My daughter T. Anstey Vathani age 24 got appointment for Thyroid treatment at Anna Nagar Chennai. We paid 2500/- initially for consultation and medicine for two weeks. But in clinical office staff forced to pay 15500/- more for one year. That is Total 18000/- i have paid. But we are not satisfied with the treatment. Moreover we made a blood check up and got Nil Thyroid problem. In this situation we are not interested to continue. So kindly repay the execs amount except on consultation fees and medicine for on particular day.
I attached acknowledgement msg for received money from me.

I was taking treatment from Dr Batras clinic but after 2 months I stopped my treatment (skin treatment) I paid 1yrs fees now I asked them to refund my money because I'm not taking their treatment they refused it

I visited dr batras clinic for hair loss treatment on 11th June'22This complaint is regarding the cancellation of further treatment as I am not very satisfied with the treatment & don't want to continue. I think it will not help me as I am not convinced internally, that's why I want to move out. Also i will be shifting to Dubai after my marriage which is happening in the next 2 months. so there is no point to continue. I don't need my money back which I have already paid, but I would request you to cancel the ECS so that the EMI amount should not be deducted.

Sir i had my check up today and my fixed appointment time was 5:00 p.m and from past one and half hour I'm seating in the clinic. The staff and doctors are irresponsible towards others time.

It has been 4 months of treatment and the hairfall has not been reduced even a single bit. Further, after giving 15k for treatment it is asked to get supplements and products from outside. When they take pictures during first visit they will try to show as much as baldness as they can, but now after 4 months they are trying to cover and making me fool that treatment is going well. Moreover, they are trying to trap in new scheme named as gro hair. It is requested that my treatment should be discontinued and if possible refund treatment amount for rest 8 months.

As i am not interested in any further treatment from here. As well as i was forced to pay for a year subscription plan and after 1 month i didn't even see a single acne resolved. So i decided that i will not take any further treatment and request you to please refund my my 11 month money of 14400/- rupees to my bank account.

I am feeling deasiness like heart burn and heart pain... so I just want to cancel the 3 month treatment I don't want to continue because there is no warranty at all so... I just want my money back and want to return all medicines.. could you just help me regarding this

I booked a plan for myself and my friend for hair treatment on 31st Mar and the package was all-inclusive 45, 000 for both (including Laser & other treatment for 1 year) then they gave me an option o[censored]sing Bajaj finance card for payment. I used my brother-in-laws card details as I didnt have any other option as they told that today is the last day of the offer and all. I convinced my brother-in-law and used his card & they informed that first two installments would be paid by you and then the loan will start. I paid the 1st Install of Rs. 4, 400/- and the laser treatment started. We took 3 setting and after starting the treatment i felt that my hair loss has increased and even my friend experienced the same. so on 16th April we informed that we cannot proceed with the treatment and asked them to cancel it/ even my brother in law didn't not support for Bajaj card after listening to the experience.
However the loan still reflected on his card and they have charged two EMI's, now they are saying that the loan cannot be cancelled and you will have to continue the treatment. Post 16th April they didn't even bother to contact me and whenever I connect the staff is very rude and say that there is no option you have to complete the treatment.
My hard earned money is getting deducted without any service, I feel totally cheated, would request you to help me out or else I will have to reach out to consumer forum or lodge an official legal complaint.
I have paid 4400/- and the requirement was 8800/- for Bajaj then how did it go through. Please connect with me at the earliest

main ne one year ka hair treatment packege liya tha or one year tak treatment bhi liya lekin koi fark nhi pada ulta mera hair quality or down ho gaya or hair or mera one year jo treatment chala usme bhi mera hair fall ruka nhi or mera hair loss bhi jada ho gaya mera one year packege 12000 rupees ka tha or one year complete hone par phir se one year ka packege lene ke liye bola ja raha hai but one year treatment leke mera hair or money dono hi loss hua or ye baat bolne pe ab doctor miss behave kar rahe hain ye bol ke ki jo karna hai kijiye

I've taken package of 20k for my wife for urticarea treatment 1.5 months before. Every time when I take appointment they kept me waiting for 1 hour on my previous appointment.

