Sir,

i apply for growhair in dr batra preetvihar and before payment i consult with doctor, she suggest me for growhair and i also ask the complete procedure from him and after payment suddenly, receptionist told me that there is no space available for new customer it will start soon, so i start asking when it will, then doctor came and told me that i have to take hvt first for five week, because there is no space for new customer, then i ask them they not told me before making payment even i ask doctor complete procedure for my treatment, she not told me that i have to take hvt 5 weeks then grow hair start, not even in your website, they are hiding there greed behind hvt, they not told me before
i want it should start as soon as possible
i am too angry please help

    I was taking treatment for pco & hair... Our doctor councsell really well but the harmonal levels and the promises for treatment all fake...
    The consitency of doctor changes... After every 5 sitting i use to meet new doctors... Every time when new doctors comes the introduction of case is again repeated 4 years of treatment but no change... My health issues have still become worst who is responsible for it...
    On my conculding tratment the last lady doctor was quite rude... We were settel with false promises what can be done

      My mother is suffering from vitiligo. She began her treatment at dr. Batra's, gorakhpur, jabalpur (M. P.) centre a year ago. People there, including doctors are just like receptionists. They'll talk only to make you feel good. Medicines are totally ineffective. Moreover my mother's diseases is worsening day by day. This summer doctors messed up the entire case of hers. The white spots have now spread across her entire body. When any such a concern is shared with the doctors, they change medicines everytime assuring these will work but again... Nothing happens. I truly doubt that may be their diagnosis in wrong. They just follow certain written instructions like if there are white spots then it has to be vitiligo and just prescribe the mentioned medicine from their manual, no actual research is actually done. Dr. Batra's only charge more and binds a patient to them for years that too on a false assurance.

        I need a refund since they have closed rr nagar clinic and forcibly making us to go to vijaynagar clinic. During renewal at rr nagar clinic they did not bring this under notice that this clinci will be shut down soon. After paying full rs30, 000/- amount in 2 weeks they said they will be closing this clinic which is not accetible. If they wanted to close why did they renew mine consultation. They should have given prior notice.
        They wont give proper technician who will be handling grohair. Single technician needs to handle everything and she deny if we ask for slots during our convenient timing.

        It was came under notice that the dr batra's rr nagar clinic bangalore is going to close it and are shifting all patients to vijay nagar clinic. I had revised my treatment for grow hair and one year consultant renival. But i am not able to travel that far and the timings are not manageable. So i would like to cancel and refund my money back which i have renewed for an year and also renewal for 20session grow hair. I have taken 10 session in that last 4 session in vijay nagar clinic. If they had bring to our notice before i would have renewed. So requesting you in good manner to refund without any issues. Patient id :679823

        I need a refund since it is not convenient for me and give false hopes all time. I was forcibly made to come from past 5 weeks and they make us to wait for consultation. They had told that there will be 2 technicians who will be handling but only one technician is handling from past 2 months.
        Doctor give false hopes of everthing will be fine. But nothing is happening nor they are giving refund. Just irritating their patients.
        There is no convenient at all with single technician handling grohair for rr nagar and vijay nagar clinic. Nor we get the slot during our time since we also go for office and have other work. We have not paid our hard earned money for their business who loot people until they get benefit.

              I've been taking treatment from dr. Batra's karnal branch. I paid for 2 years of treatment in jan, 2016 for multiple disease, and for hair treatment in sep, 2016. As it's claimed by dr. Batra's that a prominent growth in hair can be seen after 10 sittings, and in 3 months, i'd like to tell you that it didn't happen with me. There's no growth at all. The money i paid got wasted. I did everything they asked for. I changed my food, took extra medicines, got tests done, but all in vain. I've also have been taking treatment for acne, but the problem isn't getting solved. Acne disappear from one place and erupts at another place. I have told the same multiple times, but no solution so far.

                I am having my treatment of hair from seven months from dr. Batras clinic at ghaziabad near choudhary mall. I am not satsified with the tretment they are providing me. At the time of treatment they show there full condfidence. And at that time my hair loss is about 20-30 hair loss.

                They provide me the security that with in 2 months everything will be fine.
                Nothing resolved same hair problem and every week doctor is changing.

                Kindly suggest me the way.

                  Hi,
                  Last year, I transferred my case from jaipur to delhi, pitampura branch. And from the past one year I've taken treatment in the delhi branch itself. Only the payment was made last month in the jaipur branch since my patient id was attached in a family plan. Since I'm travelling tomorrow, I need my medicines urgently but the clerical staff personnel at the delhi branch is not helping me in any case, neither they are entertaining me if I'm calling them to inform nor they are putting forward my request or looking into the same at the Delhi clinic. Since morning I'm trying to tell them the same, but no response and no help has been done for the same. Being a patient for past one year and my family has been dr Batras patient for the last 3 years. It's very disappointing with such behaviour of the staff. If there is a fault in the system and the case is not being transferred, I think the customer has all the right to collect his medicines timely for effective and uninterrupted treatment. Please look into the matter and I need the medicines by tomorrow urgently since I'll be travelling.

