Dream 11 had a false accuse for fair play voilation on me and captured 1290 rs for that they told me to get in contact with 5 of my referals and make them contact with dream 11 helpdesk i was ok and i successfully made 3 friends out of 5 to make contact with dream11 helpdesk but 2 reffered friends denied to restart there accounts

They found dream11 boring and wastage of time and money so they deleted the app

Now they dream11 is making sacrifice from there side for not playing there stupid game

But i was winning and wanted to play more on dream 11

So i agreed for amount capturing and continued to add money and playing but

I have earned 200 from these two accounts

But the amount captured is 6x

1290 rs

I and my brother both plays Dream11.
After many wins . We both played some match and when won 200 .

I requested to withdrawal but it got fail and deducted last winning amounts .

How we loose it not matters but if we win this fraud company putting his dirty rule without any notification .

Why rule for win only not for loose ?
After 1 week I'll file a case against this company.

Dream11 has deducted 411 rupees from my account yesterday at 16:50:59 pm and it is showing balance nullified
Why my money is deducted without any reason?

I also email dream11 on gmail but it is not replying.
How can dream11 deduct money from anyone account without any reason?
Is dream11 a fraud tell me?
If not then refund my 411 rupees in my account
I want my money back

My account got suspended without any notification and when i tried to communicate with dream 11 there support is not even replying to my mail played requests twice they even didnt tell me reason the request no. S are

I opened my mom's account in my phone's dual app which i had reffered because she didn't know how to join safe leagues and contests but next day mom's account got suspended saying fair play voilation by me can u please restart it you can keep the wallet balance of mom's account it had 350 rs in it

This fantasy game destroy the the competitive spirit of a player. Multiple entries are wrong. How can anyone compete with someone's more than 1 team in any game. Are they dream 11 team gone out of mind for earning so much money. This is violation of players rights of fair play. Otherwise i will make my all the efforts to ban such a game played with unethical rules and regulation.
I request you to dismiss the multiple teams entry.

Recently i played a contest on dream11 with my brother and got won that match, and whn i withdrawal money to bank, dream11 cancelled that request and deduct my 2200 money, and sent me fairplay violation misuse email, can you please explain that how can it will be unfair??? All the documents are verified and genuine.

I suggest you please dont play on that types of platform they are cheater, i hv sent email to d11 but they did not reply

I joined the contest and amount was deducted from my account but it showed didn't joined any contest.
I want refund as it happened two times but got no refund.

Hii. This is a user of dream 11. I had playing this since 1month. Then i earned 400₹/- then sunddenly one day at 3.30pm i had losed my money. When i see the recent transactions the i came to know that balance is nullified . I can't able to know that how can you able to nullified my account balance. I got a mail that i have won rs. 10.42 but my grievance is that as per price breakup showed in the contest i must have won rs. 25/- as till 3000 rank wining amount is rs. 25.

So kindly pay the remaining balance wining amount to me asap.

I am unable to withdraw my winnings which is rs. 5102.00 from my deeam11 wallet as my pan card image is being rejected everytime with a generic message that "you have not uploaded a clear image of your pan card".

I have uploaded crisp and clear images of my pan card 7-8 times and the images have been vetted by dream11 customer care executives over email saying "please ensure that you upload the exact image that you've shared in this email and we'll process your request accordingly."

But whenever i upload the same images of pan card, they are rejecting them giving the same error message. I believe they just want to deprive me of my winnings.

I have the complete email communication with me. Please help me in this regard.

[protected]@gmail.com and i am playing dream-11 fantasy sports game but i have deposited 10 times each of rs. 277 but i have got only 8 times bonus each of rs. 100. Kindly credit my balance 2 bonus each of rs. 100.

I have also deposited rs. 2, 500/- (100 times each of rs. 25) but i have not received yet the bonus of rs. 2, 500/- as per your terms & conditions.

I tried to submit my PAN card details for verification but after clicking on submit in verification page it showing PAN ALREADY TAKEN but still verification not yet completed.

Still I am waiting for the Bank verification and I don't know why my PAN card verification not done yet till now. I tried to upload many times and every time it is saying that PAN already taken then why verification not done yet.

Sir Dream11 has debited 4250 my winning amount from my Dream11 account without any reason and proof they are even not replying mails from many days I want to know on what basis they have debited my winning amount from account has there is some mail about violation but I don’t know which violation I have broke they should tell in full details so I will understand

Hi sir dream11 has suspended my account without any proper reason. There are almost 8k rs in deposit and 9, 10k in winning. Total something 17, 18k. I contacted so many times they always said you have violated our terms and conditions. I always play by following rules and regulations. If they think i have violated there t&c they can cut 50% money but at least they have to provide my deposit money refund which is not illegal.
