Please help me get my rs 15000 back at the earliest as I have been conned into paying the amount am not satisfied with treatment my condition is worst then before I have psoriasis in both lower limb after taking treatment from Dr.batra Kamla nagar the condition is very worst.i want to discontinue my treatment

I'm calling dr batras purasawalkam clinic from a week. If the clinic is closed, they should inform their patients and do alternate arrangements. Without informing closing the clinic is unfair.

This is so disturbing that I at least get 5-10 calls a day from Dr. Batra’s clinic. Please stop contacting me. I had filed a complain even before writing this, but nothing has changed it is extremely annoying and irritating to receive calls from them. Please look into the matter as soon as possible because it is creating a lot of trouble.

I have paid Rs. 735/- on 06/05/2021 thru online for purchase and delivery of the product at the following address Alakendu Pradhan, Muchipara, GIP Colony, Howrah, West Bengal. But, this is yet to be received and not get any update about the product.

Doesn't gives proper salary and torcher related to family problems and always misbehave if nothing happens in critical situations also, doesn't give doctor and proper salary keep it and says you havent completed anything i will not give you, whenever completes target then also same situation she creates 2 peoples are involved in this one is ceo sanjoy mukherjee and another is piyali shah the east mentor and life spoiler/blackmailer rest is company MD and Owner.

Kindly try not calling again and again even after a successful contact with the executive. I have already talked and cleared things with the executive in the morning but it has been a whole day i have been called again and again through many different numbers. Also provide a section for unsubscribing from this site i have been disturbed whole day through their spam calls and this filthy behaviour.

Hi, I am your patient for last 4 years and taking continue treatment but for this year die to covid i was not able to take medicine on time and due to this i took for 7 month medicine and 12 month so today when i asked to provide remaining medicine. Your receptionist works at Malviya nagar, Mansarovar, Jaipur branch who has name Mahaveer ji replied me very rudely that we don’t care if you don’t take your medicine and as your time is about to end i will not provide the medicine and then cut my call, after that i called a lot but he didn’t pickup my phone. I am very disappointed with your staff like how they treat your loyal patients. I am going to stop taking treatment from you and also will advise others to do the same if you don’t take any action in next 24 hrs

They don't know anything about treatment.
They only loot people with money, itz their motive

Our patient name is neetu dang, address: a76/4 gali no 12 east azad nagar, krishna nagar delhi-110051, patient id is[protected], our patient take treatment last six month first meeting take care all senior doctors and next all meetings take junior doctor pinki chaudhary, neha raghuvanshi senior doctor no appointment fix, today i call to east delhi clinic i request that please set appointment senior doctor he next two days no senior doctor av liable, he said coming friday appointment fix first mr. Deepak attend the call and i second call to clinic and take call mr.Ajay he said your appointment set at today 4oclock set, i am totally disappotment above act. One guy said next two days dr not avalaible and guy set today appotment. I personally hrasment total one year amout given 15000/-

This is Prashant Hitaishi (Patient code:[protected], I visited Dr. Batra clinic (Model town, Ghaziabad branch) and agreed for 1 year treatment plan as suggested by Dr. Jaswant Singh. Being a student and financial issue I choose loan option and started my treatment. Dr. Jaswant and his team was unable to provide satisfactory treatment as a result my hair fall continued. On every appointment I requested to take my case seriously and provide a better treatment.
I opted a combo plan for 1 year medical treatment and 10 Hair Grow therapy but therapy sessions were not done as doctor failed to control hair fall. During pandemic and lockdown in 2020 doctor stopped medicine supply for 1 month and didn't compensate it. Finally stopped my treatment after 1 year in which he provided treatment only for 11 months and no therapy sessions.
Many times I contacted doctor and his team to compensate the 1 month treatment. I requested him to convert my therapy session into medication and continue my medicines but, I didn't receive any satisfactory response.
All this unsatisfactory service and medical treatment lead to a huge financial loss for me as I loaned for this treatment. I have a copy of all the bills, whatsapp chat and request messages I sent to Dr. Jaswant.
Being a student it was a tough time for me and all this affected me physically and mentally. I trusted Dr. Jaswant and Dr. Batras clinic and wasted my money, time and hope that lead to depression. I am not well from last year, suffering from depression. But, finally I have decided to take legal action against all the people responsible for my depressed state and harrashment. I paid Rs. 32160 out of which Rs. 18000 were paid for medicine treatment and remaining Rs. 14160 for grow hair therapy. This doctor cheated and looted me.

I started treatment in 8 months back and didn't get any results that's why I don't want to continue my treatment

After submission of many complaints & reminder, I got service from your senior doctor (Ms. Sarika) but till yet not get solutions to all issues.
I never ever expected from Dr. Batra's, I am taking treatments since Jun-2020 and 10 Months have been completed but still not solved my all problems, why ?...I have submitted evidence to you Sr. Doctor and Local clinic.

Your customer and clinic staff is not serving patient properly, and very poor communication in your organization between staff, customer care is always blam to the patient, not looking to resolve queries.

I have submitted time to time to your clinic and Sr. Doctor and I have all proof in the photo and recorded, if you want please let me know.

At time of joining all issue has been discussed with Dr. Madam, and after 10 months there is not get single solutions of the same, why? Dr. Batra's has wast my time and money.

Now, Dr. Sarika has agreed on my all 17 points while on call, also she is saying that if you want solutions then you have to pay more for 12 months, this is not to way you are providing service because till my single issue is not resolved then the way I have to pay again for next 12 months.

Now, I heartily request you to please extend my treatments for 12 months for solutions to my entire issue.

I have started treatment for Hives on 03.01.2021. and paid for 6 months. But within a month I saw no relief so I quit the treatment.. now my fees for 5 month is pending at Nerul Clinic. I clicked refund for the 5 months.. but they are not responding.. it's now 1 months over..
I needed money back.. it's really urgent.. I paid 11500/_ for 6 months..

Pls help me for refund ..I need money otherwise I will take other action if needed

I have taken treatment for hair loss almost six months, it's prevents my sex drive and capacity.even after 3 yeras I am unable to sex .

I am writing this complaint, so that Dr. Batra’s people do not keep calling me. I had registered on the site, but I don’t want any treatment. So it is very disturbing that their customer care keeps on calling. Please look into this matter at your earliest convince.

I am Ankita Arora from motera ahmedabad. I am a patient and getting hair treatment from Dr Dhara at Dr batra's chandkheda clinic since 11th February 2020. Recently I have renewed my treatment from 11th Feb 2021. I have complaint related with Dr dhara, last month I told her I have an average 30(strend) hairfall, when I visited today (12 March 2021) Dr Ritesh natvarbhai was there and he told me in my patient history last month hairfall was only 10-12(strend). She fabricated my patient history so I don't trust her anymore and I feel she cheated on me and how could I believe that she gave me the right and appropriate treatment? and she didn't ever inform me about Dr batra's grow hair treatment which the new doctor told me.

Kindly look into the matter.

Payed for annual package of 40k for hair loss treatment. But found out they are using broken and cheap equipments and they are not even Sterlizing them. Its been 1 month and i discontinued my treatment because i dont trust them anymore. I got pictures of their broken equipments. And why can't i get my remaining refund of 11 months which i didn't even get. This is my hard earned money. i want to take treatment from some other doctor.

They boast about giving homeopathy medicine in blister packing but at my first visit .they gave me one month of medicine in open envelope.

They are using cheapest and bad quality derma roller (130 rs)available in market and it wasn't even sealed that time and their hvt helmet is broken and goes of[censored]nexpectedly.
