My son is taking acne treatment but after 3 months no improvement and still growing big acne. Skin colour going in black shade.
I observed white spots on his hands after treatment started. Before it was not there.
I want refund of my money which I paid in advance.
I want to discontinue treatment

I am writing this to inform that i had enrolled into dr batra for my skin treatment but i am not at all satisfied with the result. I had started from 22nd April 2021 and my treatment is supposed to be for a year but on March 17 2022 i was told that the session has ended and did not provide me with the medicines for march. Not only this but doctors kept changing and almost 5 doctors were appointed and all of them had different opinions about my problem. The staff in the Rourkela branch is very bad, none of them talk properly. I am not satisfied with this session and the problem has not improved infact it has deteriorated.

I have been a regular customer at Visakhapatnam branch of Dr Batra and the doctor present here is really unprofessional.
The doctor doesn’t ask any issue related to patients history or symptoms and looks like he is not interested in treatment patients. Always in a hurry to give medicine without understanding the problem. Being a doctor in Homopathy, he must take interest and ask the patients for the problems he/she is facing.
I request to take action on the doctor.
Sometimes he is also not present in office as the customers here are less.

We have discontinued treatment at Dr Batra- Ahmedabad location since long. We just had 3 sessions. As there's was wrong diagnosis from Dr Batra's staff and we were given wrong medicines. We later consulted other doctors, they diagnosed right and it was cured. We spent big amount and it was total waste. we request to return the amount.

Not satisfied with the service as we have been
getting new health issues after using batra medications.

I had enrolled for a NewHair Treatment Program in a hurry, payable through EMI. I haven't yet paid my first EMI
However I am in a tight financial situation and thus unable to pay for it. Therefore, I'd like to withdraw and cancel the program and the EMI.
When I asked the doctor for the cancellation, she replied bluntly saying that "I MUST GO FOR THE TREATMENT"

Please help me cancel the program and stop my EMI as I cannot pay for it.

I started taking treatment for hair growth from Dr. Batra's Minto Park Clinic under the supervision of Dr. Sudipta Indra. However, even after taking medication and groHair treatment for over a year, no significant results were visible. Now, I have relocated to a far-off place owing to professional constraints. I had already made an advance payment of Rs 20, 000/- for medication for the period from 24 Dec 2021 to 24 December 2023 and 10 sessions of Gro Hair Treatment were left unavailed. Since it is not feasible for me to continue the treatment for obvious reasons, kindly initiate the refund process for the amount.

Doctor and technicians insist the users to take therapies and medicines for longer duration to see some visible results. They misguide you in your initial visit to have a clear visible result in just few weeks but after you start medicine they will try to prolong the duration of the medicine for any visible results. Worst experience with Batra clinic especially in Gwalior branch.

Complaint for unimprovement treatment of Alopecia
My wife (Mrs. Tumpa Bangal, patient code is[protected] has been undergoing treatment at Howrah, Gola Bari Chamber ( 49 Dr. Abani Dutta Road, Howrah-711101) under you for last 4 months and I have deposited Rs. 15000 / - in advance as per your condition. According to your promise, after three months new hair will grow and the alopecia area will start to shrink. But now there is no improvement. So my wife is mentally exhausted. I hope you will keep your promise with proper treatment.

I was taken a hair treatment package of my son Mr.Jay thakkar on 23/10/2021, at your gotri, natubhai circle clinic vadodara, Gujarat. by paid Rs. 66000/- for one year and 10 session.
Unfortunately my son was expired on 14/01/2022 by accident and no more in this world.so i request to Dr. Vinita at your gotri clinic about refund of any amount from above package and she agree for that.your clinic staff told me for submitting...

I have once registered for Consultation a few weeks back. However, I decided against it due to COVID-like Flu. Despite refusal, I still keep getting innumerable calls from Batras from morning to evening. This is making my personal life difficult & I wish they stop calling me again & again.

