Sent parcel on 06/7/2021 through dtdc pathanapuram brach. Fdm perpared on 08/7/2021 in dtdc thrichy (perambalur)branch, when i tracking now it shows fdm prepared Parcel is deliverd or not what is the current status?

I had booked an item containing some clothes vide consignment number D66199668 on 17 Jun 21. Even after one month of booking there is no whereabouts of the item.

Hello so my courier was supposed to be delivered on 12 th july 2021 and the status on the same day was changed to delivered but no actual product has been delivered. I did raise an issue on their site but they have been prolonging and giving the same answer for long time now. Please help me with this... My order no. is H24572936

I will like to put few points for ur kind consideration and necessary action.
I received a parcel from dtdc courier dehradoon on 16 july 2021.i got it in ranchi.when I opened the parcel I was shocked.2 beautiful painting of mine was broken into pieces which cost me around rs 8000.+courier charges 1070.before handing over to the courier service it was explained properly to handle it carefully so that the items reach to me in proper condition. But when I receive it I am nt able to count the pieces it was broken into that much pieces.it is a heavy loss for me.i therefore request u to kindly.give me the compensation as soon as possible .it is the total negligence of courier service

My courrior with reference no H24735214 is delivered to third person

Now 16days complete still my parcel was not delivered to me I have contacted the customer care team and visited the office of dtdc but no response

My package take Friday and not pickup

Plz refer Docket No P58249484 was booked on 13 July 2021 and recd the
party on 15 July 2021 with empty box.

Parcel dispatched to Oraimo service center to replace the faulty product (Bluetooth Headphone).

But the faulty product kept inside the box is not received to service center.

During the packing a video shoot clip is available with me.

Request to look into the matter.

I have sent a new smart band to my friend via dtdc but it was completely damaged and broken into pieces, when he received, the watch is mi band 3 of 1999₹, totally unsatisfied with service i need compensation for the damage, if you need proof of damage .. please contact me.

If you cant get good people fire them don't waste other people's life by delaying couriers. The worst front-level employees.

This to me stands as a scam to get more money by showing not at home and returning courier. Even without reaching home. We have my gate app at the security gate no one can enter premises without entry and this is a legit proof I can show that the courier person never came.

Some important item sent from kolhapur to port blair on 14 Jun 2021 with consignment number P57475932 but item not yet received .You are requested to follow up my case on priorty.

He will make police complain against DTDC
Here if I didn't get any solution then going to police investigation ..
Kindly look into matter..and reply with discuss higher authorities

I have ordered a courier from some app and the courier is showing not delivered . They never tried to contact me on any of the delivery days and now I am not receiving my package .

Door delivery is not done. This is happening second time.

Hi, This is K Bhanu Prakash, My mother has sent me an important documents in dtdc courier on 10th july from chirala, ongole to hyderabad. They said i'll recieve it by Tuesday i.e. 13th july. i was tracking it since monday it is showing ADDRESS INCOMPLETE or WRONG CIR from 2 days. I didn't even get a call from DTDC couriers regarding package.

even after 6 days i am not able to receive the parcel at destination.
