Dream 11 app because of only knowing
The details. I don't know the features behind the app. But after that i lost my account balance rupees 5750 & rupees 26. Without my permission the amount has been debited
Yesterday evening 21/11/18.. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have requested on 13 of november for my withdrawal of my amount of 3000 rs and dream 11 gives me the date of 20 november 2018 of transfer of my amount to my account but still now today date is 22 november i never received a amount my withdrawal in my account i have mailed so my times but they never gives me details of delaying, pending or cancel of my withdrawal fact that the withdrawal steps in dream 11 app is also not complete yet so what i think now?? I have joined a contest of rs.4 which was supposed to be confirmed winning even if the contest remains unfilled but later on they removed that contest. It is not legal.
If they can't distribute the price they don't have to conduct the contest. It really hurted me. According to their terms and conditions, 'confirmed winning even it the contest remain unfilled' contest can't be cancelled, there was much time left also.
What if i would have won the price, it really disappointed me. I have taken the screenshot of every action.

Dear sir,

Requesting you please investigate about dream 11 app because i always find that most of winner suddenly shown in top list who was not available before start the game. As example:-dale lions who takes 2nd position in contest against to pr vs tst match but i have full list before start the game and this (Dale lions) team was not part of contest then how lions become 2nd position.
One more issue that " always some guys makes winner every time like srinivas, etc.
So requesting you please investigate against to dream 11 app.

I play dream11 and want to win big. With this desire i found a number in facebook that he can provide dream11 winning teams for every match. He promised i can win 90000 per month along with his 200+ followers. I trusted him and sent him rs.1500 through paytm and he sent me teams. I swear i couldn't win a single rupee with them. Moreover ai lost those entry fees also. I asked him to return my money as he promised earlier. Then he blocked me. I gave him a chance by asking him to unblock me and give teams from another whatsapp number. He blocked that number also. His name is vinod. His mobile number is [protected]. I want my rs.1500 and penalty for my losing entry fees for the contests i joined with his useless teams. I don't want anything from h except my money. I expect a positive results from the respective. Sir, I made a withdrawal of Rs 450 and today it showing withdrawal failed. I don't know it's why. But sir if it is the reason of fair play violation, then i haven't done any activity which violate fair play. I thought that creating own contest will have more fun because you can challenge your friend and if you win you can tease them. But here you come and say fair play violation. I don't know then why the hell you created "create your own contest". It takes a lot time to win bonus from hotstar and create your dream 11 team. And if by luck i win, you come with your own ###. About 17 friends i had made them to how to play dream 11 and now i realized that it was just waste of my constructive time.

Serial times I wrote a mails but single reply I did not get,

My account has been suspended not received any mail /reason for suspension. I had not used my account after verification... I used it for 2-3times then left it as it is. For maybe one year and when now i check to login it shows account suspended. Please fix the issue as i want to be back on dream 11.
