have not yet received my shipment.
                I have ordered the shipment and it reached guwahati on 25th april. 2019.
                Its showing out for delivery since 29th april, 2019.
                Today is 7th may, 2019 and shipment not yet delivered.
                I have given complaint a number of times but to no avail.
                This is really frustrating, either you update the status or deliver the shipment.
                How can a shipment be out for delivery for 7 days without any status update?
                Have dotzot guys lost my shipment?
                This is extremely shameful.
                I work for flipkart and i am unable to get the shipment ordered from flipkart due to the fault of our delivery partner.

                    Title: on 24 apr 2019 16:07:44, out for delivery ranchi, ranchi, without any call and without any confirmation, status change "undelivered due to receiver requested delivery on another date - (Cir) ranchi". And till date/time no anyone call me regarding that. It very bad/poor service provide by dotzot without any information product holds from last 1 week. I am waiting and waiting call from courier unfortunately till date time not gets any call. It's very poor & bad service by courier.

                    Now on 30 apr 2019 ones again i have received fake message without any call and information. Out for delivery ranchi, ranchi, without any call and without any confirmation, status change "undelivered due to receiver requested delivery on another date - (Cir) ranchi". I ay try to call agent number, he told me i am not working on dotzot.

                    At my knowledge "no poor courier service has been seen till date".

                    Customer said that delivered with in 24-48 hours after complaint. That time much past 24-48 converted into week. Till time i am not received my product.

                    This courier zero is not worth the feedback, it should be given feedback in the negative (Below zero).

                        Hello,

                        I ordered one mobile worth rs. 8500 from flipkart, order no od[protected], as per flipkart product is shipped by dotzot
                        With tracking no[protected] on 27th april.

                        Its now 10 days, dotzot agent never called me and neither showed up at my home and wrongly updated status 2 times that shipment could not be delivered.

                        To the height of this, they stopped updating statuses now from 1st may 2019 and now status is product is out for delivery.

                        When i call flipkart they says product is attempted 3 times to get refund and dotzot is not updating status of 3rd attempt in short they are flipkart & dotzot is doing fraud and it seems clear case of money laundering.

                        They not delivering me my product of rs. 8500 mobile and giving excuses when asked for refund. I request you to take very string action against both parties and give me refund as fast as possible.

                            I have ordered mobile phone in flipkart and my expected date of delivery order 19th april but still i didn't receive the order and my order bill no is i[protected] i have received a message saying that my parcel is out for delivery and they have provided delivery guy's number in the sms. But when i called the delivery guy's number it says incoming calls to this number not available. Nobody has called or come to deliver the package. Next day i got another message saying that my package could not be delivered reason "receiver requested delivery on another date". This is not true. None of their customer service numbers are working. Where is my order how many days you require to deliver to me...

                                I have received a message saying that my parcel is out for delivery and they have provided delivery guy's number in the sms. But when I called the delivery guy's number it says incoming calls to this number not available. Nobody has called or come to deliver the package. Next day i got another message saying that my package could not be delivered reason "RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE". This is not true. None of their customer service numbers are working. I checked with DTDC customer care and they are not even aware of DOTZOT being partner to DTDC. But DOTZOT have DTDC logos on their website clearly they have misused DTDC logos. So far i still have not got my parcel and I am not sure if I am ever going to receive the package. I think DOTZOT has parnerned with fake shopping sites to scam people.

                                  My Package with DOTZOT Tracking number :[protected] has not been delivered to me since yesterday i.e. 10/04/2019. I got an SMS saying that my package is out for delivery but it was not delivered to me nor the DOTZOT agent made a call to me. Later I get a message saying that an attempt had been made to deliver and that I had rescheduled it to the next day. I tried to make a call to the agent's number ( [protected] ) as given in the sms message sent by DOTZOT but that number was switched off. Again today i.e 11/04/2019, I tried to call but again it was switched off. Again I got the message that it will be delivered today but was not delivered nor got a phone call. I tried to call the agent but again his phone was switched off. This is irresponsibility on the part of DOTZOT.

                                      Today is the last date for delivering my product but when I didn't get any call from the delivery boy previously he called me and ask me that he couldn't deliver it today as he was sick and put a message that I ask him to keep my product deliver on another day it was last date he didn't make any call to me and when I call him back he was not answering my call

                                      Your representative behavior not good and he did not deliver produt in mention address.
                                      He said that he only deliver product in manjhanpur, not my address and said that i can complain in company or his boss. He has no fear

                                        I have a replacement parcel tomorrow after watching their miss call i make call again after 6-7ring someone pickup my call then he say he send courier office address after 30minute i call him bac agaain and again no one picking my call today they put my number in busy tune what the hell are you doing ass hole company in one hour if don’t take any action then look what am i doing. I case your courier in consumer court i am a lawyer remember it
