I ordered few products on online from patanjali ayurved.com they send the package through dot zot dtdc.
I already faced bad experience in the past with the dotzot dtdc courier and cargo.
The package i have received yesterday is one of the worst experience i ever had, the total products were damaged, unbearable very very bad smell, whole package is wet ex: it is like dipped the whole package in a dirty liquid. Then they packed with another dry cotton package and delivered to me, they knowingly cheated me. Such a careless, irresponsible, ugly and dirty agency it is.

      Dotzot employees making their company and customers fool.
      For tracking id[protected] they written wrong delivery report, nobody called me on my number provided in address which was written on parcel.
      Dotzot is sucking service, better if should not be exist on earth if theur services are like this.
      My 2 products are coming means none of two i'll get in future.

      Forgot should ensure this tracking id[protected]. Delivery anyhow,

        Sir/madam,
        I returned a pair nike shoes to snap deal. But snap deal informed me that the pair of shoes returned is not the same pair they delivered. But in reality i gave your pick-up man the same shoes, not in packed form but in unpacked state. So it means your pick-up man changed my shoes. Plz look into the matter to save my hard earned money and your coustmers' interests.

        Can’t deliver in time and also can’t follow the customer and very bad responses
        I ordered 3 combo cotton shirts, the product I got is different, I ordered plain shirts but got checked ones.. and the size is not what I ordered for.. quality is really bad. Plz refund 999rupees and take product back.. invoice no.. [protected]

        Dotzot is working very bad as delivery of product.i want to take my product but delivery agent is my problem that he rejects my product. I don't know why .

            I am been waiting since morning for the delivery called the person twice he said the guy will be coming to deliver and at around 4.10pm i am getting message attempted for deliver but the person not available.
            No one from courier service called me to deliver how can they cheat the customer like this please take action

            They dont have proper customer care number now if try to call the person whom i contacted disconnecting my call and say i am in meeting

                  From past 4 days the status of my parcel was out for delivery.
                  But the delivery was not being attempted. The details of the courier person I received through an SMS from DotZot turned you to be wrong.
                  And I continuously getting calls whether to re attempt the deliver or return the parcel.
                  But still I am getting the same call. But my delivery was not being attempted.
                  I tried reaching Gachibowli office where my parcel is currently present according to the tracking details.
                  But even they are not reachable all the phone are either not reachable or switched off

                    Recently I had an order from Flipkart that was sent through DOTZOT courier services bearing order id[protected] which was expected to be delivered by 13 June 2019.

                    On 13 June 2019 I received a message from DOTZOT that my shipment CC[protected] would be delivered that day. The delivery agent assigned was Malaya Ranjan ([protected]). I immediately called the agent to enquire about my delivery. He replied to deliver by 2PM that day. After that I again called him at 3.23PM to enquire to which he replied he would deliver soon. Later on I again called him at 7.07PM to enquire and he replied that he would delivery me within 10mins. I waited and after 1hour 30mins I again called him to hear his phone switched off.

                    On the same date evening I received a message from DOTZOT that my shipment couldn't be delivered as "RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE". After that I again called Malaya Ranjan but his phone was switched off.

                    On the next day I received a message that "my order is going to be returned to the seller. If I wanted that then I would SMS Y497 to [protected] to which I immediately reacted, but I got no response. And after that neither I got any more message nor the product.

                    Today (17/06/19) I got a call from Flipkart that my order is being returned to the company.

                    So, I insist DOTZOT to take strict action against delivery agents like Malaya Ranjan due to whose negligence we customers face problem o[censored]ntimely delivery.

                              We have received the courier on Saturday evening and it is a horrible experience with the courier boy.

                              He came around 6.30pm and made a call to on my mobile and said “ app ake niche se courier le jao” mein second floor ja nahin paunga.

                              Where as in address it is clearly mentioned 2nd floor and it was his duty to drop the courier.

                              Everyday we are getting many courier and your person was most arrogant and he threatened if we shall not pick up from ground floor then he will return the documents.

                                Hi team,

                                I would like to know the current status of the shipment with awb # i[protected].

                                Since, 24th may the status is showing in transit.
                                This parcel needs to be urgently delivered.

                                Request you to kindly look into it on priority.

                                Also please provide a valid customer care number so that we can contact easily rather spending time in writing email and wait for email. This is very unprofessional behavior on your part where u dont have a valid customer care number.

                                  The courier person who delivered this parcel[protected] was inappropriate in his conduct. Without prior permission of my mother, he clicked her photo. I am very disappointed with this. And where on earth do courier person has to click pictures of customers? After confronting him, he told that he just joined the company and is not aware of rules and regulations and told sorry, which proves that he was clicking it for some other purpose and it was not under company's formalities. I want this company to take suitable actions immediately.

                                    What the hell is this?
                                    I received a message saying "your shipment cc[protected] cannot be delivered, reason being receiver not available"
                                    I am still at home simce morning. No agent came amd moreso the phone number of the delivery agent provided is switched off since morning. I need to know the reason for this else dotzot will have to answer questions over social network like twitter and facebook. The customer care numbers are also coming unavailable or busy. Why are you running a company like this where people are investing and not getting satisfied. I want my product to be delivered asap

                                      My products has to be delivered yesterday. For unknown reasons they didn't deliver it. I was expecting atleast today they will deliver but the date.. It has been moves to 29th may. It is your problem you didn't deliver yesterday, atleast it can be delivered today right.. What kind of service is this.. No delivery agent or anybody contacted me regarding this.. Try ti resolve as soon as possible and deliver tge products today.

                                      I am ordered a product from flipkart on may 18 and the courier service took the product on 19 may and he stated that the product will be delivered on 23 may... But the wish master didn't contact me still now. So please check the status of the product and make sure to deliver it.
                                      The product is in near by me but dotzot customer not contact me
                                      Now a message got from zotdot
                                      "Attempted: Your shipment from FLIPKART could not be delivered. Reason: RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR). Visit: Dotzot.in for feedback"

                                        My shipment bearing awn no[protected] was expected to be delivered today as per sms received from you but the delivery is still pending neither your courier executive bothered to call me regarding delivery. When i tried to track my shipment on dot zot web site itvia showing incorrect pin code. I have given pin code 190011 (Soura srinagar) which is 100% correct, you can check it online. Please look into the matter and deliver my shipment early. Thanks
