My patient id 1453 and a customer of Jabalpur gorakhpur branch mobile number [protected] customer since march2016 but I am very dissappointed with my hairfall treatment as I was assured that I will get my bald hairs back but the situation has gone even worse since then I have lost the hairs which I have gained through other treatments monoxidal before and become more bald which is very embarrassing as my marriage is happening soon .I have take there stm therapy also and spend more then 40k all waste
Please look into this matter urgently or else stop fooling the customers .

          Hi, my patient id is[protected]
          I'm taking treatment for hair fall since January 2017 in Pune. now i shifted to Bengaluru.
          But it is not effective. Initially hair fall rate was reduced to some extend but from next month hair fall started again.Dr will talk to you for 5-10 min only during appointment . They do not look at your hair nor take any teat for your hair.
          worst case in addition to that Before taking treatment my hair fall was normal but it has been increased now.
          They do not look at your progress. They just keep on suggesting on diet. just like we paid them for 5-10 min chat with DR and sweet chocolate (they call it Homeopathic medicine) .
          "Nam bade our Darshan chhote."
          I'm not getting expected result.
          Dr Batra is totally disappointing me.
          Think 100 times before going for treatment and paying. Look into the matter personally.

            REFUND of Advance paid for hair transplant @ Jayanagar Branch

            My patient id is[protected] and I enrolled in Coimbatore branch.

            I went for hair treatment in Dr Batras on 14 feb 2017 and used my credit card emi payment for 2 year treatment. My credit card statement came on 21 st feb 2017 and I was shocked to see that I was charged whole amount for the month. And the payment was not converted to EMI by them.
            I approached the clinic sent a mail to be forwarded to head office regarding the case.
            It been more than a week and no response for the mail too.
            I dont want to take the treatment since the first contact proved miserable in terms of money, the feedbacks and lack of customer service. Also the first week of medicine I took I have got pimple like erruptions on many parts of my body.

            I have lost faith and i request you to kindly refund my money at this early stage itself.

              Lose 95% of hair after this useless treatment.. Loss of rs 20000

              I remitted rs 20000 total for so called meso therapy and medicine on 26/09/2015 at dr.badras trivandrum clinic. I went through 10 sessions of meso therapy and at the end of this tretment i lost 95% of my hair. I went to treat the lost if just 25% of my hairfall. 05/12/2015 i visited clinic and tell them that i dont awnt to continue treatment, and pls give back the sum of amount i had paid for getting...

              I even wrote to the clinic yesterday before i posted this complaint, there was no response. Such a good customer service.
              Moreover before I paid they said I could get 1500 worth products free but after payment they said recently head office withdrew this offer. How could the manager who counselled me never new about this change?
              Also they said I was supposed to buy shampoos during treatment by paying extra.

                With reference to our Patient ID 1. 869522 (For Skin Problem) 2.886584 (For Tonsillitis 3.904913 (For Hair Fall), medicines are not effective. Behavior of Mr. Atul Tiwari & Dr Sushil Yadav also not good.

                While joining they told me that you will get results in 5 to 6 months But nothing happened even after one year completion, medicines provided by doctor not effective, total loss of money and time. I want my hard earned money back.

                Dr Batra Clinic Vijaynagar refuse to give medicine and appoint before one month of my subscription expiry date.

                  Dr Batra's is big cheating hospital. Doctors are fake. They are keeping sales agent by giving doctor title. When I met doctor in hospital, he mentioned, I will get 40% of hairs back after taking STM cell therapy. He said, after my 4th session itself I can see the hairs. They have given me lot of hopes. I completed my 6 sessions with STM, 0% result. Today I met doctor, he mentioned STM will help only 5% of hair growth and asked to me continue treatment so that he will monitor. Really big big fake doctors they are. Just for money, they are playing game with people. I spent 33K, I want my money back. I am happy to stop treatment. TIME WASTE. I could have buy something for my mom instead of spending money with cheaters.

