[Resolved]  Dreamz Infra — Cancellation of booked flat and refund of money - Builder Neglecting

I booked a 1600 sqft 3 bhk flat in "dreamz shloka-2" in december 2013. After 1.5 years there is allegation that has been found in the land and court has put up a stay order. The builder never informed me of the same. Moreover i am asking them for the cancellation form and want to cancel the property immediately and have asked for a refund. After repeated calls and mails, there is no action from the builder and they are not not even responding to my requests. Dreamz infra contact persons (Md-disha chaudhuri, crm head - manisha, shloka 2 crm - rukhsana and sales director - iqbal khan) seems not interested to refund back my money. I am contemplating a civil / criminal case against them. Kindly help.
