His is in regards to our disappointing experience with dr batra services.

My wife (I. E. Sujata halder) & i (I. E. Jyoti ghosh) signed up with dr batra’s homeopathic treatment to resolve our dermatological problems on 22nd of september 2019 (Pfa screenshot) in saltlake sector v branch kolkata by paying rs. 34, 000 (Rs. 17, 000 for each o[censored]s) and i must say that it was one of the worst decisions of our lives.

Dna test for both to # our genetic pattern and based the reports doctor would suggest our treatment plans.


This was supposed to be the primary service/ test for which both us had given samples of our saliva and we were told that the repots are going to come by 45 days to 2 months, max by 3 months time. Based on the results the doctor will proceed with the customized treatment plan but unfortunately, we have not received our dna reports till date. It’s been a year now, we tried to contact the clinic multiple times & ask for the reports but each time, we were given lame excuses by the clinic saying ‘’we couldn’t find your reports on our database’’, ‘’we are not able to download your reports, once downloaded we’ll get in touch with you’’ but that day never came. I wonder a clinic like batra’s can’t track & download couple of reports in one year??!!! In spite of the goo[censored]ps, they didn’t even ask to submit our saliva samples once again as well. However, they were do eager & proactive to swipe our credit cards to sign us up for this pathetic & fraudulent service.

Doctor had prescribed us to take homeopathy medicines each month without seeing our dna reports. I don’t know how he prescribed those medicines and needless to say those so called ‘’medicines’’ were useless they didn’t resolve any of our problems. Also, the doctor strategically convinced us to use batra products only so that they can sell those to us (I. E. Products needs to purchased separately, it doesn’t include in the service package), how convenient and needless to say those products didn’t help us whatsoever.

We couldn’t consume most of the sessions due to covid lockdown. Rather, we have not visited the clinic since march 2020. Our medium of contacts with the clinic were whatsapp & zoom.

Fyi: we’ve had only one doctor consultation on zoom since march 2020. No one bothered to let us know what happened to our dna reports, our concerns were not heard, instead they were eager to know whether we need any products from them. By now we both have lost faith & realised there’s no point visiting the clinic during covid & risking our lives.

I hope the above points made it quite clear that we have not received any of the services which were promised to us. Also, we had to consult another doctor & invest extra money to address our persisting issues. Henceforth, we demand complete refund of our hard earned money which we’ve invested in batra’s for nothing.

So far I have done only 8 HVT for my hair treatment. I am not getting proper response from the clinic and as for now, I am not undergoing any treatment in batras. Please take the charge for only 8 HVT and please refund the amount.I am not satisfied with the service and treatment. Its a loss of money for me.i have taken loan for the treatment but its utterly waste of money now. Please refund as much as possible and stop the loan deduction from my account. I am not interested in taking the treatment.

Dear sir, myself sagarika swain patients of your clinic at sambalpur odisha, from 23march 2019 vide my clients id[protected] & clinic id. Fh-1227 have go to your clinic for itching problem while dr. Rajlaxmi parida advice me for genetic test & paid sum of rs 20900/-vide bill no 146 dt. 23.03.2019 then your problem should be known & treatment continue since today but 1% i have not recover the same problem, dr parida treatment me monthly & give me medicine but no any response this type of medicine after that i have taken cetrizin tablet regularly after that i can relieve. So why i can spend 20900/- to your clinic. Dr parida said to me purchase aazadi medicine in out side the clinic and take 20 drop daily, & i have done the same but it can't be relieved.in last 6 months before dr parida tell me forward my cases to her senior dr. But she can't do. So kindly advice me what can i do other wise you have refund my money. Myself take cetrizin daily to relieve my problem where as no any medicine vs cetrizin tablet of your clinic. So why can i go to your clinic?. I have paid above said money but why i should purchase locally from outside your clinic. I am sharing the worst experience in my life. I have booked my appointment in patiala (punjab) on 26/08/2020. I consult with doctor on 27/08/2020 regarding my hair problem and submitted my full payment 12500/- on same day. Next day when i have checked my bill they write some other doctor's name with whom i have never consulted. Than i contact to Dr Batra clinic and told regarding this than they said we will not change doctor's name and if you want to take medicine than come otherwise no need to come clinic. It's so rude. At that time they told me that they will return my full payment i.e. 12500/- but they are not returning my money to me and there is also no call from Dr Batra clinic patiala. It's very bad experience here.

