        Hi Team,

        I have posted a couriour on 12th Aug from Mawana(Meerut) to Renukoot(Dist sonbhadra).The guy who was in office told me that you couriour will be dispatched max till 14th Aug i[censored] wilol pay extraw charge.I paid him money but couriour did not recieved till yet.It was a very very urgent document which need to be delivered at any cost by 14th Aug at any cost.
        I dont know where is my couriour
        Very disoppinting service.
        Never Trust again On DTDC employee.
        I have lost much more coz of this service...

              Consignment No -Z65354786 . Tracking details there is showing its delivered to security guard . But no security guard is there in that building.

                Dear Sir,
                My brother was sending me corrier by DTDC we trust you and already connected with you so many time but this time we are not happy due to your bad service I don't get any kind of claim for laptop Stop working and bottom corner also getting break. When I was talk with that person he arrogantly talk with me said me do whatever you want if this your service then I going raised my complaint in every social media. I just want my claim for this nothing else. I gave him 1200 rupees and that time he was agree for claim I have evidence of every Bill which I was paid him. If don't get any solution I'm going police'station or any where but I want my money back. He don't even have manners to talk with your precious customer.

                  After accepting the shipment to deliver from Ranchi, they are not delivering saying that my area is not serviceable.
                  Even response from customer care is also poor. Even after chasing them everyday and manually updating the ticket there is no response from them.

                      I chose DTDC courier service in my business purpose.now I feel its a big mistake for my life.😡I lost my First premium customer just because of courier service boy and local courier service office.
                      At firt Courier boy said to my customer that, they have to collect there courier from the office, when my customer said why, then that boy very rudely said that "He has no time for this one courier because They are too busy for Rakhi "
                      When I called customer care they said totally Different.They said Their system shows that the courier boy has returned because of doors was closed..My customer send me the courier boy's phone number, he is to much rude.What a shameful behaviour.
                      Now they are returning my products .and My customer said Never buy any product from me.
                      Now please do something.

                              I am wondering why the subject docket no courier is not delivered yet and where it is located now.

                              I have tried to reach out to the local courier representative and also to DTDC customer care but it seems that no one cares as there was no response.
                              DTDC courier delivery guy did not even contact us and just put the remark saying office closed or door locked, however the address is home address.

                              These are very important documents which were sent from M/S shalimar travels from Delhi to Ms. Sujata Kulkarni, Pune. I am writing on behalf of the receiving party. I want to know where the parcel is located and when I will receive it.

                                  Hi, I have booked a package (food items) from Hyderabad to Gurgaon and weight of the package is 7 kgs. I was told that charges are Rs.300/kg (total Rs. 2100/-), but they said connection time is over for that evening and will share tracking details the next morning.

                                  Now, when I received the tracking invoice, that shows total amount as Rs. 560/-. I was told it will be received by the customer by Monday (Aug 9th 2021) or Tuesday (Aug 10th) and I shipped it on Friday (Aug 6th 2021).

                                  So, what is the actual amount and what kind of service? How do I get the excess amount I paid and how do we ensure this doesn't happen to other consumers.

                                    i am virtusa polaris company employee and company sent official laptop at my begusarai address by dtdc courier partner. yesterday when i track my asset by tracking : D88012839 its saw reached at begusarai dtdc office and when i reached at harharmadev dtdc delivery office to provide my asset and submit all details but dtdc ofiice staf[censored]nnecessary abused and not agree to provide my asset and also kick me by hand and lag i attached the video also please take action as soon as possible other wise i am going to registered complain at my near police station and quick released franchies
