Sir,
I played public leagues. I won 484 rupees, but I withdraw 200rupees with two timesbut I don't get that money in my account.After 2 days I got fairplay violation.
Please guide me how to get money back..
If Someone must lose his referral bonus if he loses. How can you say that we should not play with our referral friend. Then whom shall we invite. Referral and invite are part of your procedure to play. We are not playing against the rules. If it so, you change the rules. Don't cheat people like that. Dream 11 is the cheaters. No one can create account with same mobile number or same proof or same bank account number. Then how can you say, he created multiple account.

I have my separate account of dream11 but i suggest to my family member to use this app and when was making her dream 11 account then I use my second e mail for making my relative's dream 11 I'd, because I had no knowledge about her email id but now dream 11 said, it is duplicate account or its fraud. I want to ask a question i did it by mistake, It may occur by anyone atleast one time edit option is must.
Please tell me, what is the solution of this problem.

Dream11 was cheating me. I won the 1900 amount by adding 575 my amount throw paytm, but they are blocked my amount 1073, they said due to fair play violation. But why they are giving referral option, after reaching the limit send the information to me it is their responsibility. They are don't given any information related to reaching the limit. I played 11, 138 rupees they are thinking all amount is cash bonus?? I withdraw amount is only 2000. Actually i loss the money. Please help me.

How can it be possible.

I requested to withdraw 353 RS which i won during IPL season.

Its been almost more than 6 days that amount is not credited.

Its showing received date as 9 July 2018, but amount is not yet credited to my account.

Yesterday they deducted 1633 Rs by showing fair play violation and issue is that I have joined referral friends contest to gain cash bonus. But one thing that they offer to create own contest and who creates can invite friends or anyone else. Same thing is happened to me. Some of my friends created their own contest and challenged me to accept contest and win. Then I accept code and by playing I won that contest. Dream 11 team is showing this fair play violation. But if anyone invites me to play and I accept their challenge then where is my fault???? This is wrong from Dream11 team. Pls return my money to my account quickly. And who gave them right to deduct all my money which I earned hardly. Though it is not my fault they can report as well as warn me

Hi Team,

I submitted the payment twice of 1217.10 and it was showing only once done. When i tried getting help there were automatic replies from them saying that it will be credited in 30-45 minutes. It was not credited to my account and they have charged me twice. Please help me in getting my refund. It is very bad that they dont have any manual customer service or human touch so that they can help people on realtime basis

Dream 11 is being used to hack the paytm account for others and transfer the amount from others paytm to the dream 11 game account and then to own bank account.
This is safest way to hack as the amount transferred through paytm will be deposited by dream11 name.
Thus, one can never make out to whome the money has gone.
I am a victim of such fraud.

I withrawl 1000rs but thats failed and not refund

I deposited 1000 today through allhabad bank debit card... But it is not showing balance in dream 11 account... But balance is deducted in my bank account.. I got the message also saying that purchase of 1000 has been made on debit card to vin*dream11. Pay... But in dream11 balance is not showing... Money which i withdrawn from my dream11 account to my bank has been vanished. I have done a withdrawal twice of rs.200 each. I have done both my withdrawal in the month of june2018. After my dream11 money got transferred to my bank i went to check my bank, at that time there is no money from dream11 account.
All the money which i transferred from my dream11 account to bank has been vanished.
