I shared my patient id awaited your call and some dr. Shah said she will call me in 2 days. Three weeks passed no call. And now i see that my complaint is in the resolved section. I again posted my complaint but no response. Are you fooling people like us? Give me my money. I suffered allergic reaction because of your treatment, i need to ask a compensation but i am only asking my money refund. I expect a reply.

My registration no is 261056.. I went for weight loss treatment as i have pcod at the minto park clinic... First i told them that i can only visit the clinic on particular dates and time... For two times my dates were rescheduled.. For that i couldn't attend the feedback sessions and so i medicines wereally discontinued... I tried to call the clinic number of times but their ph was not working... At last i got them on line and ask them to prepare my medicines so i can collect them on the way so something very important... They said to come anytime by 4pm as it was sunday and i can collect the medicine... I told them i hv my appointment next week then i'll come for the feedback... But i reached.. They made to wait 30mins even though i was continuously reminding them that i was getting late that was vry important... They were miscommunication among them... Then the doctor came... Proving me wrong at whatever i was telling her that was such an insulting for me... I told her that the medicine she is giving me is not working.. She proved that the fault was mine.. I wanted to cancel my membership she said membership can't be cancelled.... So if i am not satisfied with the service i can't cancel the membership... I am not happy with service provided to me... I want to cancel the membership... I didn't want the treatment that's useless... I was really feeling insulted by the behaviour of the doctor that way she was manupulating n proving me wrong in each and every words of mine...

My registration no is[protected] ..I went for weight loss treatment as i have PCOD at the Minto park clinic, kolkata under Dr. Supra Paul...first when i join I told them that I can only visit the clinic on particular dates and time. .. for two times my dates were rescheduled..for that I couldn't attend the feedback sessions and so my medicines were discontinued...I tried to call the clinic number of times but their phone was out of order. .. at last I got them on line and ask them to prepare my medicines so I can collect them on the way as I was heading for something very important ato a particular time span .. they said to come anytime by 4pm as it was Sunday and I can collect the medicine...I told them I hv my appointment next week then I'll come for the feedback... . I reached ..they made me wait for almosthe 30mins even though I was continuously reminding them that I was getting late that was vry important. .. they were miscommunication among them..when I started enquiry they said I will not get the medicine until unless the doctor doesn't see me...I told them that this could be conveyed to me earlier then I wouldn't had to wait so long...I could have come some other day...then the doctor came...proving me wrong at whatever I was telling her.. that was such an insulting for me... I told her that the medicine she is giving me is not working ..she proved that the fault was mine..I wanted to cancel my membership she said membership can't be cancelled. ... so if I am not satisfied with the service I can't cancel the membership. .. I am not happy with service provided to me... I want to cancel the membership...I didn't want the treatment that's proving useless..I you all are charging a lump sum amount with no improvement ...I was really feeling insulted by the behaviour of the doctor that way she was manupulating n proving me wrong in each and every words of mine...she even told me that I was already late so why can't I wait for another 20mins ... she didn't understand my problem then how can she treat me...on what basis I ll have faith in her treatment...she was continuously defending herself and blaming me for whatever had happened.. please do the needful. ..

I never ever registered my number any where with batras... If they dont stop spam calls to me without the difference of day and night i will lodge a complaint with the local police station... My name is amit aggarwal. I visit your panchsheel clinic in november for hair transplant. It was told to me that the scheme is going for full hair transplant for rs. 60000/- and i can pay this amount in emi's through bajaj finserv card. On november 29, 2016 i availed your services for full hair transplant and paid rs. 12000/- in advance & paid the rest amount rs. 48000/- through bajaj finserv card. I paid rs. 4000/- more for medical tests. The operation was on december 10, 2016. The operation took the whole day. I also attach the pictures of the head after the operation. The doctor told me the hair visibility take 5-6 months and full hair growth take 9-10 months. But till now there is no growth of hairs.in september i tried to contact telephonically dr. Batra clinic in september 2017 but there was no response. Then i came to know that the clinic is closed. My complaint is that after the serious operation and paying such a huge amount and after taking medicine continuously for 9 months as recommended by the doctor, the hair growth is negative. There are no hairs where the operation was done. I also attach the present pics. I want my money to be refunded as i have to go for re-operation from another hair transplant doctor.

In september when i was looking for a dermatologist for my mother skin dieseas kind of ring guard (Teenia) treatment.. Through nett surg found dr batra.. So all sudden i called and fixed an appointment for laxmi nagar clinic.. Where i went along with my mother for her treatment. Doctor advise for 12 month treatment with aprx 15k bugs same day notice same diesease i am also facing doctor advised its just beginning to me.. Since doctor assured after start medicine it will not get increase... And advised 10k for my treatment...

Means 25k for my mother and myself.. Now to arrange 25k money was not easy for me hence doctor advise to take loan from bajaj finserv and can contiue for treatment.. But no one has advise if we didnt get satisfy money can not be returnable...

But after took month medicine we didnt get any relief even that diesease increasing everyday whole over the body.

I request you to please refund my money i cant waste 2.5k every month for bajaj finserv loan which is deducting from my account.

I have been visiting the sector 14 gurgaon clinic for about 1.5 years and have not witnessed even a relief of 1%.
Regularly i have been raising this with the doctor dr. Deb, dr, saurabh, dr. Vaishali, but all take this causally. They just fool me with 1 month raw pills with no addition of medicine in it and ask me to come back after a month. They are just making the time pass by so that after course end they can seek fees.

