My Address and Phone is highly reachable every couriers and packages delivered here very easily but your courier boy is not doing your job. Please take this on high priority and give my consignment to any other boy who can deliver it safely.

      I have couriered a box with full of snacks to pudukkttai before 8days from nagercoil DTDC courier office nagercoilnear beach road
      The courier has not reach its place till today
      I'm contacting the incharge person daily, he's saying that it would delivered today..today..
      But it has not yet delivered I had payed 195rupees .

        I am wondering why the subject docket no courier is not delivered yet and where it is located now.

        I have tried to reach out to the local courier representative and also to DTDC customer care but it seems that no one cares as there was no response.
        DTDC courier delivery guy did not even contact us and just put the remark saying office closed or door locked, however the address is home address.

        These are very important documents which were sent from M/S shalimar travels from Delhi to Ms. Sujata Kulkarni, Pune. I am writing on behalf of the receiving party. I want to know where the parcel is located and when I will receive it.

            Hi, I have booked a package (food items) from Hyderabad to Gurgaon and weight of the package is 7 kgs. I was told that charges are Rs.300/kg (total Rs. 2100/-), but they said connection time is over for that evening and will share tracking details the next morning.

            Now, when I received the tracking invoice, that shows total amount as Rs. 560/-. I was told it will be received by the customer by Monday (Aug 9th 2021) or Tuesday (Aug 10th) and I shipped it on Friday (Aug 6th 2021).

            So, what is the actual amount and what kind of service? How do I get the excess amount I paid and how do we ensure this doesn't happen to other consumers.

            The courier company is Jet Blue International couriers (phone: [protected]), located in Manikonda (Hyderabad) area.

              Its very serious and take action against dtdc begusarai delivery staff.

              i am virtusa polaris company employee and company sent official laptop at my begusarai address by dtdc courier partner. yesterday when i track my asset by tracking : D88012839 its saw reached at begusarai dtdc office and when i reached at harharmadev dtdc delivery office to provide my asset and submit all details but dtdc ofiice staf[censored]nnecessary abused and not agree to provide my asset and also kick me by hand and lag i attached the video also please take action as soon as possible other wise i am going to registered complain at my near police station and quick released franchies
              because dtdc this office staff miss behaves done my many customer daily

                      Dear Team,

                      I have booked courier on 9th Aug, 2021 and consignment number B78399771 from Dinnur, RT Nagar, Bangalore-560032 office. I was not able to track the consignment status in your tracker page. Today i visited office to check the status and response from concern person was not good. Few min back i came to know that my courier was booked on 11th Aug, 2021. 2 days they kept packet in their office and not responding to customer properly.
                      Please look in to this issue and inform customer well in advance about delay and keeping packets in your office for 2-3 days.

                          I am a regular customer of DTDC.
                          This is to bring your kind attention that the dtdc Satna branch, Rewa road (Madhya Pradesh ) will not dispatch the courier on time. They used to keep it in the office. We, customers has to collect it from the office. This is what happening always. This is the worst branch of DTDC. We customers are trusting DTDC, but these types of branches and officers will ... please do something for this. Hope you will take necessary action for this

                            I made 2bookings for one courier pick up by mistake. I wanted to cancel one of them and I wanted the other to be shipped. On the app, several time I tried to cancel but it’s not even responsive. Everytime I called the customer support executive over phone(more than 15times), they are simply listening to my problem and are hanging up the call. These people are highly unprofessionals with no manner and they are really cheating you. I am not sure if I am going to get any refund.

                                The concerned person didnt even visited for the pick up address and updated in the system pickup cannot be done due to improper packing .
                                The mobile number is [protected] .
                                Its a very urgent delivery and tillnow nothing was done !

                                I only requested him to carry a selotape for sticking the slip received over mail .
                                He simply denied and literally shouting on me .

                                Without even seeing the packing he updated the packing was not proper !!!
                                what type service is DTDC is giving .

                                I want an immediate refund of the amount .
                                worst courier pick service i have ever seen .

                                    I had placed an order online which was shipped through DTDC. AWB number: K50695755. However, when I'm trying to track my order DTDC is saying that no data is available against the given consignment number.