Yesterday ( 18th June ) I had appointment at Vaishali Branch ( Shop No 253, 2nd Flr, Mahagun Metro Mall Plot No VC3, Sector 3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010 ) at 3 PM.

I reached on time but to my dismay they told me that I had to wait 30 min as doctor is having lunch. So I waited after that they told me that doctor is treating another patient and it will take another 45 min.

So I waited again, after that when I came back they told me that doctor is not finished yet with the patient, and I have to wait. So I waited another 45 min till 5 PM. After that when I asked they told me that today it will not be possible as doctor is still buzy.

I asked to provide me correct time but they did not give me any answer. After 20 min the supporting staff told me that they will schedule online consultation and asked to pay the courier delivery charges for the medicine once the consultation gets over.

I've told that I will not pay the delivery charges and went out from the clinic. On my last visit I paid total 20k, that's why I am thinking they thought that I do not have any other alternative.

I just want to know is this the way to treat patients. What is the use of appointment ( taken 1 month before ), if I had to wait more than 2 hours and still did not get the consultation. Why would I pay for their negligence.

Their is no process to treat patients and no correct information is being provided.

I want my 20K back as I will get treatment from some other clinic.

I purchased product of rs 963 from Ahmedabad (shivranjani, satellite) clinic...by mistake amount debited 2 times ..pls resolve this problem..and refund money rs.963...thank you..

I have acne and scars on chin from a few years now. Based on online reviews, I started consultation with Dr. Batra. In my initial experience itself, I noticed that more than the patient or brand value, the staff members at Dr. Batra are more concerned about how to sell a minimum of an yearly plan, and the even the doctors there will ask all sorts of indirect questions for you to reveal your financial background and profession.
Despite my hesitation to go for package, I opted for a 6month plan owing to their high monthly charges. My treatment did not show any constant improvement, it went up and down like a graph.
At the end of the plan, when I visited the clinic again, I was first to opt for the package again. I expressed my discontentment with their approach to the person selling the plan and the doctor who said the same thing.
I asked the doctor to continue my treatment on monthly basis (since I had no other alternate and had tried multiple other medications too). To my utter astonishment, the doctor denied medication stating I would at least need to buy a 3 month plan.
This has been my experience I hope it helps you to make a decision for yourself.

Hi, I started acne treatment at Dr-Batra Fatimanagar branch on 19/4/2022. They charged me in all 14000/- Rs (13500-for treatment+500 cash for consultation) for 3 months treatment with 6 sessions and doctor checking which she never checked.I paid whole amount. They provided me one powder, few tablets and facewash for just 15 days and I had first treatment session on 2 May, 2022 . After this session my face had more acne than ever before and it got literally worse than before .I didn't take any tablets after this .I had called them when no one responded .Later on I went to clinic to show them what happened and they told me doctor has gone on holiday and won't be available for more than a week. I couldn't wait till that time as my situation was worse so I immediately went to another doctor for treatment. On 21/5/2022, I again visited clinic and told them that I want to stop my acne treatment as I no more want to continue it as their products are not suiting my skin at all and what ever is charges for 15 days just cut those and remaining one's refund it back to me . But another doctor started saying no refund and all .My face was literally with red spots and they are saying they won't give refund and also I wanted to talk to doctor who started my treatment(which she never once checked on me in this time period), she was not there and will be back after a week. I want my refund for remaining months back . Charge the charges for 15 days and give my remaining amount back as soon as possible.

I am not satisfied for Dr batra hair treatment because my hair daily decrease 100hair, i need to check up for doctor consultation but I started my hair treatment in sharanpur but he does not transfer my data in hometown dr batra branch. Plz consider, I need medicine, I have no medicine to take rest for my hair loss.

My wife having hair treatment from Dr. Batra clinic thane branch since 7 months and purchasing powder, oil, serum worth Rs. 2500 each month.

We tried to return 1 packed powder packet and they refused to take it back.

My son is taking acne treatment but after 3 months no improvement and still growing big acne. Skin colour going in black shade.
I observed white spots on his hands after treatment started. Before it was not there.
I want refund of my money which I paid in advance.
I want to discontinue treatment
