I had consult with your clinic and on 20/09/2021 for hair loss treatment for post covid symptoms but when I visited to you clinic your counsellor pushed me to avail 1 year package treatment of 66k but I denied for the same and after so much convincing by her I availed 20k 1 year package treatment because I was scared and captured in a situation of phobia from you east delhi centre.
I don't want to continue with your treatment and want my refund back of my remaining balance after deducting your 1 week medical charges.

Please do it as earliest as possible, for your reference transactions details are attached in mail.

I am appalled so to see that even after activating complete dnd on my number, I get spam calls from dr batras every day twice or thrice since a couple of months.
I have no interest in their products and services.
This is harrasment honestly.
Kindly take action asap

My daughter was having very small spot on left leg. I have consulted to dr batra clinic in the month of November 2015 and it was diagnosed as vitiligo by doctor and medicine started. I was assured that it will be cured within 3 to 4 years. Initially the patches have increased and after few months it was started reducing and now it is again increasing. I have consulted to dr at batra clinic but Dr is telling that she has to take medicine for Life time. Now new patches are coming and medicine provided by the doctor is not working. So I want that remaining amount of money may be refunded as I have paid for 2 yrs.

I have asked for providing the registration certificate of the doctor batra clinic at rajpur road Dehradun for submitting in my health claim .

My daughter has taken treatment in your clinic Moksha Pardeshi age 11 years old I paid full fees as per the package amount 15000/- but after treatment started she is detected diabetes so we are stated diabetes treatment in other hospital allopathy now I want to be stopped that hair fall treatment. So that's reason I want to be back other amount you can deduct 20% amount as of now and balance amount refund or adjust to my wife's treatment she has paid 7500/- and balance amount adjust from my daughter bill I don't want to be refund please adjust this.

I paid in the month of Feb 2020 as an advance for my hair loss treatment as Dh 4815 as per your doctor suggestion.
I also visit clinic for same month and next month but after lockdown start due to Covid 19 Outbreak. I was stuck in Al ain UAE and I cannot visit your clinic. After almost 6 month of lock down the date of release of lockdown in dubai I personally call to Al Nahada clinic for the appointment but at the same time they told me that due to lock down our doctors are not available so we call you back once we all set with the operation. I wait till 3 months I didn't received any call. Then I call on Jan 21 for further improvement but no one has response finally I need to go to my country India were due to second wave of Covid 19 outbreak the International flight ban to UAE. Now when last month I came to UAE were I call for the appointment as well as for the service but your clinic told that you have to come to our clinic and speak with our Senior for further service as your file was cancelled from the system. Here I need to know that you took advance from me and without any initimation even though your clinic know the current situation you cancel my file. Know when I asking for the refund they deny as they are saying that in our system it was cancelled. Today I received call from your call centre that you have to visit out clinic and pay some amount to get that claim back.
So I need now to know about my refund amount for 3600 Dh which is still pending from the advance payment for 4815 Dh.

I have chosen 1 year plan but now I became bald just because of Dr Bartra I just want my money back otherwise I'm going to file a case against you just give my money back

I subscribed to Dr.Batra Hair loss program in the Udaipur branch last September, I want to rollback after 1 month of my treatment but Doctor told me that it'll take some time for medicines to settle as per body and give results, after 2 months they start treatment for 10 weeks but from that also I didn't get expected results and last month my treatment was completed and I got 0 results from it.
I called them on their consultation number but every time they say they will check and get back to me but no one callback again once the call ends.
I send them an email with all the details of my patient id[protected] and the full amount(RS. 23, 330) I paid them in advance but they are not responding back to me.
I request consumer complaints to please help me get my refund ASAP.

