In tracking it showed that currier is out for delivery. I was waiting since morning. No delivery boy came for delivery neither i received any call from them. Then evening status started showing that currier not delivered due to reciever not available. Till now i haven't received my parcel yet. Worst currier service i have ever experienced. Now who will pay the loss that i have faced....

I have ordered online product montblanc pen through montblancinstument site but the product which i got is fake product.

Kindly do the needful, do accept product from dezire group of companies which is loacated in delhi, they send fake products though your courier company.

Plz stop taking products from this company

It's a fake courier company. I ordered some products on flipkart first courier boy from dotzot called me and said they do not provide service in my area. When i said but during placing order flipkart accepted my pincode for home delivery. He said he can not deliver at home and asked me to collect packets from their office. When i denied and asked him to talk to flipkart then after some time they updated status as delivered without delivering...

I ordered one mobile worth rs. 8500 from flipkart, order no od[protected], as per flipkart product is shipped by dotzot
With tracking no[protected] on 27th april.

Its now 10 days, dotzot agent never called me and neither showed up at my home and wrongly updated status 2 times that shipment could not be delivered.

To the height of this, they stopped updating statuses...
