I am asha and was undergoing a treatment for hair thinning since 2015 at dr. Batra'saundh clinic. I didn't have any benefit at all for the first year and i wanted to stop the treatment but dr. Pallav convinced me to go for hvt treatment and i agreed. I paid 10000 and a post dated cheque for 25000. But soon after first treatment i got allergy with the solution applied on my scalp. I got severe itching, swollen face and dry skin. I also had a nose bleed. I stopped the cheque and when i met him today, he simply says he cannot refund. He says the allergic reaction must be coincidence. I said i ant to stop the treatment. He says it's my wish but there is no provision to refund. Trusting on dr. Batra's treatment and doctors, thinking you have some ethics i didn't took the allergic reactions forward otherwise i could have done that. But now i am disappointed. I want my money back, the 10000 i paid as advance. It is hard earned money and purely on confidence basis on dr. Pallav, i paid. I need it back.
The clinic seemed as a business enterprise rather than a healing clinic.

Dr. Batra is fraud i strongly recommend everyone to avoid it don't even think of going there... They are # trying to fool people..
1st year everything was good 2nd year they took money of full year but used to give me appointment minimum 10 days late and in 3 rd i had to beg for appointment... And doctor prescribed me grow hair therapy which should be done in 5 weeks now it's more than 12 weeks still no treatment... They are #...

My self Surender Kumar from Palwal (Haryana). In March 2016 I was visit your Dr. Batra's Delhi Panchsheel clinic for consulting about my hair Transplant surgery. There was I meet Dr. Arpit. Very good nature person.
They told me about the offer on Hair Transplant surgery. That offer package was 75000/- Rupee only. They says if I submitted some of Token Money then we book your Hair Transplant surgery which you can done it whenever you want. After that I pay 15000/- Rupee as a token money. and 4000/- Rupee For Medical Check-up before Hair Transplant surgery.
After that due to some of my family reason I couldn't complete my Hair Transplant surgery... But Now I want to do my surgery.

And visited your clinic in Panchsheel. And there I found Your clinic of Hair Transplant was permanently closed from this site.

Now I am not able to find any contact here.

Please provide the refund of my money.

Dr. Batra is the most famous name in Medical industry.

Dr batras telemarketing calls is begging continously to take some treatment contract without caring for ndnc norms and telling that they have to reach target and hence calling selected group of people.

The calls appear to come randomly from their delhi ncr number (Cellular) and at times from a 022 mobile number on my idea mobile and airtel mobile.

Sir I have already filed a complaint for refund of fees for which I received a call from the clinic and they continued the treatment forcefully from some other doctor that too over video conferencing even after saying them that I don't want to get any treatment from them...This is really going too bad from their side and they are not refunding my fees.

I started my treatment for acne, i had been said that it is because of dandruff and you will be seeing the reduction of acne within 6 months. After 6 months niether my acne reduced nor dandruff. Then they told me that i m having harmonal imbalance and changed my medicines. Initially i had been told that treatment will last for only one year. But after one year they said that i will need one more year to get all settled down. They promised that within a year all my problems (Hairfall, dandruff, acne) will get resolved but at the end of year i did not see expected difference. Now they are saying that only 80℅ of problem has resolved, and for remaining 20℅ i will need to continue the treatment for another year. Such a fraud doctors. They are not treating patients, they are just making peoples fool. Please do not visit. They will just give you fake promises like, we will introduce you to our seniors if you did not get the result bla bla. Just do not trust them. I've wasted my 24k along with my time. The treatment did not worth it. Would have taken the treatment from somewhere else.

Sir, i took a treatment of tenia crusis in dr. Batra's minto park clinic. After undergoing treatment for 2 months i was highly unsatisfied with the results as my problems were increasing instead of reducing and there was no serious care taken by the doctor so i consulted another doctor and i am highly satisfied with the treatment i am undergoing now. Now when i asked them for refund of the balance fees as they have taken the entire fees in advance, they clearly said that they do not have a refund policy and they will adjust the amount with any other treatment which i will take with them in future.
Kindly look into this and process the refund because i am not at all interested in taking any treatment in the near future.

I have done treatment in dr bhatras but there are no results. Though my problem is getting more n more bigger. Dr bhatras is everything fraud. I need the refund of my money asap. The man who don't have his own hair commits the people to grow hair. Please help me to resolve my hair problems or else i will suu you in the could for wasting my time n money. I need refund of my whole money and the time i wasted.

My son kamal kishore kamnani id[protected] have been to batra 's clinic in hyderabad (Gayathri arcade) from sept 217, 2016.
As promised he was said there will be hair growth after 6 months and hair fall stoppage after 2 months. I have not seen this happening. Every time we have asked they said we are changing the medicine and being treated but the result remains the same. The amt taken from us till date is 28000 rs approx. 14400+13500). I did speak about this on a call with your customer care. I have raised concern to them too.

I joined your 2 year plan for hair loss on 21.01.2018 at your kanpur clinic and was asked to make the entire payment in advance. But due to frequent need of travelling and other reasons it is highly improbable that i would be able take the treatment for such a long time and hence continuing with the plan is of no use. I have not taken any treatment yet so i would kindly request you to refund back the amount as it is not possible for me to take any treatment. Hi, i enrolled and paid rs.10000 for six months treatment in batra. The very next week i heard lot of complaints about this firm and wanted back my money and went in person to refund my money since treatment was not started. But they gave really bad response and refused to refund my money. All are money looters. Please don't go to batra as they have some magical power to loot all your money. Please be careful about these guys....

