Respected Sir, I want to surrender my franchise NF1242( Ram Nagar) and request you to kindly refund my
amount deposited by me (1000- registration fees, 100000- refundable security amount, 18000- for Kit, and 5000-
for software). I have done single payment for 1, 23000 as final payment on 08 June 2021 with Transaction ID
[protected]. After a week I received my code and FRPlus login details on 16 JUNE 2021. As early I started to
work, new challenge appeared in front, the Delivery Part which was not told to me, from starting I have provided
an option to choose delivery part, nobody tells me about the mandatory delivery part while applying for franchise.
CMO also did not tell me about the Stationary cost, different charges for Enterprises and normal franchise,
disadvantages of enterprises etc. Even after asking so many times he did not tell me about the components and
usage of the Kit., etc.
Sir, it is very much annoying and impossible to work for me like this, there’s lot of things which is not mentioned by
anyone to me while processing for franchise, disregarding so many problems and conditions given to me after the
final payment of 1, 23000 . I tried to do best and to not give up so easily but, in this none of your team member
supported me. I tried so hard to convey and resolve my problems with your team members by calling them and
meeting them again and again but nothing happened accordingly. Sir, they even did not respond me well, all were
busy in their works and I believe we can not work well if our team did not support us well.
Sir, I have made my payment a month ago no agreement is made till now, no kit is delivered to me, they are still
giving me the reason of Pandemic Corona Virus. Before payment I was told that after payment received in your
company account, an agreement will be made in a week between both the parties(Nisra Traders and DTDC) but
nothing done.
Sir kindly, refund my refundable security amount that is 100000 rupees and 18000 for the kit and 5000 for
software which I had paid you, because I do not want to continue hence I do not need your kit and software.
I have paid my last bill generated against my code and ready to pay all dues. Please start my refund process as
early.
Kindly, close my code NF1242 and refund my total amount 1, 24000. Please revert me as soon as you can.
