Hello my name is shobhit gupta (Patient id : 941390)
I am taking treatment for hair loss from dr. Batra's clinic since feb 2017.
I have been given false promises and assurances that hair fall will decline and stop and treatment will give positive results. As of now it's 10 months but i don't notice any difference in my condition, instead hair fall has increased and situation has gone so worse that it's leading towards balding. I am regularly taking all the medicines and measures referred by the doctors there but there is no improvements.
Till now four doctors have gone through my case and each will start his/her own set of medicines and repeat the entire discussion, finally coming to a conclusion that we will transfer you to senior doctor as if i am some experimental set up for them to practice and come with random conclusions.
The worst part is that doctor will behave as if there medicine is causing any benefit (Which never did) and it's because of their medicine that hairs are not fully gone. They are not even ready to accept their fault.

I have paid nearly 18000 for one year treatment and i have not got even a slight improvement. Therefore i would like to have a full refund of my paid amount.

    I am having itching problem, i had started i treatment from dr batra sambalpur odisha on 10/11/2017. As per doctor advice the course period is two years (24 months) and course fee taken from me rs 19900/ (Rupees nineteen thousand nine hundred) month. But after treatment of 1 month, the problem increased. I visited again 08/12/2017 to dr batra clinic branch and told about my problem to doctor. Her advice, i have to take some allopathic medicine to initially control. I am totally confused, demoralized and unsatisfied with the response of treatments and i told sorry doctor, i lost the faith on your treatments because the problem increased. So kindly return my balance money back after your one month charge.
    I have send three time request mail for same to her and talked with dr batra costumer care representative mr uday thakur and send him mail twice. But not getting any response from him.

    My self Prakash Chandra Joshi had registered a complain for return my money. I am very shocked when see the status of complain showing RESOLVED. This is wrong. My issue not resolved and no one talked about it. I don't know may be this is the working style of Dr Batra or individual clinic. But I feel they don't bother about any complain and costumer feeling.

    My complains was as below:

    It was showing the issue resolve wich is very wrong. No one tald to me and return the money how it happend i dont know. this is the working style of Dr batra.
    My Issue is still pending. Many time Dr Batra team given me assurance for resolve the issue and return my money but always they fail. They have closed once my complain without resolved and marked complain resolved.

    I regrade to say that they are cheating again and again.

      Hello
      I'd visited batra's clinic at guwahati for the fungal infection treatment of my son in the month of may. Dr jebin sultana started treatment. 6 months passed and his situation has worsened leading the infection to eczema all over the body!! I too was diagnosed with fungal infection by her in jul. 3 months later my situation worsened and u was itching all over and not able to sit also because of infection. Despite mentioning to her repeatedly she didn't help us improve.
      I'd paid₹9, 500 for son and₹7, 500 for myself. Kindly give me my money back, which has totally gone wasted

        I visited dr. Batra sec9 chandigarh on 14th aug 2017. There the doctor said that i am having hyperhidrosis problem and that is due to anxiety. Firstly i was made assurance that i have a serious problem and it has to be cured immediately.
        Then they made me to pay ₹13500. After that they made me to consult the doctor
        The doctor i consulted was dr. Bhavneet kaur and she was like completely ignorant to my problem. That was after i paid the money.
        She was typing everything i was saying and i didnt find resolve to my problems. I was given medicine for a month and told to come back.
        They told me that i have anxiety problem which was completely wrong. Medicines are not doing any effect as i dont suffer from any anxiety problem. They also said that this is a psychologic problem and dr. Batra is best at fixing this.
        All fake promises and all lies.
        Now, i need my refund. I have taken medicine for only a month and rest i haven't taken yet.
        I called their costumer no and they are saying that they never refund.
        And also said that costumers are coming for refund due to financial problems and thats not their fault.
        I just need my money back after any deductions for a month medicine. I need money back for the medicines and the appointments which i have not taken yet.

          I was charged 2500 on the name of package, you made a fraud by giving medicine without prescription, i want to you take your medicine back and return me the money that is 2250, if not i am complaining in consumer forum regarding the same.

          Even the doctor name is wrong over the consultancy receipt, is it a business you guys are in, i just wanted to return the medicine and get my money back.

          Hope you can understand and help.

            My Patient id is 871417.

            Its been more than one month but Dr Batra is not solving my complaints.
            They only contacted me once, may b tat was just a Formality from there side.
            After tat, I repeatedly went to their Karol bagh Clinic(Delhi) but no one listen to my Complaint of Refund.

            I neeed solution.
            I dont know why Batra is spoiling their name.

              I am a patient at as rao nagar, hyderabad with the customer id of 960512. I had opted for a one year homeopathic medicines and treatment of hair loss by stm cell.
              I would like to point that i am highly dissatisfied with the kind of result that i am getting after the finish of this stem cell therapy and sessions. I started the medicines in june 2017 and the stem cell treatment after around 2 or 3 weeks of the same, but as per some people from dr. Batras also they say that it should have started after about the hair loss should have decreased a little or got under control and then only the stem cell to start as it prevents further loss and start new growth. As per the doctor and also as per my observation the hair loss has started decreasing right now and as per some doctors from dr. Batras itself, this would have been the optimum time for the start of the services of stem cell and they told me to pay for the service again and get it done as it would give me visible improvement in hair loss and will aid the same. I have already paid so much money and if customer satisfaction is not what you are aiming for then being the worst clinic i would never suggest anyone else to go to dr. Batras for any kind of treatement.
              Because of all this i had not seen any improved results after 5 or 6 sessions which i was promised on the same.