                    This is to inform that I started treatment on 24 January 2017 . Mr Rohan care taker of your branch at boisar swiped my credit card twice and informed me that by mistake it's done.

                    He promised to return by cheque, but till that either he is making false commitment nor picking calls and Not replying for any messages.

                    Hope you will understand my point and detoriating the good will of Dr Batra and arrange to return back my 8500Rs at earliest.

                        My Name is Murali and I consult Dr. Batra's - Malleswaram. To talk about the experience, they are very good at emotional blackmailing & attracting clients! But to keep up the promise they are very bad. to quote my example: I am a client from the last 4 years, each year is extended by the doctor saying you have to continue or else the disease may come back. I had been there for an allergic problem.

                        I strongly feel they do not...

                        Its a worst treatment ever! Focusing on adding patients rather giving them a perfect treatment. I had been taking a year of treatment in DR.Batra in Tnagar branch which has been recently shifted to Chrompet, Tamil Nadu. Its my 11th month of treatment and i requested the doctor to prescribe me a prescription for checking Thyroid, she said yes and she dint give me the prescription but started talking about joining for the next cycle and also about the payment process. I nearly lose 100+ hair strands a day, my hair feels so critical. It is so fragile and loses its roots and fall even for a head massage. They prescribe me so much of DR.Batra hair products, we where the worst ever product i use. Every time when i wash my hair with the shampoo prescribed, I lose 80+ during bathing and 50+ after bathing. In Chrompet branch they use a broken Laser for treating patients. They dont even replace it with a new one. They asked us to pay rupees 5000 for laser treatment, we too paid, but there is no use in paying that amount, my hair fall has increased like hell. I request the superiors to check whether the doctor is giving an exact treatment or not. It looks like a false treatment. They are no such improvement in my hair and my condition has worsen.

                          Have registered my case on Jan'2017 in A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad and paid full amount for the treatment upfront. Post one month of the treatment, no improvement was noticed rather my daughter was admitted to a hospital twice and her condition became critical. With respect to it, when we met senior Dr. and back to back had discussion with Zonal Head, Hyderabad, he assured us for refunding of the amount, but till date no response. Hence, the complaint is, when we want to withdraw and discontinue the treatment as the medicine given to her were not disclosed and prooved so harmful for her, it shows the inefficiency on their part.Thus we want justice to what has been done with our 5year old daughter.we want the treatment charges to be refunded as early as possible.

                          Clinic details is A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, patient details will be confirming later. My request is for refundable of Rs 18, 000/- paid for the treatment and dont want to continue further due to my child getting hospitalized twice. Post have also discussed with the Zonal Dr. and he also assured for refundable of the amount. But till date no response received. Request to attained on priority.

                            So here goes my experience. Visited Dr Batra on 29th April 2017. Moment we entered someone who is supposed to do my registration said I have XX disease. I told him let the doctor decide. Next is they will charge non refundable registration charges upfront. Then I got to meet a doctor with whom I did not have any appointment (If you book via Dr Batra's online portal you would be alloted one doctor). Next she asked me about all my previous history. Finally after 25 minutes of discussion they showed us the plans. It said if you enroll to our treatment therapy ie 10, 500 for 6months or 18, 500 for an year and so on. I said why should be pay upfront when the diagnosis has not even started. I was said they believe in results and not predictions. I said I wont pay any amount, their reply was pay Rs 2500 per month. My question is why should we even go to Dr Batra for our treatment . Now I got to read the comments by our fellow patients here. So could not resist myself from sharing my experience.

                                My name is Sumit Bhutani and my customer ID is 880848. I had opt for the treatment of 2 years for my on going throat infection/ sinus and allergy issues.

                                After having a continuous treatment for almost 1 year now my condition is going bad to worse and every time I have to go and consult Alopathic doctor for relief, however I don't see any improvement with ongoing treatment at your Rajouri Garden centre. I also would like to highlight that doctors at your centre have changed the medicines number of times but of no use.

                                Pls advise how to go ahead about it and where should I approach so that I will get the result as promised at the time opting the treatment.

                                  Hi, I have undergone hair transplantation one year back in Hyderabad..the doctor chaitanya has given me a promise that 100% assurance .they have said that around 3000 folicals planted..but their is no improvement.looks same as before..so I have asked him for the solution..he said that will do it again with free of cost...but the clinic has shutdown here.i have tried to contact so many times with the customer care numbers.I have shared my pics to doctor uday thakur but I didn't get any response from them.Another doctor thansika was asking 40k for doing it again.I have paid 60k which is not afford from my side...but still managed to pay...I lost hope from you guys..you cheated me..I Never expected this kind of treatment from you guys..I am not able to go outside with this situation..people keep on asking regarding the surgery..I trusted like any thing..I thought of refereeing some of my friends..but with this results how come I will refer them..please help me in this case...I was literally in disturbed mode...I hope you will done it again for better results..please find my details
