Hello! Icsi sent my study material through DTDC. I received a message Dear Student, ICSI study material dispatched through DTDC D78048122 on 31/07/2021 Track @ https://tinyurl.com/yk68tnmm
I was constantly checking the status and today I got a message from their side “ D78048122 is out for delivery.Plz share SMILE CODE (8***) with Dly Agent, for Zero Contact Delivery. DTDC won't ask for any payment OTP”

Now it is showing deliver to yggg and relationship receptionist and it’s definitely not me. It is a highly irresponsible behaviour. What’s the entire point of a OTP if you have to deliver without it to someone else. Those books I needed on urgent basis but DTDC has shown negligence. I want immediate action from their side.

I had ordered some product from Amazon on 28/7/21 seller send shipment from DTDC Which which was committed to delivery on 31/7/21 but till time delivery have not done. Today i got a call from DTDC person he was telling that either you collect goods from his vehicle otherwise i shall get return back i was surprised. Ordered good is a water purifier i need it on very urgently. I had earlier worst experience with DTDC.Now again i have been trapped.Waybill No-D87443628.

Apart from this i tried to called 4 times on company customer support no [protected] but service representative disconnect call after listing problem.They did not given any solution.One of the worst service and support never ever i have seen.

And i told on courier time its expensive item pack properly but they pack reckless and my laptop amount also type less amount compare with my purchase rate.

1. Consignment number H24012166 dispatched from DTDC franchise at Rajeev Gandhi Nagar, Bachupally, Hyderabad on 27.05.2021 from Hyderabad to Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar.

Packet not delivered.
Website shows packet sent to Kolkatta and delivered on 22 June 2021.

Packet was to be delivered to Port Blair. Not Kolkatta.
2. Courier charges paid Rs 300/- . Later DTDC called to pay Rs 1400/- more as they treated as International consignment. This was paid online to phone number [protected] of Mr Mohammed Aleem, DTDC franchise.
Hence total paid for consignment of one letter Rs 1700/-.
The charges for Consignment from Chennai to Port Blair are Rs 150/-, Hence DTDC have overcharged heavily.

3. As the packet was delivered, and there is heavy overcharging by the DTDC, the money and the packet needs to be returned to me immediately, as

Worst delivery and worst behaviour by company worker

Never gonna do business with DTDC again

My consignment number is D8795470 and DTDC has not taken any responsibility to update the status of the consignment and also is showing invalid number.

What is totally wrong with the tracking services given the consignment no. "invalid consignment no." is all i got in response.
As far as iam concerned this is not right. A parcel with consignment no D8795470 was claimed to be dispatched and has to be delivered withing 5 working days yet, here iam without the parcel nor the parcel could be tracked.
Those who are responsible for this issue, Fix it.. I have been victimized by your faulties and i never wanna trust this courier service again..never again

My name is Vipul Sharma and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by Singh. I am Shabna Benadict from Trivandrum Kerala.I have sent a product from Chackkai DTDC Trivandrum to Puthenvelikkara DTDC(Pin :683594) Ernakulam, Kerala on 29th July 2021 Afternoon. The product was not yet received at the destination address.It was received at North Paravur in Ernakulam and we are informed (My brother in law in Ernakulam got a call in the evening) to collect the courier from Paravur before 6pm today 31 july 2021.
I have been sending couriers to the same address i.e to Puthenvelikkara DTDC (pin : 683594) since 1 year. But this is for the first time my product is received at someother address and asking us to collect it from there.Also the delivery is delayed for 2 days.
I dont know why our my product is not delivered at the correct address which i had mentioned. And it will be very difficult for us to collect it from some other places (DTDC offices) due to covid and Triple lockdown issues.
It is mainly of food items so please deliver it before tuesday.
So, I request you to check my complaint and please provide either a home delivery service from Paravur to the Persons address i have given or to the Puthenvelikkara DTDC office on Monday 2/08/2021.

I Sent a parcel from bangalore to chennai (B[protected]. Few items in the parcel are missing. Some one opened the parcel with a blade and left the blade in the parcel and sealed it again.

On 30th July 2021, my shipment reached my nearest dtdc office and by evening they updated the status as 'address incomplete or wrong'. Then I submitted a query online regarding the delivery issue. The next day morning, I contacted the customer service and registered a complaint regarding the same, and the customer care executive promised me that the dtdc agent will contact me and deliver the item. He also collected my delivery address, phone number, email everything. But by afternoon the status got updated to item returning to the origin. Such a worst delivery service and customer service

17.07.21 original Ration card was couriered from Tambaram to Ashok Nagar, Chennai. Careless haphazard irresponsible reluctant service of saying the document is missing still not sure and hasn't reached yet. V62409362 sebastin Jerald.

Given the correct address and phone number... but not delivered... no one has called the customer.. waiting for past two days.. ur loosing the customers... this is not first time... regularly this dtdc courier does this... please solve my problem as soon as possible...
