I have visited Dr. Batra's clinic at Jadavpur on 22nd July 2021 and have paid for 1 year course which is Rs 14000. After taking medicines my hairfall has increased tremendously, unsatisfactory treatment and currently I don't wish to continue anymore. If I could give negative stars in review, I would have, my life's biggest mistake was visiting this clinic, these people are fraud dogs, swines, please do not visit at any cost, these people will charge you 20 times the normal charge, and eventually they will make you lose all your hair through the medicines prescribed by them(do not take their medicines), they will make you lose all your hair and money, if you are strong force of people,...

Vijayawada branch services are not available and whenever we call no one picks up. And when we call customer care they always says we give a call back but that call never came back. The worst services of Batra's. Atleast should give a proper communication on reopening or when should be serviceable.