                    I am Ashwini 29 yrs old. I am patient from 2 years of batras clinic for vitiligo. I dont get any relief from last 2 years. I have invested 30, 000 for 2 years. When i asked about my relief to doctor then he said it will take time and it may be 10 yrs and above. why is it so? i have seen lot of advertisement they are saying within one year they got relief. So why not in my case. My situation is not good to give money and wait for 10 yrs for relief. I have completed my 2 yrs treatment this Feb 2017 month. Now when i asked for further treatment plan then he asked me money its near about 15000. But before one month(Dec 2016) he said, you are the old candidate then need to give 10, 000. Why i will give 15000 money if i am old candidate and also not getting relief. please reply me proper feedback and solution so i can join for treatment.

                      I have submitted a complaint to Dr. Batra's..they come to the resolution of their own without even talking to me, and Mr . Monu their marketing person called me and tell me that we are giving you 6months time extention, when I said we paid for 1year and without giving treatment how can you say that you are giving 6months, so without talking to me on my problem that what was happened, that i stoped my treatment, we just takes medicine 2 or 3 times, though its reactions was so bad that we stopped any further medication, and fewe (treatment pack for my hairs ), didn't even started then how can mark it as resolved. ..please don't come to a resolution without talking to me, we already paid lots of money on their words, at least give us the treatment. I have already sent you my history of treatment and how things went wrong please go through it give me full one year to take the treatment from some other branch except (Ghaziabad GtRoad ).though this is a slow treatment we need at least 1year results to continue the treatment from batra''s. Hope you understand and come to the right decision.

                        Hi,

                        I am suffering from heavy dandruff & hair fall problem. After trying few home remedies & local doctor's treatment also i didn't see any improvement, instead it was becoming worse. Then i consulted Dr.Batra's with a belief that their treatment will help me from my problem. Though i am a student & not in a position to afford the fee, i collected money with great difficulty & registered for 1 year treatment at Batra. i waited for 6 months to see atleast 1% result. i requested the doctor to leave about my hair fall & please concentrate completely on dandruff. Even then, no result. now i lost interest to take appointment & consult Batra.

                        Batra had really cheated us & took our money.

                        It will be great if you can show some result to me or return the money.

                          My id 861303 taken treatment in anna nagar branch chennai for sebum dermetis and stemcell after 6 months of joining Dr.Mr. Jobu suggested to take treatment for 10 sessisions stem cell, after 4 th session i dont remember exactly i got bulge/ big pimple size appeared at the upper part of the neck but Dr Ms jayanthi said no problem to continue the stemm cell though 2 months after finishing 10 sessions no development of hair growth or no improvement . But that bulge now started spreading it is paining heavily . I dont know what to do . ...

                            My patient id is 500525. I am taking treatment at Dr. Batra's for last 4-5 years. I started taking treatment at the Rajouri Garden Clinic and then switched to the Vaishali Clinic as I had shifted my residence to Ghaziabad. The Doctors and the other staff at Rajouri Garden clinic were very co-operative and well behaved but my experience at the Vaishali clinic was exactly the opposite. Usually, the doctor (center head) at the Vaishali clinic did not have time to see me as either she was busy in video conferencing or she was not available at the clinic and therefore, in her absence I had to consult some other doctor. During a time period of few months, I met 3-4 doctors. Apart from this, my experience there in the first week of December, 2016 is the worst ever and I will not be able to forget it in my lifetime. I had consumed all my medicine and had not received any intimation/message regarding my appointment. I called them up and requested for an appointment on the same day as I was to be out of station for next 4-5 days and was not feeling well at all. I was feeling too tired and depressed. I had not slept well for last many nights and needed urgent medical help. A staff member who is usually at the medicine counter, answered my call and refused appointment straightway. I explained all the reasons and requested once again but instead of finding a way out, he got irritated and said "jab aapne apni marzi chalaani hai toh aa jaao". I reached there at about 6:30 in the evening and patiently waited till 8 O'clock but then I realized that the doctor was not willing to see me. The man on the reception tried to accommodate me but the doctor had decided not to entertain me. The other patients who came after me had also left the clinic. I was the last patient and the doctor was still there in her cabin. I was asked to get my medicine repeated for a day and then come again the next day but I was not well and needed change in my medicines. I was asked to talk to the doctor on intercom and take medicines for few days. I talked to her but she plainly refused to see me despite requests. I was made to consult the other doctor who was in the clinic who was there perhaps only to receive new cases. I had no other option but to get the medicines repeated for a week. After this incident, I never visited that clinic again and got my case transferred to Connaught Place clinic. Had I not already paid the amount for two years, I would have discontinued treatment at Dr. Batra's. This kind of stubbornness and inhuman behaviour does not suit at least a doctor and such doctors do not earn a good name for the institution.

