Hi,

This is to inform you that yesterday i played fancode challenge game.
I won the first place in that match, but still the amount has not yet credited to my account kindly look into it or tel me what is the status.
And also i checked from my friend mobile my name was not display in 1st place, but when i check in my phone its showing as same team and in 1st place.

Kindly reply on this on high priority.

There was a match between yd vs td tajikistan basketball league on 21 april 2020 in which the winner was illegal as his team has credits 103 which is impossible for us, also in football they are cheating people as they change points on next day and in lineout they show that a particular player is not playing but the winner the same player how it is possible, they r taking the money from hard workers, i also a screen shots of the match

Wrong points credited to my opponent due to which he won and winning amount is credited to him.

I will explain the whole scenario.

1 over was done by muhammad mujahid and he took 1 wicket and made 1 run out and his points are credited to muhammad mustaq.

I want my 10000 else i will take strict actions for this.

I have all evidence please refer it.

In dream 11 my balance Rs8620 is debited plz refund.

Money deducted from bank account but not reflected into dream11 account. Kindly check at your end as rs. 127 is deducted. Transaction done was through jkmpay i have the screenshot/proof of the same. Also please refund the money as soon as possible. And why it is happening for many times, now i am feeling risk to do the transaction in dream11 account.

I am a regular user of dream 11 and playing it since october 2018 but when i opened this app on march 16 i saw my 15 rupees were reduced and when i saw my transactions i saw my balance were nullified but i continued to play and then on 6 april i saw my 20 rupees were reduced and when i saw transactions i see my balance was nullified i had trusted on dream 11 and they broke our trust. I can send u images but it is saying that format notes recognized. Please trust on me and u r my last hope to get my money back. Please reply me after taking any action.

And what about my rs1263. What will happen to it. And dob i used was random which was of my brother. When he stopped using his account he gave the details to me. I added money played my hard earned winnings. This is not fair. He was my brother. He is currently using a pan verified account on other hand he gave that account to me and i started using it. I think i didn't did any fairplay violation. You asked my pan card i gave it. But now it is unfair. The pan card I sent is not used in any other account. The pan card contains dob of my brother which was shared to me 6 months ago. An i started operating that account. If i mean of fairplay violation then i would have created multiple accounts with multiple referalls. But i didn't did it. If this reactivation doesn't occur i am glad that I need to go to consumer forum. This is my last line.
I didn't did any fairplay violation and the sob was of my brother i can share his pan card but his card is already linked with other account which he is currently using now. I know know dream 11 suspends account of those who do fairplay. Those who creates multiple accounts you didn't restrict them. And lastly if possible give me a call back. Thank you.

I am unable to upload pan card picture both via mobile and laptop and file size is less than 4 mb. Team name vakhra swag.

Due to this neither my account is reaching verification stage nor i am able to withdraw money.

I have tried different pictures formats like jpeg and png. I have also tried different pic sizes ranging from few kbs to 1 mb's but everytime i am getting similar error.

This is very disgraceful make dream11 in notice that they have nullified 5000.00 rupees from my dream11 account.

This is not 5, 10 or 50 rupees. This is the amount of 5000.00 & this can not be left without a court case.

Nowadays, you are making people fool by deducting amounts and then mentioning like "amount was cut due to fair play violation". Could you please let me know what kind of loophole you left for the play & if you have left such loophole then why are you running this game in all over india.

We are following lockdown and giving donation, helping poor people and your deducting money of other people. Shame on you. Your are earning by dream11 game play but tarnishing your daily bread by doing such shameful deductions. You forgot that "karm hi pooja hai, jishse kamate hai usko dhoka kabhi nahi dete".

I have lost a lost of money in dream11. At that time you never call me for support but when i won a certain small amount you deducted quickly and now you will mention as "fair play violation". What to say you people. God help you people from such illegal deductions.

I have been playing dream 11 so far.. But today april 1st at 10.00 pm my balance from my dream 11 account has been deducted a amount of rs. 112.00 and it mentioned in the transaction detailed that it is "balance nullified". I have add cash from my bank acoount severally. I thought dream 11 is a fairplay but it is cheating and illegally deduct amount from account of dream 11. It i not for only me but my too many friends' cases also.
I have to strong complain against this legally. Please do if recover is possible.

I have joined 6 contests for the football match played between gordeya vs shakhtyor yesterday and won 5 out of them in which i have won 256 rupees in total. I have joined a basketball contest between BERK vs LEG today. The contest was going pretty much in my favor. A player in the PF position named 'S. Isboyev' was playing in the position and even scored more than 60 points as well. I was having total points of 213, But as soon as I refreshed the page, the same player has been reduced all of his points and now it is showing 0 points to him and my total points reduced to 151 making me number 3 in the contest from the top position. I hope you understand and sort such issue out.