If you go to the center, they attendants are sleeping, playing cards, playing music and no professional environment in the clinic. I feel extremely cheated by this.

Please seek to refund the money for 2 years since what you claim has not happened

My appointments are never on time, i have to wait for an hour for my appointment with my doctor. Eg 3pm appointment time and i'm called in at 4. They don't value time. Plus a patient that came long after i did was called in before as his appointment wouldn't take more than 2 minutes, whereas my appointment also takes not more than 5 minutes. Horrible value for time and patience.

I am asha and was undergoing a treatment for hair thinning since 2015 at dr. Batra'saundh clinic. I didn't have any benefit at all for the first year and i wanted to stop the treatment but dr. Pallav convinced me to go for hvt treatment and i agreed. I paid 10000 and a post dated cheque for 25000. But soon after first treatment i got allergy with the solution applied on my scalp. I got severe itching, swollen face and dry skin. I also had a nose bleed. I stopped the cheque and when i met him today, he simply says he cannot refund. He says the allergic reaction must be coincidence. I said i ant to stop the treatment. He says it's my wish but there is no provision to refund. Trusting on dr. Batra's treatment and doctors, thinking you have some ethics i didn't took the allergic reactions forward otherwise i could have done that. But now i am disappointed. I want my money back, the 10000 i paid as advance. It is hard earned money and purely on confidence basis on dr. Pallav, i paid. I need it back.
The clinic seemed as a business enterprise rather than a healing clinic.

What of something had happened? My mistake was I didn't report a complaint? I thought as a doctor, the seriousness of issue will be addressed in a more ethical and professional manner but all happened was "no provision to refund". I need an answer and a refund ASAP

Those people.eeking your advise and medicines are trusting you. But at Dr. batra's everything is just a business. Dr. Batra is fraud i strongly recommend everyone to avoid it don't even think of going there... They are # trying to fool people..
1st year everything was good 2nd year they took money of full year but used to give me appointment minimum 10 days late and in 3 rd i had to beg for appointment... And doctor prescribed me grow hair therapy which should be done in 5 weeks now it's more than 12 weeks still no treatment... They are #...

Dear Team...

My self Surender Kumar from Palwal (Haryana). In March 2016 I was visit your Dr. Batra's Delhi Panchsheel clinic for consulting about my hair Transplant surgery. There was I meet Dr. Arpit. Very good nature person.
They told me about the offer on Hair Transplant surgery. That offer package was 75000/- Rupee only. They says if I submitted some of Token Money then we book your Hair Transplant surgery which you can done it whenever you want. After that I pay 15000/- Rupee as a token money. and 4000/- Rupee For Medical Check-up before Hair Transplant surgery.
After that due to some of my family reason I couldn't complete my Hair Transplant surgery... But Now I want to do my surgery.

And visited your clinic in Panchsheel. And there I found Your clinic of Hair Transplant was permanently closed from this site.

Now I am not able to find any contact here.

Please provide the refund of my money.

Dr. Batra is the most famous name in Medical industry.

I am waiting for your revert.

Dr batras telemarketing calls is begging continously to take some treatment contract without caring for ndnc norms and telling that they have to reach target and hence calling selected group of people.

The calls appear to come randomly from their delhi ncr number (Cellular) and at times from a 022 mobile number on my idea mobile and airtel mobile.

I don't want to continue the treatment aa i m shifted from mumbai. as my problem has been sorted out, still the doctor forces me to take the one year course and pay the whole amount.

Letting me know the refund policy is a simple thing, but they are trying to take me to the other end. Please help.

Sir I have already filed a complaint for refund of fees for which I received a call from the clinic and they continued the treatment forcefully from some other doctor that too over video conferencing even after saying them that I don't want to get any treatment from them...This is really going too bad from their side and they are not refunding my fees.

I started my treatment for acne, i had been said that it is because of dandruff and you will be seeing the reduction of acne within 6 months. After 6 months niether my acne reduced nor dandruff. Then they told me that i m having harmonal imbalance and changed my medicines. Initially i had been told that treatment will last for only one year. But after one year they said that i will need one more year to get all settled down. They promised that within a year all my problems (Hairfall, dandruff, acne) will get resolved but at the end of year i did not see expected difference. Now they are saying that only 80℅ of problem has resolved, and for remaining 20℅ i will need to continue the treatment for another year. Such a fraud doctors. They are not treating patients, they are just making peoples fool. Please do not visit. They will just give you fake promises like, we will introduce you to our seniors if you did not get the result bla bla. Just do not trust them. I've wasted my 24k along with my time. The treatment did not worth it. Would have taken the treatment from somewhere else.

Sir, i took a treatment of tenia crusis in dr. Batra's minto park clinic. After undergoing treatment for 2 months i was highly unsatisfied with the results as my problems were increasing instead of reducing and there was no serious care taken by the doctor so i consulted another doctor and i am highly satisfied with the treatment i am undergoing now. Now when i asked them for refund of the balance fees as they have taken the entire fees in advance, they clearly said that they do not have a refund policy and they will adjust the amount with any other treatment which i will take with them in future.
Kindly look into this and process the refund because i am not at all interested in taking any treatment in the near future.