                              Dr. Batra's clinic open wide your bloody eyes and read this carefully. More over Dr. Batra started playing games again previously i wrote a complaint regarding this too. Am not bald nor would I become bald. If you don't have patients and want donations appoint me as your chief advisory for improving your business. Don't beg like this online. Your ### messages are so irritating. How much donations do you need to run your clinic. And why are you sending me sms and mails for your begging cause. If you don't stop I will be forced to put more complaints in different sites and i don't mind in doing campaigning for putting complaints against you for trespassing my privacy and your worst behavior. Just stop begging and irritating.

                                Hi,

                                I started treatment for HAIR LOSS on Aug 2016 that time i was promised that if i want to cancel the or stop the treatment i can and amount will be refunded now i am going Durban ( South Africa) for 5 years and i will not be able to continue the treatment so i went to clinic which is located in Model Town Ghaziabad and they not giving proper information i have been trying from past 1 month to cancel it everytime they are saying Doctor/ Manager are not available i visited today (12-Jan-2017) and had lond conversation and they were not ready to even listen finally they asked me to write a request for cancellation and said they will send this to Mumbai to get the approval after 2 hours i got call from clinic and saying i cannot get refund of money when i asked to see the revert which they got from mumbai they denied by saying we dont have authority to disclose this .. this is money if i am paying i have right to see each and everything.

                                Dr.Batra you have good reputation in market if you are giving your franchise to someone to run make sure they good enough to Represent You. People in Model Town Clinic they don't even look like professional or Doctor.

                                Kindly Refund My Money Back In My Credit Card.

                                  Hi,

                                  I was suffering a massive hair loss since last few years, hence contacted to Dr Batras Minto Park clinic, Kolkata .They have committed to refrain this huge hair fall and would try their best to start new hair growth as well. I trusted their words and so did register myself for this one year long hair treatment by paying a certainly big amount(12000/- for a year) of money .
                                  My treatment term ended last December 2016. But at the end of this medical therapy I found a very minor improvement of my hair condition. It remains almost same as it was a year back. Dr Batra team really broke my trust very badly. They are doing only the business instead of providing good medical treatment .Very much inadequate service, not at all satisfied .
                                  Now, I cannot get back my lost hair. It would be appreciated if I get my hard earn money back .

                                    I am taking treatment for Seborrhic deramatitis for 2 yrs...but my conditions has not improved. I have taken 2 yrs subscription from Dr. Batra's, when my treatment was going to end, Doctor told the condition is improving so you should continue the treatment...so i deposited 1000rs and gave cheque of 14000rs. But when i took a second opinion from another doctor he told me there is no cure for this disease. So I decided to discontinue the treatment. I called the clinic and told them the same, and asked them to refund the money which I deposited i.e. 1000rs. They told me to drop a mail regarding the same. I dropped the mail but they don't reply and on phone they are telling they can't return. So I asked them to give it in writing / mail that they can't return the money, but they denied. Even the clinic head Dr. Jaswant is saying the same. I asked the details of account deptt. but they denied.
