I have tried enquiring about status of a courier to dtdc thiruvalla branch-franchise, the female who took the call repeatedly disconnected call, saying she cant help in tracking package, she verbally shouted at me for calling-R[protected]DTDC-AT THIRUVALLA BRANCH.

The courier with number [protected] is sent from proddatur to Bangalore.
They called once and when called back more than twice, they didnt respond.
Tried calling after 2 days and they informed it will be sent back since call wasnt attended.
And the lady who spoke is very arrogant and careless.
Please help me in resolving this issue.

Since 1 July I am following with customer care and no update .

Its saying document delivered however not received at destination .

My company sent me a parcel with company's property and some confidential info in it as a Priority delivery. It was shipped from Pune on 14th July ad reached Raipur on 16th July. After 16th July there is no update on it, neither received any answer from customer service.

Today(22nd July 2021) I received message that it is out for delivery however did not received any call or text from delivery agent. Right now received message that it has been delivered. How unprofessional is this. And no one from DTDC is ready to help.

Sir/Madam we sent a parcel on monday[protected] which contains bedsheets of 7 numbers weighted 6kgs 400g to chennai. It reached the destination on Wednesday[protected].30pm which contains of only 5 bedsheets(2 bedsheets are missing). Consignment number: D66940587. Kindly look into our complaint and give us a solution as soon as possible. We didn't expect this from a reputed company.

Dear sir/mam
I was waiting for the book and the delievery man called me jist once but when i called him back after approximately 20 mins he replied like he will not come now andd i have to go to their center to pick the book. i told him only on call can be mised by mistake but he replied the same. Besides this that he will wait for me till tommorow and then will send my courier back, if i not come to center.

DTDC service is too unprofessional. They called me yesterday to say that I should pickup the parcel from their office because it is raining and they do not deliver while it's raining. They claimed to return my package back if it kept raining for the next 2-3 days. The next day, another person from same branch office called to inform that parcel has been delivered wrong to their address and my area does not come under their delivery range. Now I have to go 5kms from my home to pickup the parcel!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!

My security deposit refund cheque parcel was coming from my college.
Firstly I got a call from a delivery agent from this number (+[protected] on 6 July from my nearby dtdc branch (dtdc khirki, malviya nagar). He asked for my exact address, said he is getting confused. Then I was expecting for the delivery on the same day but it didn't happen, so I contacted on the same no. but nobody picked it up. Then I waited for 3-4 days but no one called back so I went to the branch myself and asked for my parcel but they said it's showing delivered and made excuses, then I contacted to my college they also said it's showing delivered. It's day 16 I am completely helpless. I even asked for the tracking no. from the college but no one is taking this matter seriously.

Courier sent via DTDC and committed to be delivered by Wednesday 14th July 2021. It was never delivered. The only option after a weeks time was to personally have someone to visit their branch office to collect it. Such a horrible courier service. In addition their customer service via ticket or customer care call are careless as well. They drop the call if you start questioning their team.

I baishakhi das booked a parcel from moulaly branch on 15th july by paying 2794rupees in premium category.At that time this branch assure me to send the parcel to mentioned address of bharuch within 4 days.But from 16th july shpowing lots of issues and telling lie continuously dtdc damaged and elop my parcel thats why i cant track my parcel from then on.I feel cheated by dtdc service and see lots of complain against dtdc courior company about damaging their articles.I also lodge a complain against dtdc courior about cheating me moneytorily and to consumer forum for stoling and damaging my original content while delivery via road.It passed 7days but dtdc the cheaters cmpany till not update anything detail about my parcel.
Their executives specially from gujarat are so missbehaved and damn lier that they continuously making me and my friend fool to whome i have send the parcel on his promotional celebration.
It is too shcking that for some money as they act asthe world wide company cheated common people by taking advantage of covid situation.
If my courior is not reached to the mention address then i will have to take further action against dtdc company for cheating me .

another shocking thing is the gujarat customer care service and the service providers of moulaly branch dtdc kolkata are so miss behaved and lier that they continuously telling lie and making us fool.I have all the records of their phone calls and documents where they showed me that parcel reached to bhiwandi hub ahmadabd on 20 th july 2021.From there how much time it will take to reach bharuch?it is too much nonsence and annoying situation.
It is their duty and responsibility to give proper service to the customers after taking lots of money from them .And to stop making people fool hiding actual reasons and protocols.
And behave like humble service provider .We are not your servant that you treat with us.Shame full hapening.I will never propose dtdc for courior service to anybody.When they use the stardom of sourav ganguly then must follow his dedication properly and thoroughly .Your company and branches specially kolkata and gujarat sector destroy all the fame of sourav dada.And your non cooperation is liable for this.
I must want to know about my parcel status and when it will be deliveraed without any loss damage and loss of any articles which i send inside it.