I extremely sorry to say but i have been provided very less information about the dr. Bhatras treatment plans and been forced to take 6 months plan atleast. My experienced with dr. Bhatras is very bad. I went with skin problem with highly red rashes on my face. Since one month completed, no improvement i could find. Its my request please cut the 1 month consultation charges and refund my left over money please. I want to discontinue the treatment immedialtely. So please refund my 5 months money.

Im ramesh karhale. My wife's nikita karhale pimple treatment is starting at dr batras clinic kalyan west... On 7th august i took medicines from the clinic and they asked me to pay it on google pay.. There were showing waiting on google pay.. Then they took cash from me.. Later when we came out money deducted from the account i told that time but they told the money would come back. Even after telling me that he had been deducted.. He doesn't get any reply even after calling every day.. They are simply avoiding.. Please do something.. The question here is not about money but about faith.. How can they do this..

I told doctor that I will start hair treatment plan after the discussion with my parents. Doctor asked me how much money do I have right now and pay today just for booking plan and rest pay tomorrow. Due to rush situation and pressure that they created I paid ₹7500 (half amount for homeopathy treatment ₹15000)

I took medicine from dr. Batra rani bagh pitam pura by dr. Saurav biswas for hair improve. And regularly i was taking medicine with protein product. But i did not get any result form the treatment but i was deposit second year fees 14k. I have not taken any treatment after march 2020,

I have started treatment last nov 2019 till march 2020 i am not found any improvement then i have stopped taking the medicine see how it will work, after stopped taking medicine my issue is automatically fine, so i am just sent them email with request kindly refund my money if they want some deduction that is fine, but no revert even i am not found any other email id.

They charge me 40k for 4 years treatment and once you enroll with them they start selling their products too, after enrolling i have received too bad feedback then the same was mine.

So i dont fight with as due to current pandemic situation i need money, so kindly help me with same.

Please help me get my rs 16000 back at the earliest as i have been conned in to paying the amount by the doctors who gave me assurance that i would start seeing some difference in my condition but it has been six months i don't see a single thing changing with respect to my health. I made a request to refund my to their headquarters in mumbai but i have been sent from pillar to post and have told to wait as they have started the process but whenever i call them i speak to a different person telling to wait for the callback from the concerned department but it has been 3 weeks i have not even received a single email or call from the concerned department confirming that the process if refund has been started or giving an eta on the cheque for refund.

I visited the office on 23 rd july 2020 for hair loss consultancy at ghaziabad gt road at dr. Jaswant singh... They promised me to provide me medicines for 1 week and also diet chart. After receiving money they don't responded me. Dr batra is fraud. He is a looter and cheater. He force you to take treatment by telling you that you are going to loose every hair and going to be bald soon. And then directly take you to the payment counter. He is fraud.. Mr jaswant singh is a fraud. One thing... Haram ka lootane hua paisa insan ko barbaad kar deta h..

I subscribed for 1 year hair loss medication at Secunderabad Batra branch last year. In Jan 2020 i got transferred to Ahmedabad and requested to shift my medication profile to Ahmedabad chandkheda branch. But They are not doing it. from last 5 month i'm not able to have medicines while they have taken full money for 1 year. I have talked to customer care also several times but they are of no use.
Kindle do the needful to continue my medication and compensation for this absence of medication because of you.

I have paid full payment of RS 24000/- for my hair treatment as i m suffering from severe hair fall and little baldness.in first month, dr batra's clinic has given me medicines . But no medicine work on my hair . When I came first time it was hardly 20% of baldness but after ur treatment I'm now 50% bald . I have visited dr. Batra's clinic for my arthritis ailment at noida sector 18 clinic. However, the condition deteriorated every day post intaking medicines.

Now, i am unable to stand on my feet or walk. I am unable to stretch my hands, and also cannot eat now. The stiffness increased, as well the affected areas increased as well

I have been asked to pay inr 14, 000 for better treatment, however i have been cheated by doctor and the center