              Also i would like to make note that my doctors were frequently changed at this place, first being dr. Devi prasad and then some more two doctors from different clinics and then again a new doctor now has come. This is highly unethical service from a big brand like dr. Batras and i would like you people to take some actions for the same.
              I was also told during the sessions to come to different clinics as there was unavailability of the person to do the stem cell. As i am taking services from as rao nagar i would have liked all the things to be done and finished at the same clinic. If you people didn't have the capability to get the services done then should have told before taking the money for the same.

              I would request you to kindly take appropriate actions in compensating me for the same and read all the above things carefully and analyse the issue for the same.

                On 23rd oct 2017, i took my wife to dr batra's health clinic at kalyan branch for the treatment of hair fall. After meeting the doctor, i was asked to take one year's course for which i paid rs.13500/- in advance towards the fees for entire year as per their policy by debit card and was given one month's medicine. However my wife discontinued taking those medicines after two days because she was feeling uncomfortable after taking those medicines. So we decided to discontinue their treatment and asked for the refund after deducting medicines and treatment charges for one month. But the doctors at said branch said that refund is not made as per their policy and hence my request (Verbal) for the refund was turned down.                     We are basicaly from chennai. My parents are taking medication from dr. Batra's for the past two years under the charity. But recent days the people who works in chennai-alwarpet branch are not opening their branch at the correct time. They open the clinic at 12 or more than that. And the staffs who are working there are irresponsible when we ask question about the late opening. Its really difficult for elderly people to wait for more than hours at the doorstep. I dont know wat are they thinking about people wbo get medication under the charity. Even if they open lately they consult patient who pays the money not the charity people. But they ask the poor people to arrive early to get diagnosed at first. The irony is the charity timing is 10am to 12pm. But they open the clinic only after 12pm! Any action should be taken against it or else the reputation of the clinic will last no longer.

                      I visited dr batra's clinic at indira nagar, bangalore on 09 sept 2017 for pain in upper abdomen area. They suggested treatment for one year and i have taken one year package for rs. 18000/-. My patient code[protected].
                      After taking treatment for 2 months, i do not have any improvement. Hence, i need to discontinue treatment for remaining 10 months. I sent a mail to dr batra's clinic and talk to executives but they are denying the refund of remaining amount. Please help to get the refund of 10 months charges paid in advance to dr batra's.

                          We, self n my husband, registered for one year but there is no improvement in hair loss. We went to clinic and asked them for six month registration, which as a customer is my right how ever they refused.
                          We requested them to give us in writing n same turned down. My humble submission to board of directors to kindly look into such issues and direct the clinic to refund the bar money.

                            I got calls for more than 10 times in a hour from the clinic i explained them i am nt interested.
                            I told them the same that i am getting calls more than 10 times in a hour.
                            The female on the opposite side was very rude..
                            I should have launched a compain on the forum but i think this will work for me...

                            I have attended a free camp of dr batra in gym at boriwali west in kerkar's gym..on 3rd november..but since then m receiving more than 30 calls a day..which creates mental stress.i am between my job timings and during meetings i am getting calls. I want a compensation for suffering mental stress

                              I m totally bugged up now... I have been receiving promotional calls and msg from them back to back.. Anytime.. Don't know from where they get data and irritate prople.. Tell them to stop it immediately.. They are spammeddd... Idiotss they are...9 calls in 2hours.. They are getting the heck out of me.. I have tried to personally mail them but they did not respond... And it is not only me but numberr of people who have got irritated from them for the same reasons.. Like dr. Batras have nothng good to do..

                                I don't want to continue the treatment as my problem has been sorted out, still the doctor forces me to take the one year course and pay the whole amount. They won't let me meet the doctor when i went last month and forcing me to buy their six month or annual package. Also, the staff members are rude. They treat us like we don't have money.

                                Hey this is shobha gajare i am 40 yrs old i have skin allergi on my face i have started my treatment since 3 years in dr batra mumbai, sakinaka. We have paid full fees and dr shahid has told us that in 3 months it will be done with the treatment but now its 3 years but nothing has happen there is no positive result still now.. Plz help out with this issue i am very frustrated..!

                                    As per the advertisements of your hair loss homeopathy treatment, i visited to baner branch of sector-15, faridabad. On the day i had arrived for my first consultation i had received a lot of fake hope. After that i had enrolled for this treatment the details are given below:

                                    They are calling continuously to me from different numbers with out any reason. I got frustrated and not sure how to resolve this issue. I blocked their 2-4 numbers but i am just getting calls left and right from different numbers and not let me to do my work at my office hours. Also they sent too many sms messages which is frustrating to me.

                                      I am taking treatment from dr batra for skin issues and fissures. It's pathetic as nothing happens even after 6 months of taking medicines. I have wasted my 10000rupees. It's terrible experience.

                                      My friend monika juliya was also taking treatment for skin issues. She had paid money but after taking medicines her full face covered with red pimples.