I paid for the yearly medicine and 2 type of therapy ... There was no improvement but was getting more worse ... So I left the treatment ... I used the 1st therapy partly however was not refunded for the 2nd which I never consumed or availed ... So ... I paid for something which I didn't used. You are not doctors ... You are money making mafia

i am patient of dr batra since 2007 but now from last 1-2 years your treatment is not good. I am not getting relief. The problem is increasing. I requested chandigarh office to consult some senior doctor but they had not done it. I also requested to please provide me my case history from 2007, so that i can shift my treatement to some other doctor, but i am not getting it. Please help. I am sufferring lot. After 10-15 calls to chandigarh office only 1 is picked and then no positive reply. Please help

My name is Nikhil Dave and I took the treatment of dermatitis at dr batra clinic jodhpur, rajasthan.
Due to inefficiency of Dr. Vivek the 8nfection got worsened within a month and I have to switch to allopathy treatment on his note only. He asked me to dispose the medicine twice, I felt like he was experimenting on me. He prescribed medicine for 30 days and the condition became so worst that I got fever and sever pain. Doctor disposed all the medicines two times in a dustbin.
Complete treatment was charged Rs. 16900 for six months.
I paid Rs. 7000 initially. But the treatment did not worked well and had a negative impact on my health. Thanks to allopathy things got controlled. It is a case of carelessness and inefficiency of a doctor working at clinic.
When I asked for refund doctor gave lame excuses and refused for refund.
I am trying from a long time and not got any response. I have the images where things started getting worst. I will post and share to the appropriate place. It's not only the matter of 7000 it's about the reputation of dr batra.

I take the medicine by Dr Babita Thakur for 1 year and paid Rs 13500. And this clinic is situated in Dehradun (52/A, first floor Rajpur Road, V. C Dilaram Bazaar near Vishal Mega Mart Dehradun)
When I take first dose it creates a problem in my body so I don't want to take this medicine.
So I request you please refund my amount.

I am writing this mail on behalf of my brother, who has been a patient for psoriasis, under the Calicut branch for the past 10 months.

We have already paid the doctor Rs. 14, 000 at the beginning but haven't even received a receipt yet. The doctor told us that there is a diet to be maintained for like 3-4 months. But even now we are following it.
The problem is that he hasn't shown any results yet. The only thing happened is the condition increased.

Doctor told us the treatment was for 1 year.

And few times while getting the medicine, the doctor was himself packing the medicine in the bottles. So I have lost the trust in the branch and the doctor. Please let me know that if the medicines are actually packaged by the doctor himself or is it sent from the main branch or something.

The doctor still asks to continue his medicine. We are following everything the doctor tells.

So what should we do now ? We felt like getting scammed by the doctor. At beginning the doctor promised after seeing my condition, that I can get rid of that within 4 months at max.

So please tell us what we have to do. If we have to continue, we don't wish to continue from this branch.

I have been taking treatment at your Ahmednagar clinic since last 1.5 years and Have taken annual consultation plan based on the your recommendation.

Last year, there was no doctor available for 3 months & also the clinic denied to courier medicine despite of that i have been charged for annual membership. Also no invoice or billing receipt received for paid amount.

and because of, poor management lapses happened in my treatment.

After all of this, I decided to continue with my treatment & renewed membership as per agreed plan on EMI basis. since i moved other CIty, clinic denied to offer medicine through nearby clinic & DHT session. Also, not ready to share billing receipt for the paid amount. after enquiring, clinic, clinic denying the same and asking me to visit personally to collect the same & not ready to offer any consultation for paid money.

I have already suffered a huge losses & lapses in treatment.
Hence, I hereby request you to refund for my paid amount & expect a corrective action ASAP.

Else, I am forced to escalate the matter to respective governing authority.

I go first time at dr batras clinic for hair treatment and one lady doctor check and told me hair treatment of 15000 for 10 sessions and that time she told me in this treatment you get different medicines that helps your hair for hairfalling and for regrowing thats it and i paid 15000 and now jan 1st 2022 i go for my second session doctor said that you ned to pay 38000 more for hair regrow. Why i have to pay if i already paid 15000 that time why you not said this all and now doctor said that you get medicines for maintaining your hair then why you told me that this medicines will help you to regrow your hair this is false information you gave and take 15000 from me this is fraud. Please.refund my money otherwise i have to take strict action against you this is really pathetic and fraud you guys are doing with us we trust you and you fooled us.
