On 30th July 2021, my shipment reached my nearest dtdc office and by evening they updated the status as 'address incomplete or wrong'. Then I submitted a query online regarding the delivery issue. The next day morning, I contacted the customer service and registered a complaint regarding the same, and the customer care executive promised me that the dtdc agent will contact me and deliver the item. He also collected my delivery address, phone number, email everything. But by afternoon the status got updated to item returning to the origin. Such a worst delivery service and customer service
