    I ordered a product to be delivered to vasai_mumbai by 3 sept 2019 (Order no:[protected] and tracking id:[protected]. As per tracking information it says undelivered due to customer not receiving. This is completely false and misleading. Dotzot has not contacted me or anyone in my office and has not attempted delivery since the recepient was at office last 3 dats. None of their customer care numbers are working. I have absolutely no other remedy to contact them.

      Hello team
      This complaint is regarding order no 12315 which is a prepaid parcel from go desi. I have purchased the product and it was supposed to be delivered today by the agent. When i called the agent he said i left the company 6 months ago and my number is not available anymore, i tried explaining him that the dotzot company provided the details to me he kept on refusing. As per my understanding when a agent picks up a parcel be has full control over the electronic messages. When i tracked the parcel it shows delivery not done because customer not available this is so lame. Plain lie
      How can a courier company do like this! It's called cheating... Sending out the number of a employee who's left the company six months ago. Sending out a fake sms alert stating delivery will be attempted today and within minutes state that customer is unavailable.

        I havent received any phone calls from them... But they had messaged me the parcel could not be delivered... Its a very bad gesture from them..           My parcel from flipkartod[protected] actually i did not receive a single call regarding to ask for delivery. Already the date of delivery is crossed 3days. This is the worst experience i have ever had with online shopping an the agent were talking very rudely using very offensive language to me. Please clarify this issue as soon as possible and make sure the receivers are not being cheated.

            I ordered a product to be delivered to jamshedpur by 5 august 2019 (Reference number[protected]. As per tracking information it says undelivered due to customer not receiving. This is completely false and misleading. Dotzot has not contacted anyone and has not attempted delivery since the recepient was at home the entire day yesterday. None of their customer care numbers are working. I have absolutely no other remedy to contact them.

              Patanjali products has been shipped on 22 july 2019. Not delivered to my address. I am waiting for parcel from last 10 days but still not delivery.
              Dotzot updated status as 'undelivered: receiver requested for another date'.

              Why status is updated without calling to me. Please call to my number which is proovided in shipment order.

                My item id i[protected] was out for delivery as per track on 27 jul upto 1830hrs. At 1850hrs i again track my item and i found that item will be delivered on 1 aug on customer request. I was shocked. I couldn't understood why this is happening. I try to call dot dot jammu but no response from morning to till evening. This type of service providers are loosing the trust of dotzot courier. It is very serious concerns. Plz look up the matter and take action on defaulters.

                  Agent called and promised that order would be delivered today. Had to cancel other schedules for the day waiting for this parcel. But some rubbish remark displayed "reciever asked to deliver another date".

                  This is false.in fact i also asked the agent to leave the order with security guard and it was very well agreed and decided to deliver today itself.

                  As mentioned earlier this is a very urgent parcel and i need it asap.

                  Any other alternate place from where i can get this collected. Pl inform

                    No information made available as to when will the order be delivered. It's my 8th follow up. But no response. Worst agency.

                    I need an update immediately.

                    Every time a complaint is raised only an auto response is sent on mail. And nothing is done about this absolutely.

                    Hope this courier service ceases to exist. Have put this up with a higher authority

                    Same old nonsense. Please do not keep notifying about the rubbish services offered by you. Have taken this matter to a higher level already and will ensure your services no longer exist.

                    Firstly your agents are not dedicated . Today also called up but again no revert.

                    Highly draining to deal with you people.

                    Why should we keep following up for this. Instead you must reimburse us for the cost incurred and time consumed to deal with your inefficieny

                      Very urgent

                      I need my order tom morning 9.00 am
                      The employees appointed for delivery are extremely passive and are unfit for any organization.

                      They need to be replaced with immediate effect failing which your courier agency must be discarded from providing seevices.

                          I bought a saree from khatri creations. Without my concern they shipped another item through dotzot. I requested to exchange and they agreed. The item was picked up by dotzot and they gave me a receipt. Although after pickup they msgd me that "your khatri creations return order could not be collected. Reason customer requested another date"
                          How they send me wrong information. I already have their msgs and pickup receipt copy.

                            Address: House# 98b Opposite Moon Star Hotel, Burma camp, Dimapur, Nagaland, 797112

                            My awb#[protected] was shipped on 09/07/19 from bangalore to destination nagaland dimapur. It reached guwahati in 2 days which is like 8 hours far from dimapur nagaland. And since date 11/07/19 to 17/07/19 has been in transit from assam guwahati and i haven't received any calls or emails regarding the delivery. And today on 18/07/19 a day after i made complaint in consumercomplaints.in i get a new update while tracking that it says customer rejected and i was completely shocked. How?? Than i went to the office of dtdc aka dotzot and asked, they said they don't do delivery services so they only do the bookings. Like you can send stuff from dimapur to other places but nothing comes in from outside state. That was ridiculous to hear. If you don't have delivery option than why make it available and take our money so that it comes back to me again.. Waste of money and time. Close your # company completely unprofessional no improvement # running dtdc company..

                              I placed an order and it was shipped via dotzot bangalore on 9/7/19. My awb#[protected] has been in transit since 11/7/19 till now and no further update on it. This is frustrating cause the last location is 8 hours far from my location. How come it take 7 days and counting to reach my local area. I have received no calls no emails nothing. Very poor service. Please look into it and update status on it.

                              If dotzot aka DTDC is not providing deliVERY SERVICE than why accept the package in the first place and waste customers time. Please shut down your office in Dimapur or update your companies to not accept such orders.. unprofessional and disgusting. No idea how you guys are making profit or still in business.. look at the image below. I am located in Dimapur Nagaland and it's saying I rejected it when the item is still in Assam Guwahati.. how is it possible.. Bloody ###.

                                Didn't get the package delivered to the destination even after 2 days in out of delivery status. Courier guy mentioned reason twice as customer not available & customer requested for another date without calling the customer. We didn't receive any call to the primary & secondary number. Without calling the customer, courier person should not update a wrong status. Pls check & send the package delivered to the destination address at the earliest. Reference number[protected]

                                  Wishmaster called and said we are not providing home delivery.
                                  then he said to come on his given adress . i came because i need the pkg urgently to that adress but again he said he moved to hub. i argued with him telephonic then he updated the status of delivery adress mismatch. the contact details of wishmaster is [protected].

                                        I order combo of fashionable simple wear tailored fit solid casual 3 shirts. Quality of the product is so bad. And size of the product is not same which was i ordered.. Return the product and refund money. My oid l[protected].
