I ordered Dr batra facewash last month. Neither I have received the product nor a refund. Worst experience ever!

I have taken one year plan which the doctor convince me to take inspite of knowing my financial situation.
I use it medicine for one week, I don't have hairfall issue earlier but after consuming it's medicines my hair is falling severely.
I don't to continue Dr. Batra medicine anymore.
Please refund my money.

I have taken hair treatment from Dr Batras clinic. At start, I faced minimal hair fall. then it started increasing. I requested for refund its been 24hrs refund got delayed to 48hrs but please speed it up. dr saying it has been done from their side.

I started treatment for HAIR LOSS on Aug 2022 that time i was promised that if i want to cancel the or stop the treatment i can and amount will be refunded now there is some financial issues in family also few days back my grandmother passed away due to cancer and i will not be able to continue the treatment so i went to clinic which is located in East Delhi Preet Vihar and they not giving proper information i have been trying from past 1 week to cancel it everytime they are saying Doctor/ Manager are not available i visited on (24-august-2022) and had lond conversation and they were not ready to even listen finally I send a email to Dr.Batra for request of cancellation today dated (29-august-2022) I got call from Dr. Batra where a lady doctor told me that it is non refundable and non cancellation and said I will send this request to my senior team management. When i asked to understand the feelings of middle class family after lost someone from there family so she said did you get to know about this cancellation process before applying for treatment. This is money if i am paying i have right to see each and everything.

Dr.Batra you have good reputation in market if you are giving your franchise to someone to run make sure they good enough to Represent You. People in East Delhi Clinic they don't even look like professional or Doctor.

Kindly Refund My Money Back In My Bank account or cancel my treatment loan from Bajaj Finserv immediately.

My name is Akash Rana. I visited your Dr Batra’s™ Homeopathy Clinic, Sambalpur on 07-Aug-2022 for my Spouse - Arpita Sarkar Rana's hair problem. After counseling I took a package for 1 year that cost Rs. 17900.

From the clinic they confirmed to me that If I pay thru credit card & take 6 month EMI, it'll be no cost EMI. So I agreed.

After the transaction From Swipe machine I got a receipt mentioning 13.99% interest and the total amount with interest is Rs. 18637.38 that I attached here. I immediately informed the clinic. They informed me that after getting any update from the bank they'll further process.

I got an email "Amortization Schedule" from the bank on[protected] that is also attached. But[protected] your Sambalpur clinic was closed. So I will visit on[protected] and give them an "Amortization Schedule". They informed me that they mailed it to Head office Mumbai and were waiting for a reply.

After several days of follow-up I didn't get any response and it is very disappointing for me. My Statement generation date is tomorrow, which means[protected]. I got this mail id to call on this no [protected] from Irfan.

It's a wastage of money. My hard earned money 15k wasted. Zero percent improvement. Zero star

I have booked an appointment on 14 August 2022 patient I'd[protected] and payment has been made of INR 199 but I have cancelled my appointment for some reason and ask the executive to cancel it but she is seeing my message but no response is coming from her, name of executive is asmita.
She has shifted my appointment to 17 August 2022 but not cancelled it completely.

I do not want to continue the treatment as the doctor did not give proper treatment even on the day of the consultation and I did not understand the package either. I went for hair loss and dandruff treatment and the doctor sad that I have seborrheic dermatitis but I have only dandruff and hair fall. They convinced to pay 12 month course and I pay 2200. I did not have money, yet Batra's staff convinced me to pay the money through Bajaj Finance, which I have done, but now I am in stress, how will I repay the loan money, currently I do not even have a job, sir from you It is requested that I do not want to continue this course which I had bought on 4th August 2022, please give me whatever lot you want.

I have been put into a loophole as they charge all the money at the start itself. I was charged Rs 60, 000 earlier and now Rs 23, 000. And extra money for Neurotocin

I had started hairfall and grey hair treatment in may 2021 and I had to renew the package of 14000 again in may 2022 since the treatment was not effective the hairfall is not reduced infact its increased even more the grey hair is the same. I want to discontinue the treatment can you please refund the amount to me.

I do not want to continue the treatment as doctor are not giving proper treatment.I went for acne treatment the issue wasn't resolved.They convinced to pay 6 months. But they are not very experts in solving the issue. Really I am not happy
