I hav submitted every relevant document required by the dream11.. And every thing is as per thier policy. Even though with out any substantial proof.. Or without any customer care department for them.. How can they block my amount.. And many of my friends account to whom i referred. Their accounts are also blocked... They don't have proper customer care team.. They just have a # help desk.. Which is worth less.. Instead of that.. And they are completely cheating public. I need a resolution for this

Hi, I had joined a contest for Ind-W vs Eng-W match on 7th March on Dream11 app and my rank was 58. There are maximum 150 winners. According to the contest I am supposed to get 50rs as winning amount whereas it shows 0 and my money is not being given. Worse part is when trying to raise issue to the company, they don’t have an proper way to raise it, no customer care. If clicked on need help, the chat bot is giving irrelevant replies...

I have received an email on 28th feb 2019 regarding the cancelled the withdrawal request and captured all the amount along with added cash in my account.

All money was taken from dream11 account [protected]@gmail.com

I have been playing fairly and they just took away all my money by blaming for something which i have not done.

Its a shame for dream11, they are doing this to every next person who won something big amount.

I sent around 4 - 5 emails to [protected]@dream11.com but they did not response back because they also know that they did wrong.

Updated by kabirchd8 They have emailed me that I have done Fairplay violation and they took all the money from my account.
I have not did anything wrong, I have referred dream11 to my family and as we all love cricket and they also wanted to play dream11.

Later, my father won a big prize in his account and I also won a reasonable amount.

They just took all of the money from both of the accounts and in fact dream11 suspend their account. His Account email ID was [protected]@gmail.com.

Dream11 is doing the same thing for every next person who won a big prize.

It seems like DREAM11 IS FRAUD.

If not they return our winning amount and active all the suspended account.

Its a shame on you Dream11.

As the match has already completed its 1st innings and no action is taken in this regard. This is not fair from you side. Fix this immediately otherwise people will feels that they were the part of a fraud. And you are not legitimate.

How come you are telling that fair play violation. Referring to friends is not a fairplay violation. Then why are you giving that options?

I played a dream 11and winning a amount, but i withdraw 200rupees but i don't get that money in my account. After 2 days i got fairplay violation.
Please guide me how to get money back..
If someone must lose his referral bonus if he loses. How can you say that we should not play with our referral friend. Then whom shall we invite. Referral and invite are part of your procedure to play. We are not playing against the rules. If it so, you change the rules. Don't cheat people like that. Dream 11 is the cheaters. No one can create account with same mobile number or same proof or same bank account number. Then how can you say, he created multiple account.

I joined two contest paying with tha total amount of rs 3664 but the contest got abondaned as it didn't fill up. Now the amount got refunded in my dream 11 wallet and it's asking me to play more contests as the amount can not be withdrawn to a bank account. I sincerely don't want to play any more contest on dream 11. Please return the money the same way as it came. The contest was abondaned from your end that's valid but keeping my money won't be tolerated. I don't have time or energy to play any more contest on dream 11 so please refund my money to bank account or paytm.

I have 2 accounts with dream 11. One which i was using and 1 which i accidentally created. As i am not going to use it anymore, i have requested both of the accounts to be deleted permanently. This was done via registered email address. After 6-7 emails back and forth only they did is disable the account.

I would want to have my accounts deleted permanently has it has my personal information. Why would they need not delete the account and hold my personal data without a purpose.

Apart from that there were other bonus offers like india australia series where in if we succeed to cross certain points in that series some 10 lakhs will be divided among all. No confirmation on that also. Apart from that any other bonus iam eligible pls credit that also.