I had taken trichotellmania treatment from dr batra clinic karnal, haryana 132001 from dr kritika sharma. My patient code:[protected] of net bill amount Rs16000.firstly they give me wrong commitment he said we can give you proper treatment and therapies and also genric test of your and husband in this Rs 16000.after dat my report comes but my husband not report given since last. Moreover in the ist month January doctor give medicine i regarlary taking gradually after 2months my problem starts moving fast i cannot control myself to pluck my hairs.i asked to doctor and every month she changes the medicine.slowly in the 3 month she is conscious about my treatment because my hair plucking habit more fast.doctor worried and again she changed medicine atlast she try medicine on me which suits my treatment but no worries i feel disturb in the may 19th 2020 i concieve a baby and go for a doctor and consult she said no to take any kind of medicine but she ask me i can continue your after delivery.on delivery feb 2021 csection .after i feed a baby no to take any medicine. in the april i go for consult treatment of same disease but she is not interested and no treatment done by dr batra.i lost my money of Rs 16000 because dr batra cannot perfect treatment of trichotellmania.please refind my payment as soon as possible because i have no satisfaction and i come with trust but no treatment is done.

I m taking treatment from Dr Batra clinic Berhampur odisha since January 2021 but didn't get any positive result still facing hair falling and dandruff problem . It increased day by day.
Dr Manu Singh is not available in clinic many times . He doesn't t diagonsis properly show bad behaviour.
He is busy in his own clinic and asking for other treatment like PRP and allopathic medicine. He is available ONLY over phone .
I m harshed, depressed
So appoint a good doctor or refund my money around 12000 which I paid .
This is very bad in name of care and hospitality

I subscribed to Dr. Batra hair loss program and paid 17, 000 Rs upfront as they promised results as months passed more and more hair began falling and soon they were less than I had before. It was a clinic from Viman Nagar Pune. I request atleast partial refund. This is fraud.

I am nitin kumar .my hair fall treatment start dr batra clinic in karnal haryana from april 2021 and i have already full payment or treatment of one year plan medicine and include with gro hair session amount of about 28000.and doctor was saying me full guarntee that regrow your hair and ur head full of hair and stop hair fall and dr said me i[censored] will full payment then ur treatment start so i paid full payment rupees of 28000 but after 4 session of gro hair and medicine completed no any improvements in my hair fall but hair fall is more after dr batra clinic treatment .so i want to cancel my treatment and refund my payment i am very unhappy from dr batra treatment i lost a lot of money now i cancel my treatment and my payment refund me now

I have not registered to any of Dr Btra's services, but I'm being spammed by phone calls since 15 days. Please stop this.

We have visited batras velachery branch on 10.07.2021. We have paid for 1 year treatment without paying that they were not ready to start the treatment. We don't want to continue the treatment anymore in batras for hair growth. We were assured that amount will be refunded if treatment is discontinued. We got medicine for just 1 month. When requested for refund it is rejected from velachery branch stating there's no policy of refund. Is this the way a reputed clinic will loot people's money. When we no longer require your clinic why should we pay money to you.

I have visited Dr. Batra's clinic at Jadavpur on 22nd July 2021 and have paid for 1 year course which is Rs 14000. After taking medicines my hairfall has increased tremendously, unsatisfactory treatment and currently I don't wish to continue anymore. I have contacted them on 6th August 2021 mentioning the same thing and demanded for a refund process after deducting 1 month fee. But I haven't got any communication from their end. Kindly help.

If I could give negative stars in review, I would have, my life's biggest mistake was visiting this clinic, these people are fraud dogs, swines, please do not visit at any cost, these people will charge you 20 times the normal charge, and eventually they will make you lose all your hair through the medicines prescribed by them(do not take their medicines), they will make you lose all your hair and money, if you are strong force of people, go and break their clinics to get your money back.

Vijayawada branch services are not available and whenever we call no one picks up. And when we call customer care they always says we give a call back but that call never came back. The worst services of Batra's. Atleast should give a proper communication on reopening or when should be serviceable.

We want our refund as we are not receiving any services from Batra's only 4 sessions done in 8 months..worst services again... please take necessary action...

Respected sir I have been taking the consultation of thyroid from your clinic situated at dilaram bazaar dehradun uttrakhand from 2018. Now I have applied for the domiciliary claim in my organisation .