I send a parcel from Kerala to Delhi on 13/07/2021. Parcel Number is D66937094 around 6 kg. I received the parcel in 19/07/2021in Delhi. But the weight is only 3 kg and the package is open I lost 5 valuable items. Someone from your DTDC centre is opened the parcel and stolen the items and repacked. How we will believe your DTDC courier. Kindly give strict action against this matter and who will open this package...?

I got a call from DTDC Courier that you are having a parcel, which was sent by my college, and after asking the address there is no response from the delivery person.its been 3 days i have not got my parcel.

I have send a book to my friend on 22/06/2021. The consignment no is K29524485. Almost a month past now, DTDC tracking status is showing the consignment has been returned without being delivered to the receiver's address but the local DTDC office is not returning it back to me even after asking them several times to return it over the phone.

I have raise a complain regarding this issue dated on 19/06/2021, the ticket number is 571186 which is remain unresolved till now. I tried to talk again on this issue with the DTDC customer care service 24 hours after raising my complaint, 2 consecutive call I have made to talk on 20/06/2021 with the DTDC customer care service but both the time the customer care representatives was impolite and they hung up the phone without hearing my problem properly and giving any proper solution. It's Looks like the service quality of the DTDC customer care is very cheap . However, I want a full refund of my money and also my consignment without any further delay as you could not provide the service but giving me the mental harassment to get back my consignment.

It is my continuous observation that the Akola super Franchisee(AKOT) is not delivering the parcel to particular address and even do not bother to call and they put the status as customer will self collect without consulting the customer. So why do you charge extra for home delivery? If it continues to happen I will take a serious action in that the customer are been harassed and are been charged but service not being provided.

Though my pincode is a serviceable area, The delivery executive of DTDC is not dispatching my materials at home.. They are telling to come their main branch office which 30 kilometres away from my area.. During this pandemic it's almost impossible to reach there. So kindly approve this complaint and get my essential materials home delivered.

I sent a courier (docs) from baroda Makarpura franchise to delhi naraina area. They didn't reach upto address and returned my courier showing reason receiver not available. Whereas this was a address of a house where family members were never absent from home. There delivery boy must not have reached upto home. Now miss pooja at Naraina office says you didnt mention mobile no thats why it was not delivered. Whereas they must have made a call...

I booked a parcel from DTDC branch "sahil enterprise; Rd, Beside Maple Residence, Biswa Bangla Sarani, Action Area 1A, Krishnapur, Mohishgot, Kolkata, West Bengal 700102" on 10th July at around 6 pm to ship to PIN 737134, Singtam. It was light weight package and the tracking number K37119255. The representative said the package was about 75gms and then measured it as it was light weight. After measurement it considered as less than 1kg category by volume and charged me Rs.300. It supposed to deliver on Wednesday 14th Jul as per our conversation.
I waited until 14th July and then the delay started. It was lying or tampered carefully in this duration, I believe. After multiple followup with customercare we need to pick from one DTDC office at singtam, sikkim on 19th July around 6 pm from mr.Rakesh.
The package was visually tampered ( I have photo) still we took it to open. To our surprise the item had been replaced by something else and packed. They used blade to cut the brown tape and repacked it. I called immediately Rakesh, DTDC representative at Singtam to talk about tampered package. He said to talk to the source branch. He also mentioned that package open/close in cargo with CCD camera on, that might help to track the culprit. I have no clue now whom should I reach. The DTDC customer care works 9:30am-6:00pm. I could not reach after the incident. I put a online complain to DTDC, the complain/ticket number 573846.
I have attached all the details about items and chat history with my fiancé before and after placing the courier order to validate my claim. I have photo of item parceled, bill of the item.
I need my actual product returned or compensate equally with benefits for all the harassment I am going through right now. I would ready to file court case as per law if required.

Hii Dtdc is worst service anyone can use

i have ordered laptop from pune to junagadh, but parcel got out for delivery in any other city Rajkot ( 200 KM ) away from destination
then i got message area is not servicesable
now my 1.5 lakh worth of laptop is gone from two weeks
ill need my laptop in next 1 week
otgerwise i'll sue tge company
in case of fraud
