I sent a courier from meerut to delhi on 17 july 2021 and it had product worth ₹6, 000 the company never asked me what the product was never asked me to get a better parcel ! i gave them and simply they taped it now it’s been 2 weeks now and my parcel is missing very unprofessional response! help me out please

Showing incomplete address or wrong CIR whereas address submitted was correct. F30696733 tracking number. Kindly resolve the issue.phone number also given but there was no phone call received.

Iam booked at dtdc courier at yamuna nagar, Hyrayana to Allagadda at Andhra pradesh on 23rd July Track no. T70474933 its showing delivered at online tracking but i dont receive the parcel it is very worst and customer care service is very worst responding finally please solve this problem very quickly.

My parcel was handed over to DTDC Hubli on 26th July and where in there was no home pick up we had to drop it and also pack it. When we enquired on 27th they said it is on the way and it will be recd in Mumbai on 27th and same day they will deliver or at the most next day i.e. Again when we enquired, customer care said it it has reached Andheri and we will receive it on on 28th July. But today when we enquired they said it has left Hubli only today and it is likely to be received by us on 30th. This means my parcel, today they informed us that parcel has left today itself and my parcel was lying in Hubli for 2 days and we were being mis informed that it has reached Andheri. There were food articles which may get spoilt because of DTDC's irresponsible way of handling and misguiding the customers. It amounts to deficiency in service. We are senior citizen and it is difficult to follow up with DTDC.

I booked consignment on 17th July from Kanpur to Noida. It was promised to be delivered in 2 business days maximum which should be 20th July. It's been more than 10 days and there is no update on the same. In the portal it is showing in Transit since very long. Also there is c/no proper response from the customer support team. Even after multiple follow ups there is no support from support team.

Dear Sir,

This courier is stuck at indore from 17 july 21 & status obs online out of delivery. Why delay no reason updated & no one response received about this package.

Its showing jot delivered. Delivery failed. But haven't received any call from courier service. And parcel has not delivered yet. Tracking haven't updated. Don't want return. It must be delivered.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible

My consignment number is Z65662413. it was booked by the delhi for gaya with heavy prize compare to other services. the gaya service provider called me from number [protected] to picup the packet from the office, i requested to deliver the packet because i paid the heavy amount to DTDC. he started misbehaving with me and said you not paid to me. ja na pahunchayeb jo karna hain kar la .
i request you to take action against them for misbehave and cancel the agency such non professional persons.
if you fail to take action against them, i will register the case against you in consumer forum and also file the FIR .
hoping for favourable and justified action and response from your side.

I have ordered a product from amazon and they delivered to me via DTDC. But the package was stuck at DTDC Karmanghat, Hyderabad. I ordered it on 11 july 2021 now date is 28 july 2021. After 1 week of not delivery amazon says DTDC was unable to deliver your package and it was returning to seller. I felt happy but the product is not moving to seller either. I paid the money before. Supposed to be delivered on 27July2021 (yesterday) and was out for delivery as per the tracker. At 8:59PM status shower Receiver not available (CIR) which doesn't make any sense. There was not incoming calls from DTDS what so ever. Deeply disappointed with the business that lies!

Any help to ensure this doesn't happen again and to be delivered ASAP is appreciated.

is not delivered at my place but it is showing delivered on the website.
Flat no. is also written on my flat but I didn't get the parcel.

In spite of repeated follow up (called 14 times on basavanagar branch Bangalore560037) the above item is not delivered since one week.

We booked a courier from Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh to Hyderabad Telengana on 15th july . Courier was received to local (Balanagar Branch on 17th Morning) but till date courier was not delivered.

When we called local Branch (Balanagar branch) we are not getting proper response.

My cousion booked a Courier, at Vijayawada Andhrapradesh on 15th july to Hyderabad Telengana. Package has delivery to the Balanagar branch office at 17th July itself. But till 27th package was not delivered. when we called local facility officer . on [protected] their is no valid response.

I don't know what kind of tracking system your DTDC Management is using. This is not the first time compliant on DTDC Balanagar branch

On the Tracking website it is still showing Pune as on 26.07.2021 & Today showing Patna.

Please notify asap, failing which we will have no option to File Complaint at Consumer Forum for wrong decleration
