From Two days the package is showing in transit and no update at all i want to know about my package and when would it be delivered

Goods not delivered and returned after a month.
Refused to provide reason and refused to refund the amount

Tracking no B76626412, which was supposed to be delivered by 3rd or 4th feb by DTDC mathikete ( Rajajinagar Franchisee) is not yet delivered.
Inspite of numerous complaints to dtdc Customer Care center and emails... My parcel is still missing. This is just Irresponsibility on part of national Courier service DTDC.
IF YOUR STAFF IS SO LAX, STOP SAYING - TRUSTED Company ' JUST DOES. NOT SUIT FOR THE SERVICES BEING PROVIDED BY THE SO CALLED TRUSTED COMPANY
Dtdc Mathikere has the guts to tell me to ask the sender to send me the parcel once again... Oh is it... What exactly that means... Instead of taking responsibility for their lax in service, tell me what to do.
And these arent valuables which can be insured. They contain vital Information, which is lost...It was sent because we trusted your company to provide good services and what happens the package is lost in such a way that it cant be traced from 5 mnths... BRILLIANT!!!
TO TOP IT EXECUTIVE CALLS AND SAYS WE WILL SEND YOU FIR COPY... OH REALLY!!!
INSTEAD OF RUNNING IN CIRCLES AND GIVING ME ALL SORTS OF CRAP EXPLANATION... JUST HUNT DOWN MY PARCEL AND DELIVER IT TO ME...

DTDC TIME TO HAVE SOME FACE- SAVING ACTION.

Due to some emergency i tried to get some medicines from Nellore to Hyderabad.

1. Consignment No: H 62622950 booked on 14th July 2021 at 20.56 hrs at nellore, which reached DTDC HUB in Defence Colony, Karmanghat on 16th July 2021 at 15.42 hrs

2. Consignment No: H 62564180 booked on 15th July 2021 at 17.51 hrs also reached DTDC HUB in Defence Colony, Karmanghat on 16th July 2021 at 15.42 hrs

I have given a Product on 02 August 2021 to Courier & Cargo in Bilara and was promised to be delivered on 05 August 2021 but my product not delivery yet.Courier & Cargo is badly managed and master of giving stories.

I leave it to your judgement to take their services in future or not considering their pathetic services

My courier contains gift item ( JBL wireless headset(JBLCT100TWS)) shipped from mumbai to Chennai on 26th july 2021, which worths 3999 ruppes(offer price 2500 rupees). After 10 days careless courier people are saying your CONSIGNMENT(No:M[protected] LOST.

When my courier not delivered on time I raised complaint in DTDC refer attachment(ticket no:633290 issueM[protected] but no reply (worst custumer service). we contacted Navalur Chennai courier office two to three time, after many calls he told he missed the item and after 6 to 7 days he simply said he lost it and he wants to pay 500 rupees for lost item.

I want to get my item back Please look into the issue.

Dear Sir, above consignment no. Courier contents has not delivered yet and its status showing as "Incomplete or wrong address" for not delivering which is completely baseless as we receive Courier Contents regularly from DTDC at that address at home. I am very disappointed at your delivery person who contacted me from mobile No [protected] and telling me to collect the package from Main road. I expect prompt action from your end.

Ref to subject shipment, the parcel delivered to wring address and we keep calling a person in your branch in no. +[protected] but this guy is insulting us instead of checking, we made 30 calls so far and everything this guy says I will check but notjing happened, now he stopped taking phone.
Do not keep such irresponsible people by paying salary as they will only spoil your company reputation

Please check and advise the status as the real receiver still not received this parcel

My all courier come from your company but this time your service is too bad ill give you zero rate

As a company employees several parcel and documents comes to my addreass, blue dart like courier give home delivery but in DTDTC JORHAT Assam (MITHAPUKHURI) give a phone call to collect from there office. Today also got a call (in my phone no ([protected])form them to collect parcel from there office and they denied to delivered at address written on parcel.

Pod number: D78416375, Booked on 27 July departed from DTDC transyamuna branch for Jabalpur, hasn't even reached Indore (2nd location), since 28th July.
Customer support being already notified many times they have not been able to provide any support for delivery or even confirming the current location of the package.
I want my package delivered and it's location updated as soon as possible.

I am not able to track my consignment.
It is showing no data available.
U11429397 is my consignment number.

Consignment no. C09216303 not delivered which was booked on 31 July 2021.Delivery is within chennai limits. But the company is irresponsible

Parcel Missing

My Airway sent on 19th August 2020 still not delivered and DTDC refuse to pay the invoice value. So need the packet back.

I booked a very important consignment through DTDC Courier at Ujjain on 28th July 2021 and they confirmed that Courier will reach at DEHRI ON SONE DTDC Branch by 28 th July 2021.
My Consignment reached in Patna on 28th July 2021 and they put on hold by saying that this is outbof service area.
I would like to ask if this are was not serviceable then why they booked the Parcel they have to denied on the time of booking but there is Branch of DTDC in Dehri on Sone Bihar pin code 821307.
No one is ready to take any action and customer is suffering badly.
I am continually following up asking call raising queries and writing mail but no one is listing, even I write mail to their MD.
So careless and Lazy people I did not see in my whole life.
All the time they ask only about address but no one take any action for solution of the complaint.
