My pan verification fails stating error with name mismatch when my pan and my name is exactly matching

They also have terrible chat bot which does nothing

When tried to submit a ticket, no matter how many times you add attachments, it says to attach and does not recognize the existing attachment

So no question of submitting the ticket too..

Looks like a scam website with nothing...

Instead os sending the complaint to dream 11, can you send it to the authorities who can investigate the fraud and take action against this corrupt company? It is of no use if you send these types of complaints to the offender. Everyday there are atleat 100 contests so this means that their are 100 people who must be getting lacs of rupees as cash prize. Can dream 11 provide a list of those winners to the authorities with contact information?...

I played fantacy cricket in dream11. My axis bank account freezed due to made a transaction for dream11. I sent a more than 6 mails to dream11 helpdesk from my registered email id for clarification. It happened dec 2021, still I didn't get any response from helpdesk.
