I had send exam paper to my college on 10th june for two couriers. (C08996792 and C[protected]..
But still not delivered... Other ones is 20th june send(C[protected] but not delivered now... Please take immediate action...

I had ordered a product on 27June 2021. The shipment contained clothing. The shipment had arrived at Nelamangala Apex on July 3rd 2021. after that there was no updates on the courier. after few days i raised a complaint and got the answer that the courier was unable to track pls give us 2 days time.
and again they said that the courier might be missing or we might have lost the tracking code on the parcel, after 2 days as i sent my friend who was near the apex to enquire about the product. He received the answer that the courier had not at all arrived at the apex. I contacted the CC and asked them about this issue, i asked them how they can scan a parcel if it did not arrive physically. later after over 15 days i contacted one of the manager and asked about the issue, he did not even respond and just hung up the call and never received the call. Later when i said ill complain to the Consumer court, they guided me for the refund of the order as it was prepaid. later even after so many days there is no response from the team.

My 2 Dtdc parcels from Ludiana(Punjab) to Kalburagi(Karnataka)are in transit since 4 days. I booked the parcels almost 12 days back. But, haven't received yet. Please help me get my parcels.

As I received message product is out for delivery but received call from mangalore marnami katte office and saying not delivering next 3 days. Spoke rudely with customer like raise complaint as they don't care.. Please take necessary action. We trust in your brand and send our courier. But your staff spoiling it and not valuing customer satisfaction.

Your tracker is showing the above is delivered on 5th july 2021, till date i have not received the consignment. why your tracker is showing false information.

request you to track consignment and let me know where it is now and when it will be delivered

Dear sir,
All types of delivery are done easily at the given address.
My house is within 4 kms from dtdc's office and the delivery agent is asking you to come and collect your parcel at the office.

Dear team,

I have send some document by DTDC (Tracking number - Z[protected] july-2021 to NIPER-A, Gandhi Nagar.

Document not delivered till 26 July 2021. I am following, since 18 july 2021.

I have not seen such a pathetic service till date.

25 days complete still my parcel was not delivered to me I have contacted the customer care team and visited the office of the dtdc only they are giving me the excuses what should I do now

My product it not delivered to my customer. DTDC is saying already delivered with signature. But that signature is my customer's signature.I raised a complaint but no response. Called DTDC courier office there also no proper response.

I have booked order but I don't get my order and it is showing delivered successfully

My package is expected to be delivered on 20th july 2021, but instead it is showing that address is incomplete. I have provided the complete address but why is is not delivering, its important package. Please I would like to get it ASAP. Acknowledge me.

But tracking details shows status as package undelivered due to incomplete or wrong address.

This person and I tell him 10 to 15 times that parsl was very important because of corona m not able to go university to submit it my self that person told me 16th of July it definitely reached in your giving address and today my HOD called me and tell me they are not recived my report yet and I have no more days left to submit my university report it’s all about my degree my degree depend on this report and I calling this person and he literally shout on me and said me that not his problem if Parsal was not reach yet ..

I have tried enquiring about status of a courier to dtdc thiruvalla branch-franchise, the female who took the call repeatedly disconnected call, saying she cant help in tracking package, she verbally shouted at me for calling-R[protected]DTDC-AT THIRUVALLA BRANCH.

Hi,

The courier with number [protected] is sent from proddatur to Bangalore.
They called once and when called back more than twice, they didnt respond.
Tried calling after 2 days and they informed it will be sent back since call wasnt attended.
And the lady who spoke is very arrogant and careless.
Please help me in resolving this issue.

Since 1 July I am following with customer care and no update .

Its saying document delivered however not received at destination .

My company sent me a parcel with company's property and some confidential info in it as a Priority delivery. It was shipped from Pune on 14th July ad reached Raipur on 16th July. After 16th July there is no update on it, neither received any answer from customer service.

Today(22nd July 2021) I received message that it is out for delivery however did not received any call or text from delivery agent. Right now received message that it has been delivered. How unprofessional is this. And no one from DTDC is ready to help.

Sir/Madam we sent a parcel on monday[protected] which contains bedsheets of 7 numbers weighted 6kgs 400g to chennai. It reached the destination on Wednesday[protected].30pm which contains of only 5 bedsheets(2 bedsheets are missing). Consignment number: D66940587. Kindly look into our complaint and give us a solution as soon as possible. We didn't expect this from a reputed company.

I was waiting for the book and the delievery man called me jist once but when i called him back after approximately 20 mins he replied like he will not come now andd i have to go to their center to pick the book. i told him only on call can be mised by mistake but he replied the same. Besides this that he will wait for me till tommorow and then will send my courier back, if i not come to center.
