I have booked a article from near "kargil petrol pump awas vikas Colony Bodla Agra - 282007" Send to "Alopi bagh allahabad - 211006" with consignment number - U11329337 & pay Rs. 70/-

Now, I am trying to track my consignment status but no update till now. my previous ticket number is 644468 and without resolved the problem closed my complaint.

MY NCH docket number is 2878619. It's very urgent for me so I request to you please provide me the current status of the article.

      Pod number: D78416375, Booked on 27 July departed from DTDC transyamuna branch for Jabalpur, hasn't even reached Indore (2nd location), since 28th July.
      Customer support being already notified many times they have not been able to provide any support for delivery or even confirming the current location of the package.
      I want my package delivered and it's location updated as soon as possible.

                I booked a very important consignment through DTDC Courier at Ujjain on 28th July 2021 and they confirmed that Courier will reach at DEHRI ON SONE DTDC Branch by 28 th July 2021.
                My Consignment reached in Patna on 28th July 2021 and they put on hold by saying that this is outbof service area.
                I would like to ask if this are was not serviceable then why they booked the Parcel they have to denied on the time of booking but there is Branch of DTDC in Dehri on Sone Bihar pin code 821307.
                No one is ready to take any action and customer is suffering badly.
                I am continually following up asking call raising queries and writing mail but no one is listing, even I write mail to their MD.
                So careless and Lazy people I did not see in my whole life.
                All the time they ask only about address but no one take any action for solution of the complaint.

                    Delivery person inform to me 2.8.21..at the time not available ...and inform home delivery not available ...I will inform to tomorrow I taken parcel to your office ..wait during 10.30 t0 12.00 office closed service person not available..every 30min call to [protected]..not response..bad service DTDC courier ..money waste...time waste...

The consignment is received my postal address before the 24 hours, the consignment person call to me and said the will not be delivered the consignment as soon as possible. And he said he will be delivered the consignment when he wants not as the DTDC policy.

                            Consignment number u10689475 not delivered despite mentioning complete address. It is extremely urgent. The courier was meant to be delivered by 3/08/2021 but it was returned from the gate.
                            Please resolve it as quickly as poossible.

                              I fail to understand why you have taken the consignment if you cannot home deliver the items.

                                I have received a parcel from Chennai. DTDC Service accepted the courier service. But the CTDC Tenkasi Office People are saying that, they wont deliver it to my area. they shouldn't have accepted in first place. if it doesn't come under your service. after accepting it your responsibility to give the product safe to us. that's why we trust you.

                                the way the people in Tenkasi office responding are very bad. they have my product but not willing to come and give. kindly take a look in to it.

                                  My parcel was sent on 27th July doct no. D6558216. It’s been more than 7days and I haven’t received my parcel. The online site shows that it’s out for delivery & after few hours it shows not delivered & rescheduled. But we were in the house expecting that the parcel would come. When went personally to ask about the parcel at dtdc kalamboli office. They said the parcel hasn’t reached. Which information is correct I m just clueless. It’s a harassment to the customer to personally go and follow up for the parcel. Pls look into the matter and reply on the same urgently.

                                      Item Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)'.

                                        I sent an courier with tracking number H62665425 on July 27 th from Rajahmundry the package didn't get delivered till date it's been 7 days...it's now showing not delivered...it's an very important package I want it get delivered right now...nobody is responding even to the calls DTDC is the very reputed courier service and shame that nobody is giving proper answer about it.