I have enrolled for hvt+ grow hair program in faridabad's dr. Batra clinic but after 3 months of treatment my hair fall became worse and staff is telling me that gro hair treatment can not given till the time hair fall gets stabilized.

In September when i was looking for a dermatologist for my mother skin dieseas kind of ring guard (Teenia) treatment.. through nett surg found Dr Batra.. so all sudden i called and fixed an appointment for laxmi nagar clinic.. where i went along with my mother for her treatment. doctor advise for 12 month treatment with aprx 15k bugs same day notice same diesease i am also facing doctor advised its just beginning to me..since doctor assured after start medicine it will not get increase... and advised 10k for my treatment...

means 25k for my mother and myself..now to arrange 25k money was not easy for me hence doctor advise to take loan from Bajaj Finserv and can contiue for treatment..but no one has advise if we didnt get satisfy money can not be returnable...

but after took month medicine we didnt get any relief even that diesease increasing everyday whole over the body.

I request you to please refund my money i cant waste 2.5k every month for bajaj finserv loan which is deducting from my account.

I'm not satisfied from the treatment l am patient and i was taking treatment for my hair loss i live in bareilly and i am taking my treatment from dr barra civil lines bareilly i have taken 6 month plan and in 4 months starting my case study by dr ankur johri and next 2 months by dr nidhi so there is no positive results and my medicine was giving me without chemical or liquid drug it means only dry packet. But in last 1 month for convencing me they are giving me right medicine properly and saying to me you will pay next 6 month for better results. But i think i have not get the right treatment. So please give me a solution.

She told me half treatment process. She told treatment fee is 20000. But at the time discount here so you can pay only 17000. Thats it. After i pay 17000 she told me wait for the out side after that she told me how to process. And full fil my all detail. But at the and she again told me treatment process is 2 lavel. One is stop to hair loos and 2 one is regrow hair. And 2 nd payment is fee is 11000. After that i came to out side and wait dr medicine. But she told me there are only few thing provides and other thing you pay then by. Like siram and shampoo etc. This is not good way to told patients. So pleased my request is cancel my payment and reverts my mony asap. Last month im also mail here but no response your side. Im also payment last moth. But my request is my balance amount is refund me.

My son, aarav rathi, is 4 yrs. Old and i started treatment of his atopic dermatitis at preet vihar centre in east delhi with patient id[protected] by 20/08/2017 and it is very very utter and shock that the medicine given to us was just sweet dry pills without any medicine extract/taste, is there any provision of checking pills? Bcz the pills are dry without any medicines extract and tasts sweet as already complained earlier, but no response.

It is further informed that we r also taking allopathic treatment by govt. Doctor (Having all the copies of prescriptions) alongwith your treatment under the consultation of your doctor i. E. Dr. Tushar. I had also been fooled by the assurance of dr. Tushar that their treatment will stop allopathic medicines within one month but still both the treatments are going on simultaneously, since a period of more than 4 months have been elapsed.

It is very sorry to say that there is no improvement in the condition of my son and its got worse whenever tried to stop allopathic treatment.

Now by today i. E. 31.12.2017, i don't want to continue your homeopathic treatment. So you are requested to refund my full amount of money i. E. Rs. 16000/- at the earliest in the interest of mutual consent otherwise i have no option left to approach consumer form and it is also noted that i am having all the necessary documents of both the treatment alongwith other requied documentation.

This should be taken as legal notice and is barred by limitation under the law.

Actually iam dr batras patient my was 836548. I am facing hair loss still 3 years. Iam taking treatment from 2 and half years i didn't get any better results from ur care. Actually i invested money on hair was nearly 40k, total money waste. Please take kindly necessary action immediately on me. Really it's total waste care my side. Atleast take any care on me please it's my request

In august'17 i was started my treatment from dr. Batra pritampura clinic regarding hair treatment but i am not getting any benefit and no growth in hair with your treatment else my hair fall draw in high quantity after start treatment. So i want cancellation my treatment. I am mail to pritampura clinic regarding this on dated 21st-dec-17 but no response found from that side. I am personally go their and tell us about cancellation of treatment and that time he says that you send me again mail on this and we will send this our ho for cancellation but still i am not getting any mail regarding this.

Yesterday i sent my one family member on that clinic to know about status. Their they said that it is not possible to cancellation of treatment which you getting from our clinic because of you sign on that paper in it mention the amt. Will be not refundable but at the starting of treatment no one said about this.

So kindly tell us what we do in it because of i am not getting any treatment from last 2 month in your clinic.

I have been charged around 14k in april /may this year with a view of treatment of my diseases. First of all, doctor says it is treatable. I have continued the treatment 6 months, instead of treatment, my diseases increased and even doctor not able to treat the basic problem of itching. Your doctor also not confirmed any date of completion of treatment. Causing with the treatment, i have no option except to leave the treatment. Even, my weight got down, which was my prior indication before starting the treatment. I think it is an adda to collect money from the customer and to catch them into the net.. Nothing else... I want my money back... As i m not taking any treatment since october.. I also request you to explain properly to your customer in advance about all the side effect, treatment period.
